Hi,
I brought croos road service on wheel against cross road order no cria[protected].

Firstly they did not gave appointment for the service of car. After 2-3 weeks they finally agreed to come on 04.06.17. Bust last moment they again ditched.in short after repeated calling and fixing appointment crossroad failed to deliver the service. Forcefully i have to go for service of car at hyundai service center.

After this i took-up with crossroad, for refund. They also agreed for refund via email. But even after repeated follow-up for 3-4 months and they did not refund the amount.

This attitude of cross road is irresponsible. I need immediate refund of the amount paid.

    This is to inform you that we had booked for servicing of our car (Dl 8 cag 3260) from crossroads by paying rs, 2949
    (Invoice no.17-18/00014483 membership id [protected]). We were given a date for 7/07/18 sunday time 10:00 am.
    We confirmed the date and time on 6/07/18.
    We were assured that the servicing will be done on due date and time.

    But it is very disappointing that inspite of repeated calls we got no response from your side.

    On then making a toll free call we were told that servicing can be done on 16/07/18 which is not suitable for us.

    Hence kindly return our amount rs.2949 to our account (Pnb a/c no. [protected] ifsc code punb0416600)

    It has been a very disappointing experience for trusting in your service being a long term customer of yours for the past ten years.

    Also the customer executive ms. Meena ([protected]) was not picking our call the due time from 10 am to 1100 am. When she picked she kept disconnecting the call.
    It has been a very frustrating experience facing such behaviour from your organization.

Nobody come to me from your side and not call me from your side, this is very serious problem, i will think about go to consumer form against you. You make false committment on selling your schemes.

        Crossroads as a company is so desperate to sell membership that they forget that how many times have they given a call to a person. When i had their membership they would call me up even after renewal. Looks like someone gave them a list of telephone numbers to sell membership without checking whether membership has been renewed or not. Also they just don't give up. They will irritate you with their membership sale calls even if you have clearly told them 'no'.

          I wanted roadside assistance for my car. For which i contacted cross roads. The representative of cross roads visited our office. He mentioned that the rate per vehicle is rs.4000.00 for life membership.

          We asked him about the cost of membership if we two persons take the assistance. He mentioned that the rate would be rs.3500.00.

          We have paid rs. 3500.00 towards life time membership from cross roads. The payment was made vide cheque no. 307828 dated 23.10.2017 drawn on sbi.

          The amount was cleared from the bank but till date the membership card has not been provided.

          The receipt no. Of cross road is 22646 dated 23.10.2017.

            My car (Up14-al 7707) broke down. I searched for online rsa and called crossroads. They asked to take gold membership worth rs.[protected]/[protected] and promised service within 30 minutes.

            After i paid for gold membership, they registered complain 455640 at 10:40am.
            I kept on calling their customer care and kept waiting in the middle of road till 2 pm (More than 4 hrs).
            After i was exhaust, i had to call towing crane and paid rs.750 for towing my car to service center.

              #crossroads service named as #sow is totally fraud, i had taken subscription by paying inr 2950/- on 02nd august 2017, booked for service for 01st nov 2017 with service no. 451726 but no one has turned up for servicing at my place.
              After calling 4-5 times to #crossroads toll free number #52630 they provided another schedule for 06th nov. 2017, but no body is giving satisfied reply or time for visit by service team, even after repeated call there toll free/ contact number.

              Just now got connected to there toll free number #52630, they have one more excuse that, yesterday our team called you but call doesn't connected. So for today also they will not do the servicing.

              The service by # crossroads sold as #sow is totally fraud and they are just minting money out of it, no consumer benefit is there, moreover you are getting harassed every time you call there toll free number.

                Sir, with regret i say that your service is so poor that i think that you are making fool of people by collecting money in the name of service at your home. I paid for the service at home at that time i was promised to get my car serviced at any time by booking on my app.
                But after payment when i try to book service on app it was giving a time slot of 14 days later which was totally against promise so i got my car serviced from another company, after that 2 months ago when my service was due again i booked in july but no one showed on the date then again i booked on 31 july for 16 august then again no one reached for service, then again booked for 28 aug, then again for 11 september, every time we took a off from work but no one is coming for service, today i called at your number 13 times every time they put me on hold for 7 minutes to 21 minutes just to give me reply. Due to this, my car is 1500 km over the due service.
                Now as the day is finished and no one showed for serving of vehicle at my place, so please return my full amount with interest + rs 5000 for my pain and suffering immediately.

