Re : Service On wheels id no.[protected]

I purchased above mentioned service on wheel card from Cross Road in January 2017 (they are selling this card for getting service of Car within one year of purchase of card).

I tried several times to book my car service, every time they did not book and said there is waiting period. At last I booked service on 7th Mar'17 vide booking ID no. 387362, I got 26th March date for car servicing, On 26th March I waited whole day, no one came for servicing.

After all these troubles I got service from market as service of my car was going over due day by day. I requested them to refund my money i.e. Rs.2500.00 through mails on 27th March, 4th April & 8th April and made them several calls but they had not given any response yet.

Please help me to get my money back.

    See ia m very angry with your sales team
    espacially with sales person (Swati)who is handling Mobile :[protected], Before selling deal she was calling me 15 times a day and when i purchased the deal then she was not responding to my calls, they used to pick my call and say that adesh phir se call kr rha hai, then they used to discconect it

    Person :Rahul/Aniket -[protected], he called me then i was following him about my services but he also not gave me any support,

    my appointment was at 11 am on 24th March 17, when no one called me till 10 am then when i called customer care so they told me that our person got stucked some where and service will be done around 12:3.

    for this service only i took half day leave from my office.so such type pf behavior was not acceptable,
    i dropped around 10 mails, called customer care around 20 times but no one was helping..

    finally when i came to headoffice to make compalin then with help of Mr pradeep my car got serviced in that also he just washed the car and refiled engine oil, no other servicing was done, it only took 15 min time

    i am very disappointed with crossroad, will never prefer it again

      So many fake promises done by the this fraud company. This company just want to earn money at any cost. All sales executives makes fake promises regarding their services.

      They promised me to give me door to door service. But once the payment is done by me, they did not send their workers as per the said time for car servicing. They did this twice or thrice.

      And when i asked for refund, they start avoiding my phone calls. No one picked up the call.

      Even i did not get any response from their complaint desk after exchanging so may mails.

      There is a guy named Sameer([protected]) in delhi location was chasing continuously before making a payment of INR2500.

      But now no one picked up a call.

      I have lot of things to write. But i don't want to exchange emails unnecessary.

      Please help me to get my amount back at the earliest.

      Please do not give any advance to them for service of your car... We had given them and they have taken more than one month for service of the car.
      Very poor performance. Talked to them at least for 100 times for getting the service done after making the payment.

      I am also chasing for my refund for SOW since last April. They have stopped responding in emails and every time I call customer care they say they would call back. Not even a single call back from their side.

      I am so frustrated with these crooks. I did even try consumer helpline and they were also no able to get it resolved and they advised me o go to consumer court.

        I have purchased two service packages for my two cars wagonr and i10 on 11th february, 2017, whose reciepts are attached here .I have discussed the package details with your executive ajit whose mobile no. is [protected] and email id [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com

        He told me that there is [1 service package] for hatchback car amounting rs.2499 which provide car service and if i purchase[ 2 service package] in a year than i will get extra benefits like 1000 rs. crossroad voucher, car care kit, and electronic air pump which will be delivered to my address by courier.and i have also requested him to use castrol magnetic engine oil and he confirms me that we will provide the same, and then he gave me an another option for buying a [1 service package] for my another car and he assured me that the extra benefits which the company is providing in my [2 service package] will also be provided in my [1 service package ] than he requested me to confirm the payment so that they can process my service request as soon as possible and then i make the online payment for the service packages at your crossroad website and then he noted down my transaction number to process my request for both packages, i have attached the screenshots of my transaction number for the payment i have done and then he confirms the address, where service has to be done then he confirm the appointment of service for my car DL2CAF3636 for the sunday, 11/02/2017 at 2:00 pm . and till now nobody had came for the service .i have also asked your executive Mr. ajit about the reason for getting extra benefits which they are providing us, then he told me that there is a special offer period going in the company for 3 days, in which we have to purchase the service package to get these benefits . you are requested to solve my query as soon as possible .i am very frustrated from this company. I have also requested them to cancel my package and refund my money but till now there is no response for my refund .

          On 17th February 2017 I was on Gurgaon Faridabad Road and just near the Toll plaza one of my tyre was punctured.The time was 10pm.
          I called to your Helpline[protected].
          His reply was we will not able to provide service now as our service time is only between 8am to 8pm on that road.
          I had suffered a lot and I arrived late to home and consequently a loss of Rs 50000 incurred to me.
          I called to your helpline no. again on 18th Feb and again discussed about the problem faced and no service was provided to me as per the agreement signed between us.
          This exclusion of timing is not mentioned on my agreement paper nor on your website.
          Everywhere it is mentioned round the clock service.
          Your representative citing references of clause that you can change terms and conditions any time without prior information and this exclusion is also made without information to customer.
          This is illegal and no one is authorized to change terms according to own convenience.
          For any help seek by customer at any time from any place will be denied service and you will earn money and put mask on law to prove legal.

