( I had send this mail to [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com & [protected]@cria.co.in but still got no reply on that however when I called their customer care they firstly said to mail them on provided mail i.d.'s & when I tell them that I am not getting reply then they disconnect the call again & again)


Subject : Complaint against mechanic and refund request.



Respected Sir,

I am a registered customer with your company bearing card No.90250767/058 for my vehicle- Santro (DL3CY 5053).

On 11th Feb. 2013, I was going to Apollo hospital by my car with the patient who was having urgent appointment with the doctor there. On the way about 1 km. before hospital, my car got heated up a lot. Then I called up crossroad. In the meantime, I got help from a local mechanic who put water in radiator which resulted in its start-up. As it was an emergency situation, that mechanic followed us upto Apollo so that patient may reach the hospital. There I called up again to crossroad & altered my request vide complaint number-106 and asked them to send someone in front of Apollo hospital.

When crossroad mechanic reached there, local mechanic suggested me and Mr.Virender (Cross road meachanic) that car was heated up to that extent that hose pipe should be replaced otherwise all water or coolant would get drained and engine would get heated again which could cause engine seize. But Mr. Virender simply told me that he would put 2 liters of coolant costing Rs.370/- and there would be no problem with the car then. I trusted him more than that local mechanic as he (Mr.Virender) was from brand named crossroad. So, he charged a bill of Rs.370/- from me and put coolant in the car and walked away. Hardly after just 2-3 minutes of going of Mr. Virender, I noticed all coolant was leaking. When I called Mr. Virender on his mobile number-[protected], he told me to take car to garage as its hose pipe has to be changed because it was damaged. I asked him when he was already knowing that leakage is there and local mechanic was also telling him that leakage is there, then why he did not tow the vehicle to garage and instead just sold me 2 liters coolant and had gone which could have resulted in total engine seize. I am highly surprised on the fact if the mechanic from crossroad came just for selling their products when he already knew that it was leaking and it could totally seize the engine while local mechanic was also confirming this. Is this the scenario for customer satisfaction for your brand named crossroad. It is very shocking for your customer members to realize such an unsupportable position of your brand named crossroad!

I want refund of all my money billed by cross road, i.e. Rs.370/- as due to your mechanic’s selfishness, all coolant put in my car had leaked in about 20 minutes only and the engine of my car could have totally seized. Also enclosing the Bill with this mail.

They are fraud
Their mechanic came, charged me Rs 370/- for putting coolant however local mechanic was telling him that coolant will leak. I trusted mechanic as he was from crossroad but When Crossroad helpline mechanic (Varinder [protected]) had gone, just within 10min all coolant leaked & when I called him then he told me to take car to garage. Is this the service of crossroad road, when mechanic himself know this that it was leaking why should he not towed the vehicle when garage was just 2 km away.
Crossroadhelpline mechanic just came to sell company's product & not giving service. When I complaint this on call to customer care they simply told me to mail them on mail i.d.'s. After 2 mails even I didn't get response of customer care.
Now they simply disconnect the calls

This is the reputation of crossroadhelpline company. Pathetic

    I'm Mukul jain a customer of your Company since 2006, having a membership no.90270451/969 bearing Privilege Member.

    I have a Skoda Octavia diesel car for which i have logged a complaint in your cust care on 18 Nov. 2012 at 12:00pm bearing complaint no . 209, my complaint was that my car battery has somehow got discharged & i have precisely told that executive to bring a bigger battery so that it can easily start the car.

    Your guy came with the small battery from which you can barely start a new age Swift diesel car, he tried for 5-10 minutes but all efforts goes in vain as the car doesn't start so i called your cust care again at 12:48 & there is some executive named Priya(may be fake) she bluntly refused to co-operate that we have sent our guy & we don't have that type of battery which can start your car and then she hanged up the phone. so i request you to please look into this matter as i'm still standing there without any solutions from Cross Roads, the Dependable 24x7 car&bike HELPLINE.

    I assume your system does record every conversation, please take an immediate step towards your prompt & efficient services to your customers.
    crossroads in not providing the services it promises to .. i had a bad experience as my bike got punctured in the middle of the night at 11 pm ... and a guy reached late almost 1 hour later and replaced the tube with a new one and charged me 300 rs. for the same, and the tube lasted only for next 4 to 5 days and again the tube bursted in the middle of nowhere .. and i felt cheated by not getting the proper service.

      My had a Privilege Member Card # 90272221/525.

      Below is the summary of incident happened on On Saturday 22nd Sep 2012.

      My car broke down on 12:45 pm. I called Cross road at 12:50 pm and received a complaint number #650 with resolution time of 30 mins.
      1. I called Cross road again at 13:20 pm after getting no help in 30 mins. They asked me to wait for another 20 mins.
      2. I called again Cross road at 13:40 pm after getting no help in 50 mins from my complaint registration. They asked me to wait for 40 mins and hanged the phone without listening to me very rudely.
      3. I called them repeatedly after that but no picked my call and my call was disconnected 7 times.
      4. I called a private mechanic after that who charged Rs. 250/- from me to recharge my car.
      5. I had waited for 70 mins for help from Cross road but there was no proper response and I had to pay Rs. 250/- from my pocket. Also, the customer care team was very rude and was not ready to speak to me.
      6. At 14:08 pm after 70 mins I had logged my complaint, Cross road representative called me and asked me to wait for another 40 mins. Means, I need to wait for 2hrs to get a fix and that too with no commitment.

      I would like to know what kind of Customer service cross road team provides. It was very hot afternoon and I was with my old mother who was waiting for help in such a day light. They do not have enough facilities to fix customer problems and also they speak rudely to customers. I would like to cancel my membership and want my membership money back. Also, I would like claim Rs. 250/- which I had paid to the private mechanic.

      I would like to escalate this to your department so that proper actions can be taken.

      They are worst service providers in this field. Never go for them.

      I had made a payment of Rs.3539/- through Credit Card 25th-Mar-18 for HR29AE6927,
      I was informed by your service executive that someone from authorized service center(within 5 km of my residence) will visit my address(H.No:1738, Sector-9, Faridabad) at 10:00-10:15 hours, on monday, will pick up the car.
      I called up to remind for the pick up in the morning of 26th-Mar but was requested to again call up at 10:00 as service team was not available.
      I again called up at 10:00 but was told that no booking has been done till yet, pls. call after 10:30 hours.
      I had left my car at my residence itself for the service today.
      Its very painful to hear such remarks from Crossroads.
      But no one heard my plea & car was not serviced .I had to got the same repaired from local person.
      Now I am following up with Crossroads for the refund of the payment made.

        Hi,
        This is regarding a complaint against Crossroads Car Helpline. I want to highlight the agony that I suffered on the 30th of August, 2012 when my car broke down due to a flat tyre.

        I have availed Crossroads Car Helpline service for three of my cars. My member ID is 90141834/350 and the car for which I want to raise this complaint is Hyundai Getz.

        At 5-15 pm on 30th August, 2012, I called up Crossroads as I had a punctured tyre. I was assured of service in 30 mins, and the complaint number was issued to me which was 722. Till 8 pm, no mechanic turned up for repair. When I called up at 8 pm, I was told that the mechanic is getting CNG filled in his vehicle and will be reaching shortly. I again called up at 9 pm when he didn't turn up, and again the same reply was there. At 9-30, I received a call asking me to note down the number of the mechanic, I refused to do and said that I will not be calling up the mechanic as that's not my job. I had already given my mobile number and address and after 4 hours, they are asking me to note down the number of the mechanic. I waited again for half an hour and when the mechanic didn't come, I called up again at 10, only to get the reply that the mechanic is waiting in line to get CNG filled. When I scolded them, they cut the phone. I called again, and to my astonishment, I got the response that your complaint is showing as 'OK' in the system and has been catered to.
        I asked them to connect me to their superviser, to which they refused. I was told to talk to a certain Devender Yadav the next morning as he is the head there. Even after calling up several time the next day, my call wasn't transferred to Devender Yadav and every time I was given the assurance that Devender will be calling back, but that never happened.
        The service assured is in 30 mins time, but even after waiting for 5 hours, I did not get the service that I had paid for.
        Similar case has happened some time back with my other car when the mechanic didnt come.
        I want all my money refunded for all the three cars asap, as I don't want to avail the services anymore.

          Dear Mr. Lakhera,

          Hope you are doing well!

          My Card ID number is 90281200/416 and I made the payment to CrossRoads about 20-25 days back.

          This email is less a complaint email and more a disappointment of services provided by your company.

          When I was going to take the membership from your company and was in process of making the payment, at that time I got several calls and follow-ups from your company and that really impressed me about how fast your company is.

          After making payment I was not aware that I need to call myself and get the card activated so my card could not be activated till date.

          Yesterday that is on 28 August, 2012, at about 7:00p.m I got stuck into a problem as my bike got punctured and it was badly raining, at that time I called your customer support and asked them to send help. The executive asked me about my card number and when I provided then he informed me that it is not activated and told me the process of getting it activated and agreed to send help for us at that time which was a good part.

          When I was asked for vehicle number, I asked them to hold the phone line for a second and the call got disconnected.

          I thought that may be the call got disconnected due to the network congestion, hence I called again and was able to speak to Mr. Naveen and asked them to send help in Vaishali Ghaziabad Sector 2 and got a complaint number 498 and was assured that help will reach us in 30 min.

          After about 40 mins when the help did not reach us, I called again and the executive asked me again about my vehicle number and confirmed the address, the address that he was having was of Sector 62 Noida which was wrong.

          At that time I corrected the address and he told me that it will take 30 mins. This all happened after my first call that was given about 40 mins back of this call.

          I asked them to connect me to the manager and after holding the line for 2-3 mins the manager came online and he did not tell me that he is the manager and just said that the help is coming from Gandhi Nagar and it will take 40 mins more and he handed over the phone to the executive, when I asked the executive to hand over the phone again to manager, then he disconnected my call.

          I never expected this kind of behavior from the manager or executives as I thought I am taking service of a very reputed company.

          Me and my family again started waiting on the road when it was badly raining and there was NO HELP till 8:30p.m.

