I am writing you this complaint against below crossroad policy which taken last week on commitment by your sales executive but after received terms and condition completely wrong as given information about this policy. Whatever your sales executive informed me about this package its completely changed. Kindly look this matter rest i will go to take legal action on this.

    Cross roads provides break down services for cars in delhi ncr. The card renewal date is on 31st august 2017. But their renewal department starts calling for renewal from march, april. The whole year they keep calling to get the card renewal. Its a nuisance and makes one frustrated. Just to avoid their calls if i tell them to call after sometime let us say 3 weeks. On that date as many as 8 to 10 calls start coming in since morning when their office opens. It is frustrating and total harrassment. The numbers from which i have been getting the calls are +91 [protected]. +[protected]. The usual excuse is that the card rate will increase the next month and that they have a target to achieve. Please get it resolved. Thank you

      Dear sir/mam
      Myself rishabh singh, i took the life time plan from crossroads for road assistant for my car (Up 16 u 2199) tata indica white color on 18 july 2016
      I would like to inform you that without prior notice the terms and conditions of the company have been changed. I have gone through all the terms and conditions for life time plan at the time of taking up the same from the company. But recently the very meaning of "life time plan for road assistant has been made only 15 services and that too for the limited tenure of just 4 years, but the day i took the life time plan at that time the it was unlimited

      This thing has been done without any prior notification or mail. I have taken that plan just because the number of services were free for life time. I am privileged customer since july 2016 and taken car services with every detail of terms and condition. I have launched my complaint in their portal also they are not giving any response, and the telecom person is not considering my case.

      I humbly request you to kindly take serious measure in this matter. I am here enclosing the scanned copy of the paper in which the services/facilities to be provided are mentioned (Given to me at the time of taking up the plan)

        Crossroad is fraud company, first at the time of booking for car service they said they will provide you with 2 car service at home or authorised service station (Honda patpatganj) and will provide you with 2 car kit, 1 air pump, at the time of booking. Then they said they will send you by corrior after 2 days, then said at the time of service they will provide you. Called for service they said they won't provide service in service center, now that person is not answering my phone,
        Totally fraud, please refund my money. Members i'd [protected]

          I have made the booking thru app (Booking id 415414) on 21st june 2017 for service on 08th july 2017.

          On 8th july 2017, when i tried to contact cross road helpline, they said the service is not available when it is booked thru app and they were sorry to say that the service cannot be provided on 8th july 2017.

          Alternatively, they offered for service on 9th july 2017 at indirapuran warehosuse and promised the call on 9th july 2017 at 10 am.

          After waiting till 11.30 am on 9th july, i again contacted, the customer care executive promised a call back within 15 minutes from the warehouse.

          After waiting till 1 pm, i have again contacted customer care, they promised a call back within few minutes.

          On 10th july 2017, customer care called back and ensured the service for today by indirapuram workshop by 10-11 am.

          Till date i have not got the service for my vehicle dl3cbf6971.

          Hence, i don’t want to continue with your service on wheels and requested to refund the amount of rs. 5, 500/- which was paid in advance.

          Hope the above, clarifies and i don’t want any excuse mail from your side and just want refund back my money for which no service has been made available by cross road team.

            Hi all,
            Plz do not buy any policy or services from this company as they are a cheat and duped me and my friends we took 2 car service sow for 4700 rs which included 2 complete car services in 2 yrs with additional gift like car air pump and car care kit which after 20 days also did not reach us

            Along with this when 1 of my friend availed their service they came with only 1 guy in a van who insisted to take the vehicle to his local conatct for washing and changed oil and charged 770 rs which where told to us will be free
            After we all started calling for refund of our our money no body in their comapny is listening and putting balme on each other
            So plz do not buy as after sales service is very bad and no response fro their managers also

              I have booked service on wheels for saturday 15 july but crossroad refuse to provide services on this date and it was already booked on their app, same has been informed to them by call.                 I have purchased package for my another vehicle via app on 23 June 2017. But neither I have received any confirmation from Crossroads, nor any reply of my mails. Since then I have I have followed up many times, but it seems crossroads want to eat my money. Everyday customer care executives give me consolation but no one is serious there to resolve my problm. Now I want to refund.

They have built their walls and covered the road area.The area which was once a parking area. So i would like to request the higher authorities that please visit once to see this locality of 19- b and convert the covered area into roads.

                    I had paid Rs. 5000 on 20-06-17 by cheque which got cleared from my account.

                    I was given date of service of my car on 29th June which you could not do.. When I called your customer care they gave me 3rd July as the next date but till now neither a call or the team for service has reached me. When I called the customer care, they gave me another date 5th July.

                    I never got either a call or SMS/Mail from your side about the change of date. But everytime I had to call you.

                    I get a feeling that you are very unprofessional and cheat people.Either get my vehicle servised or return my money or else, I shall have to approach the Consumer Court.

                      My father was contacted by the sales representative of the company on his mobile. They were selling at home car service for which they said 4 of their car service mechanics will come and service our car at home. We bought 2 at home car service for our Honda City Car for INR 6, 000. The payment was made through Paytm on 09th June 2017 (Paytm order #[protected]; Paytm Txn ID # [protected]). We were told that the first car service will be done on 10th June 2017.
                      We waited all day for the mechanics to come however no one came for the car service. We contacted the customer service the same evening and were informed that as they do not have mechanics available they will reschedule the car service for 20th June 2017. Again on 20th June there no one came from the company and no one contacted us. We called the customer service again and were informed that the car service will have to be rescheduled for 30th June 2017.
                      On 30th June again there no one came from the company. There no intimation from the company about this and we again had to call the customer service which informed us that the service date will have to be rescheduled for 13th July now.
                      We have asked for a refund but the customer service has simply refused to do so. They are very rude and have asked us to do whatever we can but they will not refund our money. While making the sale they made false representations about the service quality.
                      My car is overdue for service and since 10th June 2017 (first service promise date) I have driven almost 600-700 Kms which has caused a lot of damage to my car. Honda is asking for approximately INR 15, 000 for car repair as the car has been driven without getting serviced for long.
                      I want refund of the amount paid to Crossroads and also want reimbursement for the damage caused to my car due to Gross Negligence on part of the company.