          Here by you are advised to refund the money for the default in service with penalty of Rs. 50000.
          Otherwise I have to take legal help .You people are cheating people.

            I took "service on wheels" membership from cross roads and i am sharing my experience for same.

            I am very disappointed with kind of service they are providing.

            Against my membership of “Service on Wheels”, finally a person came from their side (after making 10 calls) at my residential address on 25th Dec2016 and I am really surprised to see that person came for complete servicing my Honda Civic (Petrol) AT version.

            I would like to mention some truths on this:
            1) There was only 1 person came instead of a team of 4 person that was committed to me at the time of giving membership of “Service on wheels” to me

            2) That person too was not fully trained to do complete servicing i.e. he was same person who usually do on-road repairs in case some vehicle breaks down

            3) He was not carrying all needed sufficient equipment’s/tools to carry out complete service

            4) He did not have any facility to do cleaning or washing of my vehicle that was committed to me at the time of giving membership of “Service on wheels” to me

            5) He was not carrying recommended engine oil for Honda Civic (Petrol) variant

            6) He was not carrying recommended oil filter for Honda Civic (Petrol) variant

            7) He was not aware to check all 20 to 24 parameters that was mentioned in your website and also committed to me at the time of giving membership of “Service on wheels” to me

            Enclosed find some of the pics of his vehicle in which he (1 single person) came to do complete servicing of my Honda Civic (Petrol) variant.

            With this kind, I simply say not to do any kind of service with my Honda Civic and he simply go without doing anything.

            Finally, I would like to cancel my membership of “Service on wheels” .

            I called so many times to their call center and they are not even registering my complaint. I would like to cancel my membership and refund of INR 3999 at an earliest.

              Sold me crossroads worth rs 1500 with all fake promises and now nobody is listening. Sales executive told me that i can get free service at home along with oil also he promised me to send one polish kit for bike but all were fake promises. More than that you have the worst customer service
              They are unable to help me and asked me to.send an email from where i.dont receive any reply even after so many mails. Can check whats wrong..i want refund thanks

                It's almost 6 months that I have been getting 7-8 calls daily from Cross road regarding renewal where I am not interested at all. I have already made this clear to all but still they are calling me every day. I receive 7-8 calls daily which makes me irate every time and I request for DND every time whenever I receive call but cross road is not stopping calling me. Can you ensure that I do not receive any further call from you. I am getting calls from below mentioned numbers. It is so frustrated now.

                Cross Roads — Fraudulent product sold

                Sold me service plan with unlimited validity and service requests, But when i checked the same on the net and confirm with there call center they said the validity of the plan is 4 years with only 15 services are allowed.
                I am getting unwanted calls from cross road from last 6 to 8 month. i have already made clear to him at the time of first call but they are still calling to me from different numbers..
                I request for DND every time whenever I receive call but cross road is not stopping calling me. Can you ensure that I do not receive any further call from you. I am getting calls from below mentioned numbers. It is so frustrated now

                  In reference to my complaint on 9th January 2017 my complaint hasn't been resolved on 9th I got a call from cross road executive stating that they will send there executive on[protected] but again the same thing no one turned up to my place for the service of my vehicle again when I called the Customer care they said the booking was not there and it can be Rescheduled for 24.1.2017 today I took the reference no. for the booking. Dear officials please look into the matter on the serious note as it is the second instance that I have to suffer now I believe that no one is least bothered about the fact that the customer is being harassed and to be very frank this type attitude by the company is very unprofessional.

                    Hi, I am getting numerous number of calls on my cellphone ( +91-[protected]) from cross road team even after stating that I do not need any additional service as I already have
                    memberships with cross roads.
                    Multiple times I have asked the caller to put my number on do not call list and even after that they keep ringing .
                    One of the associate confirmed that my number is with every seller and you will get multiple calls .

                      I Amit Sabharwal Have booked for a service for My Vehicle Car(Santro) regn No. DL4C S 9295 on[protected] I gave a cheque of Rs 2500 in favour of Cross Roads India Assistance Pvt Ltd. I was told that you can go a head with the procedure of booking the vehicle after 72 hours of the collection of cheque. After the collection of cheque I was told that your booking cant get accepted before the clearance of the cheque. It got Cleared on[protected]. Then I booked my vehicle for The service of my vehicle and I was given the date of[protected] for the service and when I called the customer care center on[protected] I was told that the timings of the service is 3:00 PM and when No one turned up till 03:30 PM then I once again called the customer care center then one of the representative of customer care told that it cant be done on the said date (070.01.2017)as there was a breakdown in some other vehicle. and then I was told that you can get it booked for 19.01.2017 as there is no other date before this.It is not possible for me to stay back on 19.01.2017 again as I am a salaried person staying back means a great loss of my work and the time and money.The Company person are saying that do what ever you want to do nothing can be done.When I called the customer care on 08.01.2017 they told me that one of our consultant will call me as there was a change in schedule . I request your goodself to look into the matter and get the issue resolved at the earliest. I would be highly obliged. The person Involved in all this procedure are:

                        I am a member of Crossroads since January 2013... But since last 1 year, they call me again and again for Lifetime Membership... I clearly told them that I am not interested in Lifetime Membership...& dont want to receive any calls for the same...