          That incident has made a very bad impact on me and my family, hence I request you to kindly refund my membership money.

          An early response will be really appreciated and request you and your company not to make fake commitments in case you cannot fulfill them.

          Bad service to 1 customer make you lose 10 others who can reach you through reference of 1 satisfied customer.

            I am a customer of CROSSROADS CAR HELPLINE from past 4 years. Yesterday night for the 1st time I required their services and called their customer care at 11:07 PM on the 8th of August 2012 and lodged a complaint for a punctured tyre. They claim to be at the service of the customer within half an hour. I again reminded them at around 11:40PM and they told me that the car mechanic is having dinner. I waited till 12:05 AM and then I had to drive back my PUNCTURED car due to which my tyre and tube got torn out. I have been HARASSED by their customer care agent JAI PRAKASH and the driver/car mechnic MOHD HAZRAT ALI. I have made 5-10 calls which should be present at their database and can be confirmed. Me and my family are highly agitated after the incident. Kindly Tell me how to proceed with the complaint.

            Crossroads — Refusal of services

            14th August, 2010:

            I called up Crossroads Helpline reporting a breakdown. They came back to me that the card has not activated which I was unaware about. There are repeated calls from their helpline for renewal but it was never told that the card is valid only if activated. Despite paying Rs 399 rental, I was weaned off the services at the time of need.

              THIS IS a WARNING to your company....
              You guys take some personal database about the vehichle we have and keep calling us with those ill mannered call-center persons. You cannot call me without my conset..... Your guys disturb us in high importance meetings and when we ask them not to call they talk rubbish and when we say call your MD or senior they say.....they do not have time to talk to person like you......If in future i recieve any calls from your company ...i will take action against you....

              I am also taking this up with the car dealer from where you might have taken the database. ....

              You guys claim to be in service industry but you do not have persons who can speak properly and polietly.....if this is the show and reflection of your company on phone what are the services you provide i can think off......

              You will go Mad Requesting Them to repair and they will charge you for replacing an old Relay from there car and will take away the your cars Old Relay and you will find after Two days that there is some other issue in your car after two Days and some new problem and the vicious circle...

                Crossroad is the worst service provider in Delhi. I have two cars registered with crossroad. After giving the exact location also, customer care said he can not understand the location and did`t gave me service at night. when i have asked for complaint no, they have given me wrong complaint no. I have written a complaint mail also, but no one is bother to reply. Today i.e on 3rd Jun 2011 at 15:03 i have received a cal regarding feedback from[protected], after listening to my issue, that lady simply disconnected the cal.

                This is crossroad. I advise all of them to not to pay your hard earned money to these kind of company.

                Never Ever Take Cross Road Service...

                You will go Mad Requesting Them to repair and they will charge you for replacing an old Relay from there car and will take away your cars Old Relay and you will find after Two days that there is some other issue in your car and some new problem and the vicious circle...

                Not to forget the behaviour of the mechanic Pandey He can talk any rubbish in front of your house in loud shouting voice and very soon you will say "ok thankyou u r right please go now"
                Yes their service is pathetic
                Their mechanics came only to sell crossroad products

                  I am having a subscription to cross roads break down services. I made a call to them to find out my expiration date. Every time they have been telling me to call to[protected] and when i call to this number they ask me to call to[protected]. Interestingly I made this inquiry because someone called me telling that your subscription is over and I am calling from Speed helpline. And cross is telling that your subscription is running and validity is 2011 but the system does not reflect month and date. How pathetic!!

                    i have taken crossroads car helpline services on 13th Jan 2011. As per the welcome letter i got from them, my services should become active by 14th Jan 2011. Till now (16th Jan 2011) my services have not become active. I have called their customer services number atleast 10 times but they are not helping me. They say that call activation department. i have ready called their activation department but they say they also cant do any thing. customer service is worst i have seen ever. they hang up the call. They dont have any manager when asked for. I just dont know what to do now. my registration number is 90157353 and CVV number is [protected]. Please help. my contact number is +91 [protected].

                    crossroads helpline turn a deaf ear to your call and hang up the call. they do not activate the card despite collecting payments before due date. and do not respond to complaints. what kind of organization is this? It is high time government closed, sealed crossroads offices allover and provide us justice!

                    Customer service of Cross Roads is worst and the employee of this is also not at all helpful. I called its helpline department[protected], around 20 times but they are not at all helping me. I got a number of one of its employee J.S Kalra, whos phone number is [protected]. This guy is supposed to handle complaints. But he said the customer care guys only handle the complaints...i suggest, no one should take their membership

                      I would like to bring to your notice the poor service offered by your orgnisation. Your salespersons are not committed to the ultimate customer satisfaction.

                      The fact is clearly established from the incident faced by me. I have taken membership for my Alto Car from one of your sales representative 2-3 month ago and he never asked me to active my crossroad card.

                      On day before yesterday i.e., Nov 17, 10 in the evening, my car was not starting and hence, for the first time, I contacted to Cross road for seeking their service being one of your member. But the operator simply denied to offer service by asking that I have to active my card first and it was around 7.30 PM and the timing for card activation is between 10 AM to 6 PM. I politely requested to the gentleman over there to help me on this on special case but he simply denied to do so. I also tried to contact the sales representative who have sold me the card but his number was switch off.

                      However, in somehow I arrange a local mechanic and get ride to the resulted situation.

                      On the very next day i.e., Nov 18, 10, I called your helpline no.[protected] on ext. 3 for activation of my card from 10 AM to 12.30 PM for 5 times but I have not received any response. Today also, I am trying to catch the activation guy over the same number and result still the same.

                      In today’s world where service industry is improving their service quality to complete their competitor and manage to retain their customer but I am sorry to say that this kind of customer experience would definitely lead to bad company name and escalation to consumer court.

                      I am still expecting for suitable action on my complain.

                        This company is one of biggest shameless and fraud organization that I have ever come across. I can't believe that it is not just the people, but in fact the whole company is being run on the base of false commitments and cheating. I have been resisting the urge to post something about them, but now it is high time.

                        First of all, something about myself, I have 2 cars registered with them, one of which is registered for the past 7 years, and the other being registered for 5 years, so that adds to 12 years of membership with them effectively.

                        So here are some things which can tell you about Crossroads as an organization.

                        1. For the past 3 years, every time I start getting calls for Renewal at least 5 months before the expiry of my membership. And they never say that it is due after 5 months, they always tell me that it is due to expire in next 10 days. I tell them each time the correct date, but still they keep calling every 15 days. And the sales executive gals are so trained that they are totally shameless. Even if you strictly tell them you are not interested, they will try to persuade you by any means. This shows that the company is following corrupt and unprofessional practices as an organization.

                        2. I have just used their service for a maximum of 15 times in my membership of 12 years. And that too a maximum of 5 times in past 7-8 years. Few months back I had an experience o[censored]sing their service. The battery of my car had discharged, and I called for their help. The weather was really bad and it was raining like anything. In spite of their commitment of half an hour, no one arrived for help for 2.5 hours. I kept calling them fanatically, but each time they told me another 10mins. Ultimately I got help from some other mechanic and had to leave for home. Easily it was one of the worst experiences of my life.

                        3. Yesterday, again my battery got discharged and then I called them. First of all the staff for attending the calls is so rude and manner less. I was trying to explain the location where I am standing and he was asking me the house number for address. I explained him how can I tell a house number on a road where I don’t live, and tried explaining him my exact location by other landmarks. But he was not willing to listen and put my call on hold. Then I dialed the number again and somehow registered my complaint. I was given a time of half an hour. And they told me to be near the car as it would not take more time than that. But they did not arrive, each time I called them they would tell me 10mins more. The staff was non co-operative and non helping. Finally they gave me a mechanic’s number who was supposed to attend my complaint and was told that he has reached my location and I should call him. When I called the mechanic, he told me that he is far and needs 15 more minutes, and he has just now got the call and started from his location. I again called the helpline and politely asked the status of my complaint, then I was told that the mechanic has already reached my location and searching for me. Then I told them my conversation with the mechanic. They again lied that he got another complaint, so was attending it. While the mechanic had told me that he was having lunch. I had to stand for more than 1 hour in the scorching heat at the peak noon hours. I missed an important meeting and got sick because of the heat. My whole day was wasted and I felt terrible because of sickness, and had to take rest for the rest of the day. All because of their unprofessional attitude. Had they communicated beforehand that it is going to take some time, I would have gone to some nearby place to cool myself in the heat. But instead they had asked me to be standing near the car, otherwise the mechanic will go back.

                        The only reason that I have continued the services with them for the past 3 years is the lack of any other authentic breakdown service and another reason being that I have had a few good experiences in the years before that. At that time their service was good and prompt. But in the last 3 years, they have gone from bad to worst and now they are deteriorating each day. They are a bunch of liars, uneducated, ruthless and fraud people who are making the lives of their customers miserable by making false commitments, by giving them a poor service and harassing them mentally and physically as well.

                        Cross Roads — Cheating

                        Cross Road is the fraud company they are never available on phone. when ever u require them. their phone id always unavailabel and after long waiting they answer phone and they ask for additional charges for changing my flat tyre. on return asking for the additional charges they asked to call later and disconected the phone. I MUST SAY THEY ARE FFRAUD PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING PEOPLE FOOL.
                        Cross roads have failed to provide good service .It only provides bad service or no service at all . It has become the most corrupt service where complaints and greviences are not addressed or taken care of.The helpline executives are very rude and ask the consumers to lodge a complaint to the government to get any kind of respite . Despite paying 3yrs. membership fee I've got zero service . .There is no provision to get the money back or correct service.Such an organisation is just running to cheat consumers of their money.I request the government to take speedy action and put all the concerned officials behind bars. Take further legal action so such culprits are discouraged to cheat and harass common citizens of India.

                        I have taken the service on the wheel package 1.5 years back and still following up with cross roads.

                        I am very sure that this is a fraud company and they don't bother customer pain.

                        I am attaching the screenshot of their last communication in Feb 2018. When they confirmed the refund (they have done it many times in past also), But still there is no refund. Also when I call their CC they just say it will be done in another 20 days and these 20 days never come.

