I have purchased crossbeats raga in amazon website and there is 1 year warranty for this product. My left ear piece stopped working and i contacted the crossbeats customer support regarding this issue. They promised to replace this product, from the past 2 months i'm waiting for the replacement, they are telling that the product has been shipped but they are not providing the shipping details. Also i found many customers complaining about this warranty issue. Purchase crossbeats headphones on 24/09/17 with 1 year replacement warranty & not even started since then. Exchange so many mails with amazon & a2a trading India but no response. I’m feeling very upset as not getting any update & not able to use item.

The left speaker is not working well ( stop working) and voice quality go down and there is no bass working like a 200 RS earphone this make me so dispoint.

I have brought a crossbeats wave waterproof bluetooth wireless earphone on 26th December 2018. It wasn't working. So I got replacement for this in May month.
Now replaced new earphone also not working since June month.
Earlier voice was not coming through left earpiece & now it won't power on.
I already sent mails to crossbeats but no response from crossbeats even after continues follow-ups.

I have crossed my warranty! Now my left ear piece is not working.. will u fix it with charges??
I have purchased crossbeats evolve through their official website which stopped working suddenly after 6 months as directed by their official email I have couriered them the product to their customer care service center situated in Bangalore to get the service done as the product is under warranty.
On the contrary they are asking heavy repairing charges which will cost equal to original product.
