This is in regard to service request 499875 which i raised on 27th of may 2018 for service on wheels for 16th of june 2018 between 3 pm to 6 pm. From 4th of june i have been regularly following up by customer care om the status of my request and each time i was assured that the service will happen on the said period. I took an off from my work for today's service however i dint receive any call or message from any technician. Previously as well i raised the request on 5th may complaint no 495350 however i have to cancelled as the requested slot was changed and i was not available for the other slot.

I purchased the service thinking it will be great experience and recommend it to others but its the worst experience i can say. If you call the customer care you are put on hold for half an hr and then your phone get disconnected.

Would like to request for my refund of 3000/- at the earliest

    I was trying to book a service for my car from past 20 days but the application suddenly shuts down while registering for the same after clicking on the submit button after entering the location. I called the service executive today and he was saying to book your car service after 15th of june only. If this was the condition of the service then why the hell i am paying for my convenience of the only way of booking a car service as per your choice whichever date is available with you. I chose this plan to get the service at my door step whenever i want to. But this is the # service package i have ever bought. I need my compensation of this service that you are providing as per your choice. Will not recommend to anyone to buy this package. They are fake and making such a # expalantions that they are unable to provide the service at customers convenience. Highly dissatisfied with the servoce they are providing. Please do not buy any of the package from crossroads. The all are faking and doing wastage of your time and money.

      I was sold the 2 services 1 year for 8260/- by crossroads sales team in april first week. They promised few key things ;
      1. Car will be serviced st my choice of maruti service centre in ip extension industrial area delhi.
      2. Wheel alignment and balancing will be done st discounted rate of 300/- each
      3. Car service appt will be given if booked a day in advance

      After taking the payment in cheque, they fail to fulfil any of their promise and stopped picking my phone itself. It has been 3 weeks since i am constantly dropping email on their care email but no reply.

      Looped their ceo (Mr. Harish lakhera), hoping he will action this matter saving his company’s reputation soon.

        I now regret taking the service on wheels service from crossroads rsa. I have been trying to get a service done from them from past dec'17 and have raised the request twice on the mobile app, spoke to multiple helpdesk guys, sent numerous emails - but nothing!!
        Excuses#1-the service mechanic have the equipment with him at his garage, but for not door-step service.
        Excuse#2-mechanic's car just got broke down, so he wont able to come
        Excuse#3-service engineer wont be able to come to provide service, but can come to pick up my vehicle to his service centre!!

        Their helpdesk team at phone are pathetic. Dont know anything about the company nor about the services.

        One thing i am pretty sure about is that their auto-reply mechanism works perfectly. As i only receive auto-reply emailers whenever i write to their email address.

        Whom to escalate is what i want to know and how can i get my refund back which i have given for the service?

          My car tyre flat and i had place the service request they waited me for 2 hours and then mechanic start rude and saying will not able to provide service, even customer care also giving an excuse later they closed the request without giving service. After that i called customer care they also deny on call to provide service.

          This is really rude and not acceptable that nit to provide service at 1pm when this type of service is required at the most.

            Crossroad pvt. Ltd. Company located in noida sec-2 is a fraud company and they have done fraud of around 100 crores in recent past by selling fake insurance policies to indian people. Neither irda nor indian police or cbi taking any appropriate action towards this company.

            They have more than 500 agents who are involved in it and they are doing it without any fear because police and other authorities taking money from them and allow them to loot innocent people of india. Not only this comapnay there are several companies in noida who engaged in such activity.in india everyday they loot of around million rupees.

            I request noida government and police to raid companies like this and punish them so that they will never do such kind of things in future.

              I have booked a vehicle service package for my car.when i checked it on crossroads mobile app, there was no service package shown with my account but my RSA package was extended for next 4 years(2021 to 2025) as i already have RSA package from year 2017 to 2021.i had submitted my complaint to crossroads through mails and on customer care phone nos. but getting no response.

                  This is highly pathetic service and response from your side. I raised a query today on 2nd march 2018 at around 4 pm and it is open even till now at 11:04 pm. Neither i got a satisfactory response from the representative who called me and when i call back he did not even received the call. Is this the reason why i availed a two years service?

                  I have pan india platinum plan of two years for my car dl4cam 2743 and i did not get service even after that.

                  If this is the behavior from your representative and that is how you will not respond to the service request trust me i am going to raise a complaint to all the higher authorities and to consumer forum as well. I want strict action against this.

                  I am attaching the snapshot of the query which i raised and is still open.

                    I have purchased a road side assistance package from the company for a period of 4 years as per executive discussion with me. I have paid 2000.00 inr through icici bank cheque number 136852 dated on 02/01/2018 in favor of cross roads india assista and the amount was deducted on same day. When i asked for activation of card i was told that the card was valid for only one year. I tried to explain the commitment made to me for the duration but they were not ready to listen. So i made a request to refund of my 2000 inr and since i am continuously following them, i have send hundreds of emails and called numerous times, but could not get either my refund or any satisfactory answer. Now whenever i am calling them they are disconnecting my call and not answering through any of the mode either phone or emails.