                        I am hearing the same for last 1.5 years.

                          On Monday i.e 17-May-2010 i called up Crossroad and logged complaint regarding my vehicle but they were not able to deliver their service as per their contract which is half an hour and after waiting for above 1 hr my father had to board taxi for going to Jaipur which cost him Rs.3500/-. Yesterday same thing happened again and after waiting for their service for 1hr 30 mins I am logging complaint against them as its being fraud to customers for not providing services on time. Please take neccessary action and try to refund my amount of taxi from Crossroad. My details is as under:-

                            I am crossroads membership for the past more then five years. i want to bring one incident to the picture which i faced yesterday on 18/08/2009, which made me feel that the crossroad has now not proving any service or doen't want to provide service.
                            I was travelling from south delhi (CGO Complex) to North Delhi at my residence when my car horn stop working, i was on the busiest road INA Flyover i was to catch the ring road from AIIMS and the car horn wa not working. istopped and call the crossroads for checking, i made 4 calls after that i got the number and when i asked them to send the person to see the problem they refuse to take the complaint, by giving the argument that it is not covered under breakdown.i asked them how person can drive the car without the horn on the busiest roads in delhi. Then further told me sir we donn't take complaint regarding the headlights, horn etc. Someone senior should answer that if person is traveling on highway in night headlight doesn't work then how can he drive. Crossroads have now been to very bad state

                              Dear sir
                              I sanjay goyal had a bike breakdown today at 28/7/09 12:30 pm.I called up cross roads and it was said that the person will come in 30-40min as per thier commitments. but till 3 pm i was guided wrong and there was no one who came.
                              Moreover they even did not had a senior office who could assist and the phone ws constantly engaged
                              i am thier member from the past 5 years and at the time of need their was no service a wastage of money
                              at last had to take a rickshaw to take my bike to the service station

                              I OWN A SANTRO DL4C4385 golden color santro. Membership number being 90037476 and identity number[protected]. I had paid for 3 years membership, date being 2oth feb.2009 to 20th feb.2012. The receipt number is 2088 and additional sum of rs.650 was paid. Still my card has not been activated and the helpline executives are very rude and asked me to seek redressal in consumer court.Kindly help whoever can.

                                I have had the crossroads membership for 2 years and both the years have had awful experiences. After the 1st year subscription when they called to renew, I told them about the bad experience and they promised that it was just a one off incident. But it has happened 3 times now. Every time they take 2 hours to reach and keep saying that someone will reach in 10 minutes and my wife kept waiting in the car with an infant. She kept calling frantically. First they said that there is traffic jam (at 10 pm!!!) then they said that the mechanics car has broken down and finally after 1 hour 55 minutes they said that they had too many calls to attend so will take some more time. If they had told my wife in the very first call that they will take long time, she could have looked for an alternative rather wait and more important that the infant wouldn't have suffered. All this was besides her telling them every time that she had an infant along with her. I also had the membership for my second car and they called up for renewal 3 months in advance. I did not check (most people would assume that it must be due for renewal) after 3 months they called again for the same, then I realized that they had taken the money before it was due. I am sure that they must be cheating everyone like this.

                                Yes, i do agree with you. You have to try there helpline number for at least for 30 minutes to get your complaint registered with them. After that you have to wait and wait...

                                Yes, they also do fraud in renewal. they always takeaway two / three months from your membership...

                                I will not advise any one to get their membership...

                                Dear Customers

                                The company's management has changed. Our helpline number is 47090909 only. We attend 700-800 complaints in a day which shows that the calls are definitely being picked up.

                                Secondly, the months of your membership are not being deleted. See, if the policy is expiring in August then regardless of when you pay, your memebership will be renewed for 1 year till August next year. Our software allows us to increase the validity by years and not months, so no mistake is possible regarding renewals.

                                I request you to give us one more chance and look forward to serve you better

                                Your Customer care representatives are useless! Their standard response is - Ok Sir, What is your email ID? Ok Sir, we are forwarding your complaint to concerned department and will also arrange a callback.
                                You have given data about calls coming to your center. Can you also tell how many customers you arrange call back for? How many refund requests are there and how many refunds have you done till now?
                                Add survey option on IVR. The survey results would show the truth. "Cheaters!"
                                Thanks friends for posting your valuable feedback. You have saved my money as I have changed my mind to register with these guys. Also like to add up don't go for race car helpline either as I have been using it since one year and they also don't provide service or very late after 3 or 4 hrs of your complaints and that too after making them 8 to 10 phone calls. 3 to 4 hrs are more than sufficient for criminals to stab you in your back and take away your car.
                                this is the worst helpline.i called them and asked for the services.first they replied that we are sending the mechanic but i stood there for two hours and trying their number endless time but for no use.they did not care to come and attend the complaint.
                                Ultimately i took the help and reached home after 3 hours of waiting for them.
                                i suggest cross road to be punctual or if they can not attend their customers then they should stop this service.so that people dont held up waiting for them.
                                I am an old member. I have also experienced laps on the part of the person who receives the complaints. His attitude was not found good. Once I was struck on the road at 1.00 in the night. I called up Crossroad number. The person informed me that they did not deal with the particular problem. I told him that at this time it was difficult to get help from any body. But the person was in no mood to listen to me. I asked him to atleast tow my car to some safer place, but no response. I had to call help from one of my friends. It was and is not expected from crossroad. However, on some occasions, the service was satsfactory. I hope, the management will consider the point and improve.

                                Complaint lodged at 1100hrs on 10th sep was not attended till 1300hrs the helpline number was getting contineously busy whom should I contact for my complaint.the company employees are most punctual in collecting annual subscribtion but they are not bothered about taking care of persons stucked in the middle of the road. SO PLEASE DONT CALL ME NEXT TIME FOR RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIBTION.

                                I HAD BEEN USING THE SERVICES FOR LAST THREE YEARS & THIS IS THE WORST (NO BETTER WORD CAN COME TO MY MIND) SERVICE I HAD EVER SEEN. IT JUST SUCKS.EVERY TIME YOU GIVE THEM A CALL THEY ASSURE U THAT THE MECHANIC WILL REACH WITHIN 25-30 MINUTES BUT U HAVE TO WAIT FOR ATLEAST 90 MINUTES. ONCE I GAVE THEM A CALL AT 8:00 AM WHEN THE ACCELATOR WIRE OF MY BIKE BROKE. THEY ASSURED ME THAT MECHANIC WILL REACH WITHIN 30 MINUTES. AFTER WAITING FOR 1 HOUR ON THE ROAD WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY TOLD ME THAT MECHANIC WAS NOT ABLE TO LOCATE ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK AGAIN I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE COMPANY IS RUNNING SHORT OF CERTAIN ACCECORIES WHICH ALSO INCLUDE ACCELARATOR WIRE SO THE MECHANIC IS WAITING FOR THE SPARE PARTS SHOP TO OPEN. THE MECHANIC FINALLY REACHED AT 10:50 AM SAYING HE COULD STILL NOT GET THE WIRE. FINALLY I DECIDED NOT TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE COMPANY. A FEW DAYS LATER A SALES EXECUTIVE OF THE COMPANY GAVE ME A CALL FOR RENEWAL OF THE MEMBERSHIP. I SIMPLY REFUSED FOR THE SERVICES BUT THESE SHAMELESS CREATURES GAVE ME A CALL AGAIN SAYING THAT I WILL NOT BE GETTING ANY CHANCE TO COMPLAINT IN FUTURE.

                                AFTER IMMENSE PURSUANCE FROM THE SALES EXECUTIVE NAMED NEHA I AGREED UPON USING THE SERVICES ON A TRIAL BASIS AS SHE TOLD ME THAT SERVICES HAD IMPROVED A LOT SINCE THEN. BUT SOMETHINGS NEVER CHANGE SO IS THIS COMPANY. JUST THREE DAYS BACK I CALLED THEM UP FOR A HELP AS MY BIKE GOT PUNCTURED AND TO MY HORROR I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THE PUNCTURE REPAIR IS TO DONE FREE OF COST AS PER NEHA'S ASSURANCE & I DEMANDED FOR THE SUPERVISOR HE SIMPLY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. WHEN I CALLED THE EXECUTIVE NEHA SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER & CALL ME BACK IN 30 MINUTES BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REPLY.

                                NOW, AS A LAST OPTION I AM GOING TO DRAG THESE TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE LACK OF SERVICES. HOPE SOMEONE WILL READ THIS & TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES.

                                On 4th oct.2009, I had the worst time of my life because of Crossroads Car Help Line.I was on the way to delhi Airport to drop a friend when my Fiat Palio broke down at Subroto park, Delhi.After continuosly calling Crossroads car help line for 40 minutes I could get through their number(they just have one phone number).The mechanic Praveen reached me after 1hr.20 min.and told me that the he got the complaint late from the control room.In the meanwhile i was frantically calling crossroads.After checking the car, he told me that as there was an electric fault, he knew nothing about it.He also refused to tow the car to the nearest service station and left.when Crossroads was contacted again, they informed that their responsibility is over as the complaint has already been attended and also that I have to make personal arrangements to get the car towed.When I insisted that I was their customer since three years and it was mentioned in the terms and conditions of the membership card, they simply refused to oblige.I did everything possible to convince them to get me out of being stranded on the road but they continued to laugh around saying that since I referred to the conditions, now I could do whatever I feel like.I was fleeced, cheated and ridiculed instead of any assistance.I kept on requesting repeatedly and finally made my personal arrangements after being stranded for 4 hrs.Vowing to take some action, I even recorded some of the conversations.If anyone get guide me how to teach them a lesson, I'll be grateful.My humble request to all innocent customers who pay them subscriptions-PLEASE STOP FOOLING YOURSELVES.They are cheats who are interested only in subscriptions and provide no service.Wish I could sue them in a consumer court as they are not honouring their contract.

