Had very bad experience two Times ( Complain-No# 509368, 469122 ) with crossroad RSA Service waited on Risky & Dangerous Road for more than 10 Hrs .
No Phone Support... No Response on Application.
Some how connected sales team, who confirm that service would be available in 45 Min, But No Action... i tried with them 5-6 time but answer is same to pass the Time.
Unfortunately, I waited for more than 10 Hours on Road with no response from Crossroad.
After 24 Hrs, Request were cancelled without specifying any reason.
Complain Details::
509368 :: 13-Jul-2018 :: Cancelled
469122 :: 27-Dec-2017 :: Cancelled
First, Pls. explain the reason of cancellation.
Second, Do not want to continue as Service not reliable when it is needed.
Also, There is no response on Email which sent to "[protected]@crossroadshelpline.com"post first incident in Dec'2017.
Kindly Help me to get Refund.

Cross Roads customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As they are not providing service as per the commitment so i want my refund Rs 3250/- asap. I called many times but not any positive response several reminder mails but there no reply from their side.
Please help me in this matter.