                      Hi team,

                      I have purchased a sow standard p2
                      Service package, where i was told that i can buy car battery from the credit amount received in cross deals.in website. However, when i have checked the list there is no battery purchase option.
                      Now the cr executive amit (Phone# [protected]) is not picking my phone and blocked my phone number. Also, i have sent many emails to [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com and call the cc for the problem, however no solution till now
                      I have the conversation recorded on my phone for the same.
                      I am a regular customer for crossroads from last 6-7 years in my multiple cars.
                      Kindly look into the matter on an urgent note and provide me the best solution and provide my refund on it as soon as possible.

                        I am lodging this complaint against crossroads who have been calling me from multiple numbers for the last 2 months.

                        Even after repeatedly rejecting that i don't want to buy their product they keep on calling me from multiple numbers.

                        What's your problem guys? Don't you have a brain? Don't you understand that i don't want your product?

                        I will reach out to you myself the day i know that i want your product. Please stop irritating me every day.

                        Your ignoring me would be highly appreciated.

                            I am writing post to highlight the deficiency in services that i have received from crossroad. From the last couple of weeks i was receiving calls from crossroad regarding renewing of my membership for my car.in the end, i agreed to an offer provided by the executive kirti (Mobile no - [protected]) which provided 2 years of membership for rs 1000 and included unlimited number of services.

                            When the crossroad executive reached my home for collecting the money, he informed that there is no unlimited services and i will be entitled to only 10 services in 2 years. On checking again with kirti she said she will provide me unlimited services and told me she would confirm me the same and i will receive a call from her senior.

                            So, mr sayed (Mobile no. - [protected]) called me and told a different story. He told me that kirti has lied to me and there is no unlimited offer for me. However, he assured me that he will provide me 14 services in case i make the payment of rs 1000 now for 2 years and he even send me a mail to confirm his offer. However, he told me that it will take 24 hours to active this offer and i should make the payment now. On trusting mr sayed, i made the payment to the executive, however, its being more than 1 week and i am yet to receive the required number of services in the account. I have called sayed multiple times in the last one week and every time he makes some or other excuse that he is busy and will get in done in sometime.in the last 2-3 days he has even stopped answering my calls.

                            I am shocked to see that crossroad have hired fraud people like sayed and kirti or it may be that crossroad is itself cheating its customers. This is really an unprofessional behavior and the company is definitely spoiling its brand by indulging in such activities.

                            So all please be careful while dealing with crossroad in future

                              I had call and message from cross road executive Ajay saying about the servicing offer of 2950 for my 4 wheeler. I need to pay and will get service one time.
                              I paid the money on 25th Jan via paytm and booked for 1st feb.
                              Till date noone has showd up.. the person would say sir next week.. next week.. and now when i have asked for my money refund he said i am in ahmedabad and will return on 10th March. When i said i dont want the service and want the money back today. He has blocked my no and not responding on mesages now. He said i will receive gifts again not received. Pls chk and revert on this

                                Hi,

                                I took a service package on 7th feb 2018 with membership id - [protected] for vehicle no - hr26bj0641.

                                I feel that i have been cheated cross road. I took the service package from sales executive named - rajesh gaud with mobile number - [protected].

                                I purchased this package as i was told that i will be provided a door step service immediately after this package gets activated. However, when i requested for the service the next day, i was told that i need to do a pre-booking for the door-step service. I was not told about this at all.
                                Finally i agreed to this and asked them to book a service at doorstep on 14th feb i. E. Today. I was told i will get a confirmation call on 13th feb to make sure i am going for the service as planned and booked. But i did not receive any calls.
                                I anyway called yesterday i. E. 13th feb just to confirm the same for today i. E. 14th and i was told mechanics would do the service between 9-12 am today i. E.. I am yet not sure if they are coming for the service today and hence called again today on 14th to ensure my time is not wasted waiting for the same and now i am being told that i need to call again to check the same after 11:00 am.
                                I was also told that i will be getting an offer worth inr 2000/- containg car cleaning kit and an aer car perfume but i am not sure if that has actually been given to me. May be that was also a part of the false promises.
                                Thirdly, i already had 250 credits in my account but when this package got activated, that earlier points got lost and now it only shows a balance of 7079/- credits which are given as part of this package.
                                I tried contacting this guy rajesh gaud after the sales and he is not picking up phone since then or calling me back as he knows that he has cheated.

                                I never thought cross roads would be such a low rate company.