                                It is the worst and always try to decieve people by misrespresentiting facts and try to renwe before time
                                To-day is my turn to feel how CROOSROAD cheats us. I complained at 9.35 a.m. and again at 10.10 am and again at 10.40, 11.10 but only got similar excuses like traffic jam, their own vehicle break down, so many complaints etc. etc. Surely their customer base multiplied but seems they do not increase their qualified work force, vehicles etc. So please avoid CROSSROAD.
                                On date 7 July 09, subsequent to my discussion with Kiran Taneja from Crossroads I had taken a policy from 3 years Crossroads @ INR 999 with an offer that INR 500 would be reduced in the next premium for insurance of my CAR i.e MATIZ. The Policy Receipt No. is 6729 and the Membership Number is[protected]

                                I had very specifically asked Kiran and the visiting member for if this offer is valid with all insurance Co. specially "National Insurance Company" and their answer was Yes it is accepted.

                                Finally when the insurance due date of CAR approached I contacted "National Insurance Company" for availing this offer, They simply denied having any tie-ups with Crossroads. The card specifying that it was free was treated just as a waste paper. Since then I had made multiple calls and spoken to many people including SWATI[protected] and Mr. Paul ([protected]). The first reply of Paul was that he would organize someone to pick up my cheque and honor the promise made by crossroads.

                                Sorry to say that Mr Paul, failed to fulfill his commitment and after waiting for 24 hours when I tried contacting him he simply did not pick his mobile. This is highly unprofessional attitude, as the story continued for next 3/4 days I made several calls to Swati -and others too hoping someone would revert - Nobody did and Paul did not pick his mobile.

                                As the insurance date was approaching I had to make the payment for same (which I did, without getting the benefit of INR 500). The response seems very bad, 1. The sales commitment was not fulfilled, 2. There is no tie up atleast between National Insurance Company" and crossroads
                                3. Irrespective o[censored]rgency and many calls made from my side I did not get a proper response also, and on top of it people stopped accepting my calls.

                                I feel cheated and requested the authorities to intervene for resolution. Finally on 14 Sept anu.[protected]@gmail.com; on behalf of; Customer Care, Crossroads [[protected]@crossroadshelpline.com] replied via mail that they would refund the INR 500 to me.

                                Since then it was a long chase up over mails and telephone calls to their support office but believe me it seems that they used to handle such query as all my calls and emails since then have landed to their deaf ears.

                                I have all the relevant document only thing now left is to proceed with Legal proceedings which I have already taken a opinion with different Web portals and collected all relevant documents to proceed only delay is finding time to go and file this case.

                                I've experienced the same dilemma every [ [ [ [ EVERY] ] ] ] time. They've full of nonprofessionals, cheaters, none takes responsibility for the delay or absence. You simply cannot rely on such [censored]s.
                                My recent encounter happened last eve. Do you guys know that if you've deflated tyres and you don't have serviceable stepney, you have to pay the actual puncture repair cost + 50/-Rs. as service charge? --I never know that!!! Which they have never informed before or at time of selling service

                                I know its cheap, pity and directly affecting you and other customer also.
                                None has time to make official complaint against them...So, Its time to revenge; I got an idea to catch troublesome now. Although, unfortunately I am also a "so called" "Privilege customer", make them fool by making false call and as usual they reach after 1hr30mins to 2hrs, I ask them to wait or misguide by telling incorrect landmarks and leave them to run pillar to post. Whilst, I remain in touch with their control room too, to keep him (breakdown) busy for next 40-50mins and lately I ask them that I manage to fix the problem from local repair shop because you are so late.

                                Thats all folks!!!

                                However, my wife hates such practice and she keeps arguing upon it. I LOOOOOVE it.

                                I live in West Delhi. These uneducated poor guys say “New Delhi -110043” is not part of Delhi. Can somebody help them to read PIN codes? It took 15mins to convince them that PIN-110043(Najafgarh) is in Delhi and not in Singapore!!!

                                I however faced other issue when i called crossroad to rectify my car problem. First of all he was not able to correct it and was saying that this needs to be changed and that needs to be changed... I tried after he left and car started to my amasement.

                                But my problem was not over here, next day when I was checking my car to see what was an issue to my utter shock and disbelief I couldnt find my lcd in the car. I immediately called them up and customer executive told me that he would make me talk to driver on Monday as it was sunday and his supervisor was not available. No call came and again called them but did not find any solution...
                                i am a cross road member from the last 2 years.each and every time during renual they are increasing their rates. when showed their collection boy the cheque issued 6 months before. they are speechless.
                                any way the attitude of calling person is also not appreciable.
                                I am sure if Race or Cross Road is good service provider or not, but I can say you that I am using Caroxy services for last 1 years and I am very much satisfied with them.

                                I'm fully agree, they are just taking the benefit of the fact that there is no direct competition available as of now who can give better services & unfortunately people like us who are bound to commute on daily basis because of work needs such services they are just encashing that, as a customer I always wanted this service but the management of this company is truly run by some 'Dehatis" who have just invested some money & started this venture by chance, they are least bothered what customer wants, they are simply putting blind eye on customer's concerns, nobody from the management ever tried to call the customer & get some feedback on the services, I think they are unaware that this is the time to "Listen Customers" otherwise it will result in a very high defection rate & ehich leads to the situation like pouring water in a leaking bucket.I hope somebody from managment read this & improve
                                On 23 Aug 10, on front panel of my car indicator of emission & battery
                                (Orange & red in color) are on even car has been started. So I called Crossroad customer care and they lodge my complaint & said mechanic will reach within 30 minutes But did not give me any compliant number. After 30 minutes I have privilege to talking to CSRs (Jai and Ashok) these two are car genius I have not met in my life.

                                - First they said there is no compliant from my side, so I need to lodge it a new compliant. Both Jai and Ashok don’t know that what indicator on front panel of car means, for him its an electrical issue which you don’t deal with. YOU HAVE RECUIRTED ILLITERATE STAFF THOSE DONOT WHAT THESE INDICATORS MEANS.

                                I recommend one should call on road service from maruti (if one has maruti car). As we need to pay why not to pay when it is required as these local on road service are not worth it.

                                If any body wants to see how and duffers sound then they should call up the CROSS ROADS customer care.I have never seen such an ill trained call center staff in my life.It seems you are talking to some road side .I have been member of this pathetic company for 2 years now but got to know their pathetic service when i called them for breakdown help at 9 am in the morning and after 5 reminders finally i had to beg the call center duffers to give me the mechanics number.The Mechanic finally reached the place at 12 noon. CROSS ROAD IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.
                                I have purchased the cross road membership for my convinence.I am
                                using the cross road services almost from the past 2 years.Usually i
                                called up the cust care for tyre puncher repair only. Always the
                                mechanic will not reach the place on time and we need to follw up the
                                call centre and the mechanic even they are not having facility to call
                                us. We have to call the mechanic & update the locations.

                                I was facing the problem of tyre again it was puncher yesterday so i
                                called up the cust care on 22nd
                                August 2010 at around 7 :00 pm.

                                The executive tried to take the information like car no. &
                                confirmation for the address but the address is not valid which is
                                updated on your systems. I refer to send the mechanic at my residence
                                but the address is not updated & then the executive DC the line.

                                I need to call the cust care again for the same complaint. My call was
                                landed to Mr Vineet rajput
                                I was provided a Complaint I.D 201 & mechanic need to visit my place
                                within 30mins. I receive a call after 40 min that mechanic is unable
                                to find your place so note down the no. of RAM PRAKASH NAYAK
                                ([protected]).

                                When i come down from my stairs mechanic was standing in my colony.
                                He asked for the stepney is fine so i will replaced that, i said i
                                want to repair my same tyre which is faulty and the same has been
                                discussed with the cust care for the addition charge of RS 50 /-

                                He again forced me to replace the stepney only but i have denied.
                                He said i will save your 50 bucks, tommorrow you can repair you tyre
                                by your own. After all the disscussion he just taken my faulty tyre
                                for repair.

                                After 20-30 min i got a miss call from Mr. RAM PRAKASH, i called up
                                at the same time, he said that your Tube is totally busted due to
                                running your car with the puncher tyre and the Nossel of the tyre is
                                also damaged so you need to replace the TUBE only which costs Rs 300
                                /- AND Rs 50 /- their extra charges.

                                According to me there is no tyre tube which costs 300 bucks, so i

                                upon me acceptin the offer, d very same day (11 sept) an agent came over & after taking d payment asked me to get a registry with the company. since then the ordeal has been continuing ... n leave apart the idea n requirement o[censored]sing d services offered... i'v till date (a week now, 17 sept) not even been registered by the company.
                                instead i m still recieving cals boutthe product, n at times an enquiry bout my registration, with a promise of a call back in A FEW MINUTES... but the wait for this "CALL" is yet to end.

                                I totally agree with you. They never take less than an hour to reach the spot, but this time it took them 5 hrs., and as said in the original complaint, every time I ring up they say 15 more minute. I dont have to describe my situation in words. This is what they say in their site "Just one call to CROSS ROAD ensures you that your car is attended promptly & efficiently." Why dont they tell the waiting time little bit more accurately, if they know the no of complaints queued up.

                                I do agree that problems might have been faced by you. But still I have decided to be a member of this "CROSSROADS" helpline.

                                I may let you know my exprience with "RACE". I had a Petrol leakage in my Car. Complained to "RACE", where I had membership. No doubt, as usual, I had to try a number of times. The reply was, "Your membership had expired". When I checked up my receipt, I found it still had 3months period left out. Next time, when their marketing persons approached me for renewal, I related them the whole story, but the reply was, "it is only the fault of our operational cell. It will not happen next time."

                                But no body dared to refer my complaint to seniors.

                                Just think, it was a petrol leakage & I had to drive in that position only from (near) Raddison hotel upto Bhikaji Cama Place, where I got it rectified. It hardly took 5 minutes for rectification, but I took about 15 minutes to locate the mrcahnic at Indian Oil Petrol Pump. Thank God, had some body thrown a lighted cigarettee from the running Car, it could have resulted in a big fire.

                                So just in short, all are alike & no body gives a better service.

                                got a membership in August, happen to get both my front wheels busted, called them up at 7.30 pm, their reply was YOUR CARD HAS EXPIRED WE CANNOT SERVE YOU, WELL August to November card expires-- one of the seniors picks up says your card in not activated and speak to us in the morning-- Disgusting --whole night i will stay with my car on the road, even on request the answer was call us on the morning..