                  I was purchase a medical policy of future genarlly thorgh cross road i was paid a cheque favour of cross road amount rs.170994/- (Ch. No.154993 a\c no.[protected], canara bank, wazir pur. Delhi.) my chque was clear on17/9/2017.

                  They was told me after one month i will use the policy benefit but after 2 month i am not get any document behalf of company and these team member are not receving the call.

                      Cross road team provide poor service as my car tyre got punctured and they say mechanic will call me within 45minutes.
                      I called again post 45minutes and then they said again 1 hour and i receive a message from cross road that mechanic is taking time but didn't specify how much and wrote me not to call back again.
                      I got a call from mechanic after 2 hours 45minutes and he was at ashram and it will take again 1 hour to reach my place.
                      This is the example of pathetic service by cross road team.
                      I have to get my tyre fixed by paying 150rs from outside vendor.

                        On 24th august 2017 my car broke down and i took services from cross roads. They took 1350/- rupees against invoice number 17-18/00004513 from me for one year membership for on road assistance. On same day they told me that they will send the membership documents by post @ my home address. But nothing has been sent till date.

                        Yesterday, when my car again broke down and i called them for support. I was told that i have no membership with them and mr. Naveen on the other side (From cross roads call centre) kept on saying till you give me your membership number i cannot provide you with service. I gave him the invoice number and date, their system reflected my car (With the car number) but they did not give any support. I called up again, some mr. Nayan picked up and said, you have to pay 600 for service and later you claim the money from us based on your membership. I told him also, that i do not have any id/ number as nothing has been sent to me by your office till date. However, i have messages from your center confirming the payment along with invoice number. But to no help.

                        It became a mockery. All the men there started having fun on my phone call. And no service was given to me. I asked the process to get my money back, they said send an email with ur membership number and we will get it processed. But there is no membership number. Later i cancelled the request as they were not helping in any manner fro more than an hour.

                        This company is just making fool of customers and cheating them with their money in pretex of giving services. I need to get my money back from them

                          This is bloody non-sense service provided by you. I called your helpline ten times but did not give me assistance while i was stuck on the road with flatted tyre of my vehicle.

                          You are exhorted not to call me again i have paid rs. 3200/- went to debri you are also a kachra in the name of services.

                          I requested your service caller that i am an 60 years old and i got an all india level
                          Service but in vain. That bloody cut the phone and did not reply to me.

Everytime u called customer care same thing to be heard 24-48 hours it will be done.. Nothing done so far. So far numerous call are made to them and emails. U cant spk to floor mgr thanx

                              I subscribed for your service on wheel programme and booked service of my car white punto dl1cs-3568.

                              At the time of subscription it was told that i have to book two days in advance but when i tried to book i was offered 10days later slot and that too on working day.7th june time 11am.

                              As i did not had any option so i agreed the same but surprisingly no body came at 11. I called back at your call center and got response that mechanic can come at 3 pm only. Again there was not any option so i agreed. No body turned out at 3 pm also, after calling your call center i was told that mechanic can not come today as his car is breakdown.

                              I do not have any words about all this, my car was not working well so i sent it to fiat workshop for servicing. Please refund my money immediately as i do not have any trust on crossroad more.

                                  I had purchased a car service package from crossroads for my i -10 car then no. Hr51ag 4296. I was intimated at the time of purchase of package that complete service will be provided which will include change of coolant, brake fluid, engine and transmission oil if required. At the time of service only engine oil was changed though coolant, brake fluid and transmission oil also required change as confirmed by the service station on enquiry. When i approached the call center, their response was negative

                                    Today my vehicle brook down in siri fort auditorium. Mechanic could reach after 2 and half
                                    Hours. Inspected the vehicle and suggested to take it to service centre, denied to provide towing facilities, and when i called another mechanic just he repaired the fuse and vehicle was started. Pl make your system more effective, otherwise people like me will be compelled share experience with other persons. Pl intervene & confirm.