                        But these people call me twice or thrice in a day from different Numbers...I am a Teacher & not allowed to take so many calls...I really want to have a strict action against them...

                          Hi Support,

                          I have recently got Crossroad card with coupons in which one coupon (Rs1500) is valid for this year and I want to use it. When I call @ [protected] its just ringing, I waited for 6 to 7 min but no luck and when I call on helpline number they said they can't help with coupons I have to call the number given on coupon or email you guys.
                          I don't know what type of support are you guys providing and how can I recommend my friends for Crossroad if I am not getting proper support.

                          Please let me know if you can help me with this or not. if not please refund my amount and take your card back.

                            I have taken cross road service but it's just awful. Executive came towards me and took 1500 Rs from me saying that it's a lifetime service for my car. But as per my conversation with customer care executive, it's just valid for 4 years. After completion of periods, they can charge the renewal amount. I had written multiple mails but to no output. Infact, they have stopped replying to the mails. Just a improper behaviour from their employees.
                            I want my money back. I can't afford to trust on people who are making false commitments in the initial stage only.

                              This is w.r.t. to Cross Road service provide road side assistance. They have their telecaller for the marketing who has no manner to talk.
                              I have been getting N numbers of calls from cross road though I have requested several time to remove my number from their record because I do not required services from them.
                              Also have DND enabled number but still they call just to create the botheration which is getting into an harassment by them as they call eirther early in the morning or late at evening & behave very rudely.

                              I want to stop their calls at my mobile no. [protected] therefore seeking your support to take a corrective action against them.

                                The worst customer care ever experianced, I am getting call on dailey basis at least 10 to 15 times a day, by different persons.

                                Earlier i was interested in taking services, but with this kind of harassment, i will never, they are actually harassing by calling again and again, even when i have cleared that i am not interested taking cross road service,

                                They said sorry for inconvenience, but our data has been stolen, so some one else is making call to you, bloody that hacker is so good that they stole your data and making call in your behalf to renew the services.

                                Any ways i am going to put a FIR against them as i almost hit by a car while receiving their repeated call.

                                  I have been receiving calls from them almost 3 times a week from past 1 year. Every time they call, I share my disinterest & ask them not to call again or else I will post complaint. But there is no action taken by team & I am still receiving calls from their Okhla office customer care team. I have spoken to their manager as well in customer care team but no change is seen. Please resolve the same.

                                    This sales girl Ms. Meena from Cross Roads head office Okhla promised me a gold membership for Rs.500 witha promocode, Now even after putting a promocode these guyz have deducted Rs. 915 instead of Rs. 500.
                                    And i being their member now will file a case against cheating done with the customer. Its was my first experience with them & was the worst one.
                                    If my money is not refunded in next 2 days then i will simply file a case against this company as well as the employee who has done this with me.
                                    And even after asking them 100 times about the update they are just saying one more day, one more day, one more day.

                                      Actually one of your company executive called me and told there is an offer for vodafone customers . The titanium lifetime pan india package which is on ur website is 3499 they offered me at 1599 for which i attached the receipt and card pic secondly ur executive filled one form in which he has taken my two vehicle no. one is my car stringray wagonr model up14ca8440(purple colour) and one is my bike up14cu9509(black colour) and he said both are included in this package for lifetime pan india .After that many times i called ur executive he just saying iam activating the card but still it is not activated iam tracking them past 2 days. after then i called ur customer care and they are saying this package is false only valid for 1 year and for 1 vehicle for delhi ncr. which is really false commitment and if i dont get what he promise to me iam not accepting this card at all. either give me the right package what he promise or refund my money.
                                      Please give me the right solution . ASAP

                                        From last 3-4 months, I am getting approx. 4-5 calls daily from cross road for renewal of membership. Each time the calling executive told me that my card is going to expire on April, may, june, july etc and ask me to renew it now, though it is going to expire in end of August.
                                        Then I registered on DND of cross road so that I will not get these fake calls and the Mr. Vipin of this company assured me that I will not be getting these call anymore.
                                        Even after this, I am continuously getting these fake calls till date with same frequency of 4-5 calls on daily basis. It is very much irritating and frustrating to receive these call on daily basis.

                                        From above, it is clear that this company is making fool of its customers by giving our number to tele-calling persons so that if somebody is not remembering about the expiry of card, the he/she will get it renewed from earlier date even before expiry.

                                        Pls take strict action against this company.

                                        same here. i discontinued with their services 2 years ago. but dude, it doesn't get over when it comes to crossroads.

                                        they bloody call SEVERAL TIMES EVERDAY.

                                        Really I'm cursing the day they got my phone number.