                                MY SUGGESTION-- BE CAREFUL WHILE TAKING THEIR SERVICES..
                                I am a registered member of Crossroad Service. I got registered in the year, 2009 and during that year once the Engine belt of my car needed to be replaced and i called a mechanic from Crossroads. The mechanic arrived after 75 mins (whereas the company claims to send help within 30 mins). Upon arriving this mechanic told me that Crossroads does not provides such service. However i obliged and called a private mechanic and paid him Rs. 400/- for replacing the Engine belt.

                                After this incident, i received a call from the company regarding the service and i told them that the mechanic refused and said that this service is not provided by the company, they then told me (after consulting with Senior Officials) that the company provides services for Engine Belt repairs; which made me to lodge a complaint.

                                Later during that year, i started recieving calls form the company for renewing my membership for next year. Since i was not satisfied by the standard of services offered by Crossroads, i refused but after much persuasion from the company, I consented and renewed my membership in October 2010
                                (for which i paid the standard amount) and also recommended Crossroads to a friend. After renewal i started receiving calls in every 15-20 days to renew my membership. Despite being a member i was being bothered for no reason.

                                Today i.e 10th December, 2010 my car broke down in midway and i called the helpline number but i was amazed to learn from the company that my membership no. 80044802/254 is not registered with Crossroads, which i was being provided with 3 months back. Everyone refused to register my complain and told me plainly that i am not a member (because my card was not activated by the company !!!), hence can not be helped. Would someone tell me that is it the responsibility of the Customer to activate the card or the people who are being employed by the company to carry out this task ?

                                I am totally disappointed with Crossroad's Services. If this is how the customer is treated at this particular company, I can surely say that this company wont last for long. I have been mistreated not once or twice but 'N' number of times and this is a totally unprofessional way of carrying out a business venture.                                 Crossroads Car Helpline Service — Worst Service provider

                                I have Crossroad's service for past 3 years and get it renewed every year. However I have never got any satisfactory services from crossroad.

                                While selling the services, sales people guarantee of providing service within 20 mins. However, following are my experiences with crossroad
                                1) Once I called up for tyre puncture issue. I was told the engineer will attend me in 40 mins and was told that this is normal procedure. However, i waited for more than 2 hrs but no one turned up.

                                2) Few months back, again i called up for some car issue. The engineer came after 50 mins.

                                However, currently Crossroads proved to be worst service provider.

                                I got my membership renewed for this year on time. The executive who came gave me only cash receipt and told me that my old membership will be renewed again and i may not require any new card number.

                                Today I had a tyre puncture and called up Crossroad customer care. I was told that my membership is already expired and they will not provide any service unless i give them the card number. Obviously i was not carrying the cash receipt which your executive provided during the renewal of the services. So Crossroad customer care refused to provide any service. If this is the way Crossroad deals with customers, I doubt if anyone will be interested in your service.

                                Interestingly never crossroads are available over phone to discuss the matter. I doubt how the company is running without any seniors.

                                Crossroad makes all false commitments while selling the services. I am highly disappointed by the services and will never advice anyone Crossroad services.
                                Crossroad is the worst service provider in Delhi. I have two cars registered with crossroad. After giving the exact location also, customer care said he can not understand the location and did`t gave me service at night. when i have asked for complaint no, they have given me wrong complaint no. I have written a complaint mail also, but no one is bother to reply. Today i.e on 3rd Jun 2011 at 15:03 i have received a cal regarding feedback from[protected], after listening to my issue, that lady simply disconnected the cal.

                                This is crossroad. I advise all of them to not to pay your hard earned money to these kind of company.

                                To add to this, the helpline chap spoke rudely and then cut off the phone - they should call it a harassment line rather than a help line!!!

                                After months or paying the membership amount and after checking to ensure that the card is activated I today find that the card is not activated.

                                A phone call got the activation done and then I was assured that a mechanic would be at the place I was stuck within 30 minutes. Over one hour later the mechanic has not turned up. Repeated calls to the service team gets me the same response – the mechanic has left and will be there within 5 minutes – that did not happened.

                                Then the mechanic calls from some place else and says he was directed there - this from a HELP-LINE!!!

                                After a time the person speaks roughly and hangs up – no help form the help line!!

                                Really sorry state of affairs – and your service really sucks – BIG TIME!!
                                Now this has crossed the limit of fooling the customers by any service provider I have ever seen. I called up their operator for my car problem (at 10:00 pm) .They registered the request and gave the number "784" as request or complaint number and said to assist me in 30 mins in Noida Sec-93. When I saw no signs of the service guys coming up after 1 hour, I called them again and reminded them of what they had promised at the time of service purchase (service in 30 mins). They assured me that the service guy would come in 10 mins.
                                When the guy didn't show up after 1 hour 30 mins, I called them again. Now what I hear from their operator guy named Kuldeep is that my wife (which do not exist) or some one from my famliy (I live alone) has called them and told them to come next morning to fix the car. I said how can that be possible and why would I call you up again if I have already said to fix the car in the morning. But he continued making up some or the other things to cover their service. I was shocked that how can one do something like this. They should have apologized for their service and for the inconvenience which customer has faced, but in contrast what they are doing is, they are telling that customer is a liar.

                                I would request all the readers to spread the words of fraud by any means they can (media, social networking, mails) for any service provider/brand so that no other person gets cheated again.

                                Yes, I agree. I have bitter experience of Crossroad. Once my vehicle breakdown on expressway. I kept on complaining, but there was no response. When, they picked up phone after half an hour trial, they informed that the card is not yet registered. It was shocking that the card was not registered even after 6 months of issue.
                                Similar was the case with SPEED HELPLINE . After issue of card, their contact nos got disconnected.
                                They are all cheats, forming new helpline companies and disapear after selling Helpline cards.
                                This is the worst service. Dont take it.. I have faced it many time. Its a wastre of mony. First they will come after 3 or 4 hours of complaint.. Many time they will refuse to come and say that this service is not registered.

                                It is being brought to your kind notice that I have taken your membership on 17/04/2012 of crossroads on repeated calls from one of your office member Ms. Aarti ( mobile no. [protected] ). Ms. Aarti had send one of your collection agent Mr. Surender( mobile no. [protected]) and collected Rs. 450/- in cash and handed over the membership card no. 90238887/259 and handed over a receipt no. 214 of crossroads. Ms. Aarti told me that this card will be activated after 24 hrs .When I called up your control room for service after 24 hrs then I was surprised to know that this card was activated for someone else . I immediately called up Ms Aarti & later on his senior Mr Ranvir Huda (M-[protected]) & told the whole story . Mr Ranvir took notice of it & told me that he will follow up from HO & will revert back . Mr Ranvir later on called me & told that there is some technical problem from HO in regard to my card & he will either sort out this issue or otherwise refund back my money immediately .

                                But till date nothing has been done from your side . I strongly feel that there is some racket going on by your concerned officers of cheating the customers & if you don't resolve this issue immediately I will be constrained to take legal action against you under IPC 420 of cheating & financial fraud .I am highly harassed even after paying the required amount to you .

                                the worst service ever...everyone here wants to make money, from mechanic to tow-truck driver. no commitments, customer care person - pushpendra singh and ipshita says they dont want to listen to the customer...!!! tow-truck driver says if we pay him Rs.1000 then only they will come to tow the car, car mechanic Ali said that he is not having equipments to repair the car, so we have to take the car to his friend's garage..!!! noone picks up call at 47090909 and if they do, they say sir today is sunday, no tow-truck is available, no manager is available, no person is available to talk to, please call tomorrow morning after 9am..!!! wtf...!!!

                                I have had the crossroads membership this year but when time came to available their services i saw the real picture of Cross Road company they are least bother about their customers and never attend the complaint. First two times i was stuck on the road and tried to call them but my call was on waiting and then got disconnected as all of their executives are ex termly busy without any work.

                                Then one day on Sat 7th july again i got stuck and contact them, luckily i got cross road Number that day and able to speak to their executive. They told me to tell the car number and card no. when i had given all the details they told me that the details against my card is of some other person, their data was no showing my address and name. When i shouted on the executive that i had paid you for complete year how you can say that you cannot help me out then they told me to wait as they will check the record again. After checking the record again they told me they found my details and told me that such mistakes happen sometime with their executives. I am surprised Cross Road Customer Care Executives are so careless and irresponsible

                                Now after so much of argument they logged my complaint and issued me a complaint number 2661 at 6.45 p.m, complaint Attended by Sonu and committed that their person will reach in 30 mins. I waited till 7.30 and again check what is the status of my complaint then they told me due to heavy rush all the technician are busy they will check and arrange to send the person.

                                Again i called at 8.00 p.m as till now nobody turned up, then your Customer care executive started asking me all the details as against complaint # 2661 there was no data showing in your system. When i asked your executive to put me through your Supervisor he told no Supervisor is not available and i asked your executive name he said i have NO NAME. Result was nothing happened. Again i called at 8.30 p.m spoke the Sonu again he again asked me to tell your card number and car number, when i told him you are the one who logged my compliant and given my Complaint number 2661 he told me he dont remember anything. I repeat my compliant number two three time but he was just irritating me and tell me your number is 2166 or 2616 or 2661 i told Sonu are you passing your time or you are not able to understand or not able to hear he replied i have a hearing problem and all our executives are like that only so you have to tell your problem only me as no one else is available in the office except him.

                                At 8.30 p.m he committed me that technician will reach in 1 or 2 hours time as he is stuck in rain whereas it is not raining.

                                I am so pissed off as i am standing on the road from last two hours to get the help from Cross Roads but on one is their to help us out. Can anyone from Cross Roads Management provide the escalation matrix on their web site so that customers can contact the Senior persons as well when their executive are not responding us on time.

                                I request Cross Road Team to take strict action against their executives and monitor their calls so that they can improve the service level.

                                Also would request you to Refund my yearly money which we paid to your company as we never received any services from your company whenever it was required.

                                If you will not take any Serious Action against my complaint i will go to Consumer court and log the Complaint against your Company as it is a big harassment to be associated with Cross Roads.