                                      I have been a member for some years, but the services have deteriorated drastically.
                                      1. Roadside assistance — on 04/08/17, at nehru place, my car refused to start and i lodged a complaint — a mechanic came after 90 minutes. I asked him specifically if there was a problem with the battery, he said it was ok (Without bothering to check). The car somehow started and then wouldnt re-start. Then he said the battery was dead, and replaced it with a new one. (With provisional receipt). The horn still did not function, so he said water had got in!! Though it was working at times.
                                      On 09/08/17, the car stalled again, and a mechanic came after 45 minutes, to diagnose the alternator wasn't working (Later confirmed by a garage). So i was earlier made to buy a redundant battery at 3k+, simply due to lack of checking.
                                      For a helpline which promises help within 30 minutes, the wait is almost double, which is a problem specially for a female senior citizen.
                                      2. Doorstep servicing — after booking (With advance payment of almost 3k) on 6th, i waited half the day, and after a few calls, heard there was no mechanic that day — without any apology or prior information.
                                      I rebooked for today at 11 am, got a confirmation call yesterday but the story was repeated. After a dozen calls, 2 mechanics turned up almost 2 hours late, (I had scheduled appointments with 11 am in mind) and were extremely cheeky. So i spoke to a company official and was told i could mail and cancel, and they would refund the money. I definitely do not want their servicing and want the refund. I expect the company to comply with this at the earliest, to avoid escalation. I notice that other customers have had similar experiences.
                                      They have wasted 2 of my working days, time and money.
                                      Prior to membership renewal and service booking, i was being hounded by phone calls, but now unreachable most of the time! I had mailed to customer care twice, but no response yet.

                                        I am attaching below a few emails i have been writing to cross roads since last one month with a standard automated reply of 24-48 hours time to check the issue. I also made around 20-25 calls with our any success. All the company seniors are busy all the time in meetings, sutta breaks etc. Most common answer is no one is on floor right now and will arrange a call back in 15-30 mins, which never happened. Another excuse is busy in another call and will call you back in 15-30 mins which never happened. The one who picks the calls don't have any power and bosses are always busy in meeting, other calls, breaks etc. Or may be calling new customers to cheat and sell products, funny business chain you guys are running. I have serous doubt on your quality and mailbox monitoring process.

                                        Few of the emails i sent to cross road in last one month:

                                        Hi, last week i joined crossroads as a customer but not happy with the services and i was told that i can get the contract cancelled within 30 days and the money will be refunded to me. Please cancel the contract and refunded the money.

                                        As discussed over the phone, i am requesting to cancel the package i took last week from crossroads for my car and bike. Please cancel and refund the money. The reasons are false commitment by the company sales guys varun or arun and inder jeet. I paid 4500 rupees through paytm. They sold a 4-year package to me by telling it's a lifetime package and now you are saying there is no such package. They also said if not satisfied the refund can be processed in 30 days and now you are saying 45-60 days, so another lie. When i asked about the details on the website they asked me to make the payment and once paid inder jeet (Phone number [protected]) would be sending one emails from crossroads i’d confirming the life time validity of the package since all information are not correctly updated on the website. Since they are crossroads employee so company has cheated on me by selling product with false information. I do not want to continue with such company and need my refund asap. Please process my refund soon and if possible take some training sessions with your sales guys about not to lie to the customers just to sell the product because in long run you will lose customers because of these false commitments by these employees. Believe me that days when i bought the package i encouraged few of my colleagues also to buy the same package but now i won't do that anymore and will ask not to join crossroads just because of the false promise by the company. I know feedback from one customer probably doesn't matter to you but please do something about your sales guys as they are denting the company image just to meet their monthly target.

                                        Hi, i had to call and remind you that its already crossed 48 hours and did not get any reply. This is not the way to do business. I would like to know how long the concerned team will take for any action. Just mentioning 'give us sometime' is not enough. There should be definite turnaround time for every escalation. 5 days, 7days, 10 days, etc. Let me know how soon this will be resolved. I would also like you know what action you are taking about those two gentleman who sold the product with in correct commitment to me.

                                        I want to know the update on my request, why you are not updating me on the same? Every time i call there is meeting going on and they say someone will call me after the meeting, this is happening for last 2-3 days. I am not sure you have any governance mechanic or not? Can someone please update on this?

                                        Why no one is getting back to me on this. It's more than 10 days and your email said 24 to 48 hours. Please cancel my policy and refund the money asap.

                                        Is this how you monitor a mailbox and deal with your customers. Can someone help me with this if no, then please confirm so that i can see other options.

                                        I am still waiting for the refund and your 24 to 48 hours to be completed for last 1 month. Don't you think it is funny that every mail you said 24 to 48 hours and it's around a month now and it seems nobody has any answers to my query and it's still not resolved. Do you guys even monitor the mailbox and complaints or just putting an automated message is enough? Do you guys even have any quality checks and monitor the quality of your services and customer complaints? I am still waiting for the refund and someone calling and updating me on the status. Even an email reply will work, not that automated reply.
