This company starts calling for renewals everyday morning to evening. The parasites don't stop even after numerous requests as well as post on twitter. The shameless have become bolder and needs to be punished with exemplary fine. They call from different nos.

I have been continuously getting calls every day since last 2 yrs to renew membership even though I had lifetime membership. I have even sold my car, so, anyways not interested in renewal. Please stop calling, had requested each of your customer executives since last 2 yrs. In case your executives still call, I would be forced to submit a formal police complaint. They call me every alternate day despite telling them every single time not to harass me. Today I received a call from [protected].

I have been receiving unsolicited calls from crossroads frequently even though I have told them on many occasions that I don't own any car. Today one lady named Anjali (Telephone No. [protected]) called on my office mobile phone and abused straight on my face. I am a Government employee and when she called me I was on my duty. Kindly take action against your executive else I will register a written complaint against her with Delhi Police and Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Kindly send compliance report of the action taken against her ASAP.

I have crossroads roadside service long back.
No I don't want this at all.
But I receive the call almost every alternate day to renew the plan. I have made clear I don't need this and please don't call me.

I used to own a cossroads membership sometime back. That membership was expired long time back. Now they call me almost everyday for membership again.
There must have been hundreds of calls where I have requested them to not call again, but they don't stop.
My number is also in airtel dnd but i still get these calls.
Please do something about it.

Your whole Management is doing wrong commitments with your clients this is very Skerry & dangerous for your Company please take serious action to stop this practice
i tried several calls & mailed also but no one is giving me solution for this so i decided not to deal with this company in my whole life for any kind of Services with Cross roads
As discussed with Mr Mahendar pratap rana i was asking him Rs1500/- for four years but he said we can't go below to Rs 2000/- but i will give you 5 years services but when i checked it the services committed for five years & unlimited services was wrong
Today i noticed when i was drafting this letter i opened the crossroads application saw Now services balance is only 15 its Crazy & very disappointing requesting you to find the solution for the same return my Given Rs 2000/- Or fulfill your commitments if you will not take any action Seriously in solving my this issue i will excilet this matter to your seniors

I bought a car service package worth ₹3000/- from them and also renewed my roadside assistance membership worth ₹2000/-. I booked a service for my car but no one reported. When i called them there is no response. Without even listening they simply say ‘I’ll let you know’ and cut the call, I haven’t received any call back yet. They are fraud. I want my membership cancelled both RSA and Service package and i want a full refundof whole amount.

I had a crossroads membership a couple of years back. Once my membership expired, I did not want to continue, however, the company kept on calling me everyday, at times thrice or 4 times a day to renew. I asked them to delete me number and not call me but they keep on bugging me till date. I spoke to their managers and asked them to not call me but this company is so shameless that they continue calling till date. Never ever should anyone take any membership from them. Else they will keep on bugging you perpetually. Worst customer service.

I was promised by Mr. Pankaj and Deepak (mobile [protected]) to have a package of road side assistance and car service in given cost but now after making payment, I am not getting the car service

Just wanted to share my experience with Crossroads.
My car battery was discharged and I tried to register service request on Crossroads App but it was asking for closure code for service request registered one year back. Closure code was not available on Crossroads App since their server was down since 6 hours.
I called up customer care and they insisted on closure code and insisted on closure code.
I asked them when server is down how can I get closure code but Customer care executive showed his inability to help and simply hung up the call.
I am very upset by the rude behaviour of their staff.
Just imagine if your car gets stuck in a unsafe area.

Issue with the Membership - Since Renewal (25th December 2020)

Description of Incident:
I renewed my membership on 25th December 2019. I have made online payment and taken Pan India Titanium membership (4 years). My car number (has an extra alphabet inserted) and registered mobile number (digits swapped) entered is incorrect. I have been chasing [protected]@crossroadshealpline.com and [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com since April 2020 to get my information corrected. I have given them proof of Payment confirmation and screenshot with incorrect information. Crossroads helpline team keeps calling me for renewal of my membership and harassing me. Everyone who calls me tells that they get my information correct but no result so far. I am highly disappointed by the way Crossroads India is treating their customer.

I have just asked for correction of my information. I hope I am not asking too much from crossRoads team. Hope you and your team will help resolve this issue within a week.

Attachments - Payment Confirmation receipt, Confirmation email from CrossRoads, Email copy I sent to Crossroads (latest copy), I sent more than 7 emails in 5 months to various people.

I have taken 2 years membership & i was assured free car kit but yet not delivered. No one replying on mail & while calling false promises. I am going to write on social platform.

Again they are still (cross road ) calling for

Got a call to renew my bike's breakdown service, they promptly took all monies required for the subscription.
When i wanted to avail the service, after 6 calls i was told to provide my bike's photo coz in their records it shows as a car.
This is one of the biggest organised scams of modern india, do not fall for this scam and fraud.

Are you people [protected]@ cross roads? Or some thing else? I don't want your services! Why you people calling on my mobile again and again... Worthless service.!!!

Crossroads team is cold calling and annoying by making almost 10 calls a day. I have informed a 100 times but nothing stops them .

Please please help STOP THIS HARASSMENT

I've two cars, both had roadside assistance package from crossroad. One of them was expiring on 31st july 2020, as per executive (Mr. Prashant) of crossroad. So, i did the payment for 4yr package on 31st july.
Then the different executive (Mr. Manoj) started calling me that your other car package is expired and needed to be renewed. But then what he told to me, came as a shock, he told that the car for which i made payment on 31st july 2020, was wrong and not due for renewal. Thus they took double payment on the same car.
So i decided not to go-ahead for renewal of package on the other car. And asked them to refund or transfer the amount on the other car (For which renewal is due), which is a logical thing to do. And i believe if mistake has happened, then they can rectify.
But since 1 aug 2020, i've been interacting with various executives & team leaders. (Mr. Deepak/manoj etc) who told me that they can neither refund or transfer the amount to the other car. And offered me discounted package on the other car. And when i insisted to interact with sr. Mangement, mr. Deepak told that they dont talk to any one.
Thus my issue is still not resolved.

Very unprofessional, unorganized comapny with pathetic service quality & no independent grievance cell to raise complaint. Looks like a old lala company whose owner is busy making money and least bothered about retail clients.

Will recommend not to take subscription or do any work with this company.