                                They have only one no.[protected], they have tied up with telecom operators, so that they make money from the long ques that you face when you call them. They were not like this few years back...

                                Worst part is they get connected in at least 30minutes and they disconnect the calls also or will pick up and will not attend the calls. Look what the management is saying- we attend 700-800 calls everyday, so they increased consumer base and forgotten to respect the increased customer base. If companies like Kodak and Daewoo can fail, certainly cross road is no big elephant...

                                To all new users, don't make the mistake of applying for membership, those who are existing do not even THINK of RENEWAL.
                                I also got membership 2 years ago, In called them twice during present year.
                                In my views they are the most inefficient, untrustworthy, incapable, insensitive, irresponsible and discourteous organisation. On both the occasion they did not attend my call. Today on 17.08.2012 I lodged a complaint at around 12.40 hrs, Till 2 PM no body turned up I called them at around 02.15 PM I was told that the technician has gone for Lunch and worship. Just see the state of their management. I am stranded on the road for around 2 hrs and they are so pathetic.

                                crossroad car helpline — Pathetic service

                                I have very bad experience with Cross Road car helpline. I have suffered for 3 hours and even there helpline executive also don't response. They do pick up the phone in 4~5 calls and cut the phone without result. I want they should get the lesson for their pathetic services.
                                My Card ID number is 90281200/416 and I made the payment to CrossRoads about 20-25 days back.

                                This email is less a complaint email and more a disappointment of services provided by your company.

                                When I was going to take the membership from your company and was in process of making the payment, at that time I got several calls and follow-ups from your company and that really impressed me about how fast your company is.

                                After making payment I was not aware that I need to call myself and get the card activated so my card could not be activated till date.

                                Yesterday that is on 28 August, 2012, at about 7:00p.m I got stuck into a problem as my bike got punctured and it was badly raining, at that time I called your customer support and asked them to send help. The executive asked me about my card number and when I provided then he informed me that it is not activated and told me the process of getting it activated and agreed to send help for us at that time which was a good part.

                                When I was asked for vehicle number, I asked them to hold the phone line for a second and the call got disconnected.

                                I thought that may be the call got disconnected due to the network congestion, hence I called again and was able to speak to Mr. Naveen and asked them to send help in Vaishali Ghaziabad Sector 2 and got a complaint number 498 and was assured that help will reach us in 30 min.

                                After about 40 mins when the help did not reach us, I called again and the executive asked me again about my vehicle number and confirmed the address, the address that he was having was of Sector 62 Noida which was wrong.

                                At that time I corrected the address and he told me that it will take 30 mins. This all happened after my first call that was given about 40 mins back of this call.

                                I asked them to connect me to the manager and after holding the line for 2-3 mins the manager came online and he did not tell me that he is the manager and just said that the help is coming from Gandhi Nagar and it will take 40 mins more and he handed over the phone to the executive, when I asked the executive to hand over the phone again to manager, then he disconnected my call.

                                I never expected this kind of behavior from the manager or executives as I thought I am taking service of a very reputed company.

                                Me and my family again started waiting on the road when it was badly raining and there was NO HELP till 8:30p.m.

                                That incident has made a very bad impact on me and my family, hence I request you to kindly refund my membership money.

                                An early response will be really appreciated and request you and your company not to make fake commitments in case you cannot fulfill them.

                                Bad service to 1 customer make you lose 10 others who can reach you through reference of 1 satisfied customer.

                                I bought a 2nd Hand Car in Sep - 2011. On Jun-2012, I got a call that your Card is going to expire in Jun.
                                I was shocked to see how can they do that. When I scold them, they told me let me check and get back to you.

                                Crossroads car helpline service is the worst and most pathetic service I have ever experienced. For the last 6 years I have been paying annually for my membership and I have not used its services for more than 2 and half years. Yesterday when my car was punctured near PVR Saket, a prominent and central location of South Delhi at 8 pm, I called them and they asked many information like whether I have a Stepny, Jack etc. I told them that the stepny is in not good condition. They promised me that some help would reach me in 30 min and they would take max 15 min in repairing my tubeless tyre puncture.
                                After waiting for 45 minutes and on 5 follow ups, finally they gave me the mobile no. of mechanic who told me that he had started from Ashram (which is more than 10 kms from Saket). Finally, after a number of calls by me (and missed calls by mechanic), he came to my at 9.35 pm. Surprisingly, he came in a bike and said he does not have any facility for repairing puncture. On asking how much time it would take to get it repaired, he said he would have to go to Moti bagh and come back which would take at least 40-45 minutes! It was really a nightmare... His behavior was so rude and reckless that I cannot explain. Finally after wasting my 3 hours, when it was repaired, on reaching my home I found that tyres nuts were not tight. It could have been risky...Summary is NEVER TAKE CROSSROADS SERVICES...THEY ARE JUST THUGGS...also, after every 6-7 months I get CALLS FOR RENEWAL...

                                1:- The executive told me that there are some bulk complaints so it will take 40-50 mins which means by 4:05 to 4:15.
                                2:- I called at around 4 PM the executive told me that mechanic are busy with some other complaints and it may take upto

                                3:- I received a call that Car has broken down - it will another 1:30 Hrs and confirmed that by 6:25 cross road team will
                                reach. This executive name was Pushpinder. Emp Id - 27 (as told by him)
                                4:- I got a call at around at 6:30 PM that it will take more time, around 1Hr more i.e. 7:30.
                                5:- I called them at around 7:15 and they said - 'Sir subah karvalo" it will more time. I asked how much time.
                                He told around 11 PM.

                                Initiated at 3:20 PM
                                4:10 PM --> 6:25 PM -- > 7:30 --> 11:00 OR Morning.

                                What a service...A big round of applause to your tea...Hats off...

                                I am so much disappointed, that I sincerely want my money back and
                                will request everyone, NEVER CHOOSE CROSS ROAD.

                                As I have read all the experiences (must say bad experiences), I am also want to share my experience. I am also suffering from the careless service of this on road helpline.
                                My father got the membership of this roadside helpline before few months and after 2-3 months his car didn, t get start then I suggested him to call this bloody helpline. He did, and they assured him that mechanic will reach to him within 15-20 minutes. At that time I was on metro station of Janakpuri West and about to board the metro for Noida City Centre (for my office). I reached Noida in my office but the mechanic didn, t come then I called on helpline no. to get the status and again they assured me that mechanic will reach on site within 10 minutes but as usual nothing was happened. I frequently call after that time but after 2.30-3.00 hrs my father got his car started with the help of cross road mechanic.

                                Now on midnight of 29th October I got accidented near AIIMS and I called on helpline no. and asked for assistant and requested them to arrange a crane to get my car to my residence as it was a serious damage in my car and it was turned down. They guys provided me two phone no.s of crane operator but when I tried to call, both the no.s were no reply.
                                Again I called on helpline no. and informed them about the situation and they replied they can, t do anything except providing these no.s and disconnected the phone.

                                This is all about my experience with this useless helpline and I request you all to please do not waste your money to get this worst service.

                                Crossroads is a fraud company. I registered for 2 cars from Gurgaon. When I needed assistance in Gurgaon for a flat tyre, they did not come for 2 and Half hrs and I drove with the flat tyre. It is extremely bad performance.
                                Crossroad is a cheat company. its not the helpline but u can say its a HELL LINE.
                                At the time of taking the membership they do not disclose there hidden charges and the services but when you are in a need they are going to cheat.

                                Best of luck crossroad my wishes are wid u and hope u wont able to survive in the market soon and keep on loosing your customers

                                I have also been contacted by cross road people to take their plan but I asked them that after looking reviews I will take their policy for my car. On searching at consumer complaint site I have found this page and come to know that this company is not good to provide services to their esteemed customers. Now I have changed my mind to find other car service provider for the same.

                                Living in Gurgaon and having a job of a nomad where I have to travel almost everyday for shoots, I recently bought a new car for myself, a Maruti Alto.On one of such travels of mine, I was driving through the heavily flooded and non-existent roads of Gurgaon, when I realized my car was moving rather heavy and slow. It took me some time to realize and a passerby to tell me that I had a flat tyre. I couldn't imagine getting off in the downpour to change the tyre. My parents had recently forcefully made me a member of a car breakdown service company called Crossroads. Usually I would call a friend but I thought I might as well call this service first. I had help in less than half an hour! Crossroads was a blessing in disguise, not just value for money but the staff was warm and friendly and sensitive enough to offer me an umbrella to stand outside while my car's tyre was replaced. Now I know, I can rely on Crossroads at any time of the day or night to help me if I'm having car troubles!
                                I have registered my complain at 19.55hrs & mechanic came here 21.25hrs, They are taking one & half hour to reach the place after registered the complain & mechanic go away without change the Tyre, they are having worst services & unpolished staff.
                                Finally m going to take legal action against the same...

                                Yesterday 15th July 2014, when leaving from office, my car did not start. I was not too worried as I had taken a premium membership from Crossroads, for just this purpose, so no sweat. I called their customer care no. at 5:40 PM saying that my car was not starting, I was told they will send the mechanic is 30-40 minutes. At 6:25 PM I called to check what's the status as no one had reached or called so far.

                                The helpful call center guy informed me that my issue was fixed. Wow! technology has really progressed I thought for a moment., then I thought no - not really! I informed the guy I have my car keys no one has approached the car how could it be fixed. He rechecked and said according to the system your car is fixed. I insisted on him rechecking and then he informed - oh the mechanic fixed a car in sector 42 or 49 Gurgaon (I was in sector 32). He apologised and said someone will be there in 10 minutes.

                                Knowing better now, I kept calling every 10 minutes. At one point I was told that it will take 30-40 mins as the complaint was registered only at 6:30 PM! On informing that this was a complaint that was initially registered at 5:40 PM, I was told the mechanic is just about to reach me.

                                Finally at 7:30 PM, on calling I was said the mechanic has reached your office, and was given the mechanic's no. On calling the mechanic he informed that he will take another 30 minutes, and he had received the service request only 5 minutes back.

                                At that point I decided to take a cab home to Delhi, didn't want to be stuck - like a Waiting for Godot - mechanic! I informed the mechanic and asked him to come in the morning at 9:30 AM.