                        Cross road contacted me to provide services for my car tavera .

                        Thenceforth I paid rs 2999 on 22/10/216 for my tavera car services .

                        Thereafter your office fixed car services on 28/10/2016.

                        To the utter shock your office contacted to me before the car services day that your company do not provide services for tavera car.

                        This was surprising to me as i have already informed that i am having tavera car, only before paying the consideration of Rs 2999.

                        It was informed to me by cross road office to kindly drop a mail for refund of rs 2999.

                        Therefore i request to kindly refund my consideration amount for Rs 2999.

                          Our neighbours are dumping the digged clay on cross roads and waste bricks also. Due to this we are unable to reach home.in raining season not able go out side. Totally need to get into water, that too mud water. Two wheeler cannot pass in this way. And road side dogs are barking always. Its looking as a slum area. Even two wheeler cannot ride on this roads. Not two wheeler even a human cannot walk.
                          Since y months the roads are like this. Location 9th cross, hosaroad, landmark pawan jewellers.

                          So please consider my request you to solve this problem.

                            I took the member ship for my car service from crossroads on 24/02/17 vide member ship no. [protected]. After some time when ever i called up for car service for particular date, reply was, no slot is available that day. Finally i got the date of 15/06/17 with service no. 412009. When i called up in the morning, they said the mechanic is not available today & gave me the another date for 21/06/17.
                            I think this is their business to sell member ship & let the peoples followup afterwords.
                            Please take the serious action against them so that they should not make fool the innocent people like this.

                              Cross road guy called me to take cross road service at door step and said they will provide best service which includes (Oil and coolant change, complete car check up, denting and painting, scratch removal, car cleaner kit and air filter) but at the time of service they only changed the oil and did car wash only. I called customer care and told the story but still no help. Even i wrote email at [protected]@crossroadhelpline.com so many time but didn't received any revert. Then i called customer care number so many time they said they will reply and call me when ever i call them. Now it's more then 10 days i have not received any response and support from them. I paid 6000 for service and asking them for refund of 3000. I would request you to please help me.

                                I have a lifetime membership of cross road for my vehicle no. Dl 4c ap 3034, i10 magna. As per the payments made it was a "pan india life time membership", however as per the discussions held with the customer care executive, its only a "delhi ncr life time membership"

                                The form filled and confirmed by your executive at the time of activation of plan was sent on may 18 followed by a reminder mail on 22nd may, however no response has been sent by cross roads.

                                The plan needs to be corrected as per the records asap

                                    I booked my car service with crossroads on 09th may, and their executive (Swati: contact number: [protected]/[protected]) confirmed that the service would be done on 10th may, upon which i made the payments (Of rs. 5000 for 2 cars) online.
                                    However, no mechanic came on 10th may, and swati did not respond to my numerous calls (On mobile), upon calling on landline, it was told that there was no service booked and swati is on leave.
                                    I asked them to book the service immediately, but there were no dates available, and they booked for 19th, upon calling them a couple of days later, again it was told that no service was booked. They again said there is no slot available before 30th.
                                    I insist on getting the service as early as possible, so they confirmed that the service could be done on 26th may. Now i have called today again and they said that the service is not booked for tomorrow, it is booked for 30th.
                                    I have asked them to cancel the service now and refund my money back.
                                    Cross roads is harassing me for the past 3 weeks now, and i want my refund back as soon as possible, i dont trust and dont want to get the service done from such irresponsible company

                                      I was sold your 'sow premium p2-delhi ncr' package by crossroads telesales team on 13th feb 2017.

                                      I was promised the following very clearly:
                                      One additional (Complimentary) car service besides the two car services that are a part of the package.
                                      One electrical car air pump.
                                      Rs 2500/- cash-back which will be provided by the mechanic who will visit to service the car.

                                      I have the following concerns:
                                      The email acknowledgement that i received mentions only 2 car service. There is no mention of the complimentary service.
                                      I haven't received the car pump till now.
                                      I am not sure if the mechanic will be in a position to provide me rs 2500/- cash back.

                                      My membership id is [protected].

                                      I request you to please refund the rs 6000/- that i paid, since i have been mis-sold the product.in addition i request you to please pay me rs 10, 000/- for the inconvenience caused to me due to this mis-selling.

                                      Finally, i would request crossroads to take action against its sales team members who mis-sold me the service.

                                      The sales was done initially by deepak gupta ([protected]@crossroadshelpline.com) and then by his supervisor vikas agarwal, who also shared with me what he claimed was his personal mobile number ([protected]).

                                        I have purchased a coupon for srvices of my vehicle from cross roads on 24.02.2017 vide receipt no. 40183 for the services of my car. Since then i am chasing for the services but they have not provided me any services on the agreed dates. It seems the company is collecting money in the name of service of car but utilising the money for other purposes.
                                        It is feared that this company has a large base and may have collected the money from many people like me and will run away with the amount collected by them.

                                        They are utilising the collected money without any interest.

                                        Please take remedial action against this company and they may be stopped from collecting the money

                                        further they may also be stopped to advertise in their site as they do not come for service.
                                        Cross Roads customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