                                I called up their call center again at 10:34 am today i. E. 14th feb 2018 to check when would the mechanic come for the doorstep service, as no one had contacted me yet, i was told that the service request for the same was 479138 and that was not for today but was for 23rd of feb. This call was with someone called sonu (Thats what he told me his name is). He asked me to check the same on the app but the app is not working, says - not able to reach the server, try again after sometime.

                                I called up soon after at 10:57 to cross check the same as i was sure i was told yesterday that the service was booked for today. This time i spoke with this guy names rishikant (As he told me) and when i gave him the complaint number 479138, he said this was booked for 14th feb, i. E. Today. When i told him howcome his colleague told me earlier that this was for 23rd, he hung up the phone.

                                I called the call center again at 11:00 and this time again the phone was picked up again by sonu as he said. I have the recordings for all the 5 calls made today. I asked him that i was told by rishikant that this was booked for today i. E. 14th, he said this is not true and he offered me to book the same for 17th.

                                My question is - who will bear the loss of time that i had to wait for today expecting the mechanics to come to my doorstep for the service. I had to schedule my activities accordingly for today. Now if i book the doorstep service for today, what is the guarantee that it will happen on the scheduled date. I can't risk the loss of my time for the next day whatever it is.

                                I do not want any services from this company. This is the worst experience i have had from everyone involved here in crossroads. I am never going to take any services from cross roads. I would like that they pay my money back without much trouble. I have no interest in taking services from them and also pay me a fine for the loss of time and the stress that i had to go through for this without any return.

                                  I have car service membership with cross road. I booked service for 25 jan. It was canceled by cross road. Then they are booking and canceling and it happened 6 times. Every time some reason will be given and will a new date be given. Today i got a new date for 15-feb. Based on their approach on last 6 times, this will probably be canceled.

                                  100% false promise by cross road.

                                  Probably they are doing the same thing with other customers as well (As per some review i can see in google).

                                  Cross road sold me the service package with promise of service at door step as and when required with a day notice. But they took the strategy of continuous booking and cancelling cycle.

                                    I paid inr 3500 for service on wheels (Sow) in the month april. I booked the car service 3 times but no one ever came for service. Finally i did put a refund request and now i am chasing for refund since last 6 months.

                                    Dear Mr. Saurabh Garg, Did you receive the payment? I am also facing similar issue and it has been a year and no refund.
                                    No dear. I have not got nay refund from them. I even tried the consumer forum but they also recommended to g to court as cross roads did not respond to them either. These crooks are so arrogant and adamant that they dont bother about anyone.

                                      I had decided to renew your service for which i have been a customer since 2 years.
                                      i had confirmed that i will make the payment through paytm.
                                      But due to the weekend and office was unable to do so till today.
                                      Your agents have been repeatedly calling me since morning .
                                      Either you dont know how to do customer service or the only motto of your company is
                                      to extract money from the customers.

                                      what gives you the right to repeatedly call an individual ?
                                      do you even know how to treat a customer?
                                      I was informed by your staff that if i do not make the payment then it will
                                      be deducted from his /her salary ! this is the most bizzare thing i have ever heard.
                                      Is this how you try and convince a customer to buy your product?

                                      Further to this when I told your team to have some decency your agent threatened with
                                      raping my mother and wife.
                                      WOW ! THIS is truly amazing stuff guys.
                                      Never in my life have i spoken to some one who has given me such a threat when
                                      he barely knows me .

                                      I feel the company is surely destined to go bankrupt soon with this attitude as well as such people
                                      whom you have employed are quite likely to live up to their natural criminal instincts and one day
                                      anything is possible so you all better watch out for your safety.

                                      It is sad that a company with such a great service idea is eventually doing all this .
                                      This is not only a wasteful exercise for me but also a wastage of this countries precious resources
                                      if this is the kind of business you are running.

                                      I have seen on various customer complaint portals about the pathetic nature of your service
                                      and how you are nothing but a sham company .

                                      SO honestly i dont expect anything at all from you .
                                      But mark my words, start looking for jobs you guys the day is not far when you will be needing one soon.

                                        In feb 072017 i deposited 2000 rs towards the car service after i received a call from the agent from crossroads whom i have taken life long insurance. She said that cross road is giving offer for selective customers to do car service for rs 2000. I deposited rs 2000 thru paytm to me parminder singh bhatia [protected]. After that i received no call from cross roads. I called them multiple times but they could not fix appointment for car servicing for which they made me pay in advance as a n offer price for selective customer. Despite multiple email reminders call - i gave up and have been asking for a refund since last may 2017. Even now i am sending emails to their customer service and they are not refunding my money and not even responding to my emails file up reminders. I am going to take a legeal help to get my money refunded. I warn all the folks not to do any assignment with crossroads. They are unprofessional and you will be cheated as they have done to me. There are many more reputed companies who provide roadside assistance and service. Do not fall in crossroads trap. I am going to raise a legal case aga st them for their cheating attitude and un professionalism.