                                I called the call center and informed them the same. To cover all bases, I also wrote an email informing them about the situation and asking them to send someone at 9:30 AM.

                                To repeat the same saga - no-show from mechanic even at 10 AM today morning, on calling the call center I was told my ticket was closed, as that's what I had wanted (they conveniently forgot the fact that the issue is not fixed and that I had asked them to send someone at 9:30 AM)!

                                DO NOT GO FOR CROSSROADS - PATHETIC SERVICE. The idea of taking such a service is to have help in emergency that doesn't seem the case here. The site does not give any other rating beyond 1- which it says is 'bad' but this is beyond bad..it's terrible.
                                I have been using the services for past 3 years and they have become absolute junk. Mine is a peculiar case. The expiry date of my membership is different in all places. The receipt which they have issued me states a different maturity date whereas their internal records mentions a different date which is nearly 15 days before the actual expiry date !! So, you may not be aware that your membership has already expired and they will refuse to provide any assistance even in reality your cash receipt/card does not say so.
                                More so, they are least bothered to rectify their records despite my two e-mails to their so-called supervisor/team leader. I am sure that this year I am not going to renew my membership with them even if I stay without any road-side assistance. They are pathetic.
                                Can anyone advise if there are any other car helpline services in Delhi NCR? I would be highly obliged.

                                Hopeless service. AT midnight 12 on 6.4.15. person on call was asking me to pay money otherwise they won't help. Rediculous. I told him to get it next day from my office but he refused very rudely. After that nobody was picking up the phone. Bad Bad Bad service.
                                Mr. Devender representative of Cross Road helpline was sent to me for renew of my membership for I-10 car on

                                Mr. Devender given me Receipt of payment NO.6211OF CROSS ROAD on 19/07/2015 and card No.[protected].
                                I called several times to Mr Devender and Ms Neha and told that my card has not been activated and helpline is demanding Rs400/= for attending the complaint .Nothing is done by your above named staff.They are taking interest
                                up to taking amount and after that they do not care whether the member ship is activated or not.

                                Kindly do the needful as appx 6 month passed and card is not activated.

                                Trying to cancel my subscription# [protected]. I have sold my vehicle hence requested to cancel the subscription within 20 days of purchase without using their services.

                                Even I never received the free coupons which were committed during purchase. If i have used any of coupon i can understand that refund can not be done.

                                Continuously followed up with the and received reply 2 times that refund cheque will be issued within 10 days. Till now even after 2 months there is no response from them.

                                Now after calling up 3 times, i was told that the refund has been cancelled saying that its been over 30 days.

                                i have provided all the dated and again was on hold for 20 minutes and the gentleman disconnected the line.

                                What a pathetic service. Once you buy it, just use it or forget the money paid to them.

                                MADE A MISTAKE TO BUYING THEIR SERVICES. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
                                I am member of crossroads from last two years. Very pathetic experience. Today i booked service request at 8:25 AM. Initially they refused & told my membership is not active. after discussion they acknowledged there mistake as they put wrong car no. in the record. Finally they comitted that their mechanic will reach by 30 minutes.

                                After no response I called up & customer care told me that they will ask mechanic to call me up. I waited till 9:30 & after getting no response once again I have to call up & then I was told that mechanic will take further 25 minutes to reach.

                                Although I was frustrated but waited till 10 AM & got no response. There after I drove my punctured car to nearest available repair shop. As a result Tube of car was completely damaged. Anyway I got it repaired & moved to office.

                                SURPRISINGLY I RECEIVED CALL FROM CROSSROADS MECHANIC AT 10:25 AM & HE TOLD THAT HE WAS GIVEN MESSAGE 20 MINUTES BEFORE.

                                SO DID NOT GET SERVICE FROM CROSSROADS EVEN AFTER WASTING 2 HOURS OF CRUCIAL TIME.

                                Me and my friends were planning a road trip. As this is our first ever road trip so I want to take all safety measures before so that there is no problem during the journey. So after a little research I came across Crossroads, but after reading all these negative comments I think we will need an alternative. Do you guys have any app in mind instead of crossroads.
                                you are absolutely right Mr. Alok this company makes their customer fool. Fraud company in short.
                                It is the most pathetic company ever.

                                the moment they have your phone number, you're gone...because even if you wish to discontinue with their services, they will not stop calling you.

                                Its been 2 years that I stopped taking their services, but they still call almost everyday. No matter how angry I get, and how politely I request them, there is no way that they would stop calling.

                                This particular instant is when they have been calling from[protected] several times in a day. I'm so frustrated, that I'm writing bad reviews everywhere I can, and lodging a complaint in consumer court.

                                MY REQUEST TO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS: DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. IT IS PATHETIC DURING THE TIME THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED, AND WORSE AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION GETS OVER.

                                1. you will not be able to connect with them in less than 30 minutes, no matter what hour of the day or night

                                2. mechanic will not reach you

                                3. even if the mechanic reaches you, it will not be in less than 90 minutes

                                4. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCONTINUE. IF YOU DO THAT (WHICH I DID), THEY WILL CALL YOU 4-5 TIMES EVERYDAY FOR YEARS (NOT EXAGGERATING).
                                I discontinued 2 years back. they still call me every day. its frustrating to the core.
                                finally, i've lodged a complaint in consumer court.
                                Pathetic will be too light comment for services (oops no service at all) offered by them. Please buy services only if you have low blood pressure problem. They have sure shot cure to raise your blood pressure.
                                I fail to understand how much money they make from the membership, without even checking their data they keep calling me for membership renewal .i might have requested them to delete my name from their data base, but I keep getting calls from them.
                                I had taken membership for two years, after one year they started calling for renewal. They mentioned that there data is only showing one year. One day I got one representative visiting me, he informed me that they always do the same as in ignorance many people make the payment. Cheating, highly unprofessional approach and no management culture what drives this company.

                                Called up the customer care for tyre puncher repair only. Always the

                                The company is pathetic. I am a member from last two years but never took the service as i didn't face any issue with the car. This time they also sold Car Service facility @ home which they launched newly. They totally wasted my money and worst experience i ever faced. I didn't want to put the whole story here (refer mouthshut for story) but only advice is never take any service from this company.

                                Very very bad experience. On 19 December 2016, they took nearly one and half hour to reach me. This was in-spite of telling them that I am at a road which is dark at about 9.30 pm with my 80 years old mother, my wife and my daughter. Today at 8 January 2017 also no body has reached me up to 4.30 pm in response to my complaint at 2.14 pm. They are just killing time by saying the mechanic will come in 15 minutes, or he is stuck in traffic. I am wondering what traffic they are facing from 2.14 pm to 4.31 pm on Sunday Afternoon in and near Vikas Puri area. Needless to mention that till the writing of this comment no one has reached at my location.

                                And the best part is that there is no one in the company who is taking any kind of responsibility of the harassment being faced by their members.

                                Please think twice before taking the membership of Crossroads. It is not only about the wastage of money but also that you can not bank upon them in the times of actual needs, which can landed you in big problems.
                                Cross ROAD service is Worst. I made payment of Rs 2500/- on 15th Oct 2016 for Door Step Car Service. When I booked for service. On the Service day I was told to schedule it. Happened twice. Then I was told Door Step service not possible, I will have to take my car to their Service Centre. I asked for cancellation & refund on 6th Nov 2016. Struggling till now for refund. No success till date.
                                I always wonder why do people only write when they don't get what they expect. Company is good and i m member of crossroads and have availed service for 4 - 5 times and got service on time. People those who gets service don't write good words but people those who don't get writes bad words. Guys don't go with these reviews as most of them all fake and submitted by competitors.

                                sir i think you must be one of those million customers who got lucky with them.. i just wasted money for 2 of my cars service packages and now trying to get my money back from them...
                                i do not even want to rate their service as i think it is just another scam they are running. last month i got their server and since then im trying to book an appointment for my car. finally they give me a date of 16th April 2017 but no one turned up for the service. when i called them they said that it would take another 2 weeks for them to arrange a person for service. on buying i booked 2 packages and on booing the same same i was assured that i would get discount coupons by post within a week. till date even after several reminders i have not even got a service kit as assured by their executive.

                                these people hire 3rd party executives to sell their packages and these people would tell you all sorts of lies to sell their product.

                                people do not buy their service as im not sure if they would even provide the same. i have just put them a mail to give me my refund back and if they dont then for sure ill take leagle action against the same and make a big fuss out of it.
                                It seems CrossRoad is no.1 cheter company.. see my experiance below:

                                On 06th may, Sataruday I have receied a call from the lady called Jyoti via mobild no. [protected] for asking renewal of cross road assistance for my car no. DL12CE 4817. I wanted renew it for next one year, however she insisted me for the life time card by offering INR. 1800/-. I have asked her for discount and she agreed that if you pay in cash she can offer lifetime card for 1600/-. She has sent Mr. Aman Paniwala mobie no. [protected] ( I am not sure the name is correct) but has been introduced as Aman, the 'Truecaller' as well shows the same name. I paid in cash in the premise of 'Muthoot Gold Loan' office at Mriganaini Chok, Dishad Garden. To confirm she called me again after paying the amout and promised that she will be sending me confirmation in an hour. Since then, I was calling her for the confirmation but ever replied vulgarly. Sometime she say, I will come back in few minutes but never replied.

                                I have been continuesly trying your customer service number @[protected] but always received engage tone. Finally I succeded today via[protected]. Surprisingly, the executive picked the call, informed me that the card got activated only for 1 year, which I paid about 900/- last year.

                                After making the mail complaint with them, I regularly called their customer service, one standard answer " the mailing team will reply you but it never happened. I am sure the nexus is there all areas of this company.
                                Crossroad is not a new company it is experienced one and I am taking its service from last 3 years. Before I have tried the services of many other such companies in this line but got satisfied service. Then switch to crossroad service and their service is great. They provide their service in Delhi NCR. And their doorstep car service/repairing service is best. They came home service the car in front o[censored]s.
                                Hello friends i want to share my exp with crossroads i called them to change my tyre they responded me in 15 minutes and came little late and changed my tyre i was not so good because they took little more time as comparison with normal tyre changing time, but there is one benefit that i did go anywhere so that was just ok ok for me.
                                Crossroads is a Cheat!
                                This is the second time I am receiving really pathetic service from crossroads.
                                My service ticket number is 542986.
                                It is late in the night and initially, No one was picking the number, when I called customer service.
                                Unfortunately the crossroad app does not work . It keeps asking me to pay when I have a yearly subscription !!!
                                After waiting for almost 90 minutes, I found that my service ticket number was automatically cancelled
                                from your end.
                                I called the customer service number ( [protected]) several times. few of the times it went unanswered.
                                Then apparently a guy named Ram picked up the call. He said that the mechanic himself was in an
                                emergency since his own car has broken down, and my service ticket number has been automatically
                                cancelled !!!

                                What type of an emergency service is this, where the customer is left in a more awkward situation
                                rather than helping him.
                                Last time as well, it was a case of puncture, the mechanic started opening the bonet and changed the
                                coolant (without giving proper information) and charged me Rs. 200/- without a bill !!!

                                  You must be aware about crossroad services that are working in delhi/Ncr for helping people if they come across any problem with their car anywhere in Delhi/NCR. i am taking this service from last 8 years where i am paying Rs. 400 per year, keeping in mind that if i get stucked they will be of help, But these Company is just aiming at Eating people's money.

                                  I got stucked last month on road at 8 P.m and continously called up at there all helpline numbers for 3 hours but in vien, none of the numbers were picked up.

                                  And further to my surprise after 15 days i started getting call from their call centres for renew of yearly membership.

                                  What a way to earn money by doing fruad services.

                                  I hope this is taken seriously and something is done about this kind of services.

                                  I do agree there service is not upto the mark, however I have not faced problems from there side. I am availing there service since June 08. I have called them up about 5-6 times. Once In South Ex, rest all in Noida. They turned up in about 40 mins. from the time i called up.

                                  Let me explain the problems I faced in getting the services from cross roads.
                                  I was on way to Sonepat on 27Th February 2009. My car, under reference, got some problem and I thought to take your help. I tried at 3:01 pm. When I was at Ghewra Mor (Delhi) on NH24. I was given the assurance that the technician will reach to me in 10 minutes. When the engineer didn’t reach in due time, I again contacted and I was given the same reply of 10 minutes. Third time, when I contacted, I was told that the technician is having lunch and would be available in another 10 minutes. Failing which I again contacted and I was given the contact number of the technician. When I contacted the technician, he showed his inability to come in less than 30 minutes. It was already 4:00 pm and I was getting late to meet my commitments. Then I contacted the help line and asked not to send any technician and I got my vehicle functional on my own after spending a handsome amount.

                                  My point of telling this history is just to show my concern about your deficiency in services, and I want my money back though I wish to claim the damage I had because of your deficiency in services. But at I don’t find any reason to continue with services as I don’t have any hope and trust in future.

                                  The management of Crossroads has changed. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The only number is 47090909 and 1922 from MTNL.

                                  Ref. Mr. Ram Kumar Dahiya, the staff has changed so those numbers do not exist. Please give us a chance to serve you better.
                                  Horrible service by crossroads. My ignition fuse was blown over. I called up Crossroads, someone came and said the battery had discharged. I got my battery recharged. The car ignition still did bot work. I called Crossroads again. They said I need to change the battery immediately. They supplied me an amaron battery for RS. 3000/- in exchange for my previous battery. Later I found out that the price should have been between Rs.2300 to 2400/- only.
                                  Let us unite and move to the consumer court.

                                  I Puneet Anand A/c Holder card no. 90077342/513 of the Cross Roads Company from last many years to till 05.02.2010 according to the senior Mr.Ajay Ji.

                                  Sir, we are facing the very big problem while giving the complaint that there is one person who may not talk right with their customer while handling the complaint in Old Rajinder Nagar on[protected] at near about 7.00 PM. I also talk with Mr. Devinder Ji and they very much corporate with us and say that the mechanic is coming for the wrong thing which he done and it is in your hand to give punishment or not and we will kick out from their job but my mother and I say no need to punish and give them one chance and tell him not to do this type of thing in future. But my car is not in running position and it promised to me that the another mechanic will come tomorrow morning before 7 AM and it may be postponed by the Cross Roads. I give more than 15 calls in morning and they say the mechanic is coming in 5 minutes but no one can come.

                                  After sometime again the same mechanic is come who had misbehave with me and I think he had a guilty and say sorry to me but in place of saying to sorry again I am shocked to see that the person take more than half and say me that there is a problem in a car because it is running on CNG and he cannot solve the problem. Then I again talk with Mr. Devinder Ji and say what is this going on. They very nicely say I send another car mechanic who solve the problem. Again I wait for 40 minutes and after waiting a lot we call the mechanic from the shop because now they are open and I have to go to office. When I saw that the mechanic may come start the car in one minute and then I feel how much the good service is given to the customers by the Cross Roads and I also show this thing to your second who come while the car is in running. I also give the call in Cross Roads while talk with Mr.Vivek Ji say that we are checking this problem done by that mechanic and kick out from the job.

                                  When go to Office and discuss with Mr. Devinder Ji and say about all the problem which I may face, they feel very much guilty and say sorry to me by this type of senior person. I think he only one person in the office who may check all the problem starting to end and take the decision.
                                  Sir, there is a problem in my car battery also which we purchase in Oct’09 from Cross Roads and no receipt, no gurantee card and saying me that it is surety of cross roads in a battery problem. Now a days when there is a problem in the AMRON car batter then they say on which day you purchase, which mechanic may come to change and where are the documents.

                                  On Friday when my car stop and there is a problem in the starting then I complaint in the reception and they say why there is a problem in your car of starting always. This is a very funny question by Mr. Vineet Ji then we say can you transfer the call to Mr. Devinder Ji he says sir is on holiday and there is no other person who is in the standby. This means only Mr.Devinder Ji is running the Cross Roads if he is on holiday then all work may be stop.

                                  After sometime again call kindly send the mechanic but they very badly say me that we are stop your card because we cannot give more than 12 times problem solve in one year my senior Mr.Ajay Ji give the order . Sir, Where it is written? I say can we talk with Mr. Ajay Ji they neglected to talk with us.

                                  Then through some anybody help we come to the home and call your senior Mr..Devinder Ji discuss about all the wording which we heard from the Cross Roads. They say tomorrow when we go to office we see what is going on and why they are doing misbehave with their old family member in this way and I only say that what wrong can be done by me. We just want a justice from you.

                                  Now Respected Sir I am by folding my hands going to ask some question from you:

                                  1. Can this is way to handle your old family member who is there for last 5 year without any point ?

                                  2. Can when the customer is card holder and standing on the road and call you again again and reply is card stop without any reason ?

                                  3. Can when we purchase the battery you will give the surety of 1 ½ year and when there is a problem in battery company says no you cannot purchase ?

                                  4. Can your mechanic may abuse any customer while solving the problem in the car ?

                                  5. Can your one senior says card may stop and another says no when they discuss with us we say this is wrong done ?





                                  6. Can there is written in your documents or the person who may come and say that only 12 times we send the mechanic then what is the benefit of card membership?

                                  7. There is a commitment always gives me that the card is wrong use and we are courier the refund of money and the letter of stop. But where is the letter and where is the cheque of the refund amount?





                                  You can also understand that when they see that they are doing something wrong and when it is in the eyes of their senior they postponed the process in this way. Sir, I need justice from you and I think after discussing with your senior you give me reply as early as possible.

                                  Thanks for posting about the services of crossroads. Today I had received a call from them requesting me to take the membership for Rs 499.
                                  After reading through all this. I have decided agaist it.

                                  All three helplines RACE, SPEED and CROSSROADS are hopeless. They deserve to be thrashed. First they ring you up and disturb you when you are doing some important work. Then they do not fulfill their promise and deliver the service.

                                  I have started reverse psychology - whenever any call centre rings me up asking me to take the membership of any of these, i call the person and show him all the complaints on the net and then ask him to get lost!!

                                  Mine is a peculiar experience with unethical and unwanted behavior I had to face from the rude and unfriendly work force of CROSSROAD. Today I called the Crossroads helpline at about 5.30 PM to fix the punctured tyre of my Honda City car. The man named Mr. Umesh turned up at around 6.00 PM and looking at the tyre asked me how much money I could offer if he changed the punctured tyre with the one I had spare in my boot. I was shocked to know that I had to pay for this service although I was having a valid membership card no[protected] and my ID is [protected]. When I told Mr. Umesh about my membership, he said that he cannot change the tyre unless I paid him money for doing so. The bigger surprise came when he left the place without rendering me the service on my refusal of paying him any money.

                                  On contacting the customer care I had more surprises for me . The person attending the call refuses to identify himself and on listening to my complaint in a carefree manner, plainly refused to send his mechanic and told me that I should have agreed to what Umesh had told me to avail the services from Crossroads. Is't all this shocking and irritating ?

                                  My suggestion to all the members to knock the consumer court collectively to nail down this offender called CROSSROADS.

                                  I received a call from crossroads today about the membership card offer of this company. After reading all reviews I asked him how many services they provide in the year. He told me they provide now unlimited service that was the earlier time they provided service 12 times in a year. When I again asked him does you provide service upto PALWAL (after Faridabad) he simply said yes. When I check the same on their site, PALWAL. was not in list of their service area.

                                  What should I assume with this.. One is speaking lie before becoming the member. So how can I trust them for the future.
                                  If all Car helpline services Speed, Race and Cross Roads are useless then which one should I take? Please suggest..

                                  I am very disappointed due to their calls. Upon getting irritated I though to spend Rs. 500 and become member to get rid of those stupid callers, who don't understand any thing including their supervisor.
                                  But till date I am receiving calls on daily basis from the telecallers and requesting their supervisor that I am a member, please help me by way of removing my number from the list. But all in vein. Last time Ms. Honey (as described by herself) hanged the phone on my face and refused to talk to me.

                                  They are most unprofessional company so far I have encountered till date. Least bothered about any person.
