I am a long time member of the cross roads roadside assistance program, running into several years. Yesterday i was in for a rude shock. My car developed a flat tyre on a busy and security sensitive road. There are vvip movements on that road. I immediately booked a complaint through their app. When there was no update or message confirming job assignment for more than 10mins, i called up their customer care. The customer service agent rudely replied that as it is only 10 minutes since registering the complaint and it takes 45 minutes to respond to a complaint, i must wait. I told him that i am on a busy vvip road, he assured me, he ask the team to expedite. Yet his tone betrayed that there was no honesty in the assurance. After spending anxious 35 minutes, i again called the customer care service agent only to be told that the vehicle of maintenance team has developed a mechanical snag and he will not be able to assure by when will the service be rendered or will be rendered at all. The complaint no. Was 589584 dated 05 march 20. This was the first of the promised ten services in the roadside assistance package no.[protected] purchased on 02 dec 2018 for a 2 year period and valid till 02 dec 20.

I had to drive the car with flat tyre to the nearest petrol station. The tyre was completely ruined.

Apart from this the sales team of crossroads regularly haraases customers to renew the package even when the existing package is valid. They unashamedly resort to lies stating that the validity is expired and that membership e card sent by their own system is showing in correct validity.

My suggestion is never to go for the crossroads roadside assistance package. They may have been good in the past but from yesterday's and recent experiences suggest they are now horrible.

I purchase the 2 year assistance but they updated the date for1 year for which i pay rs.1000 for my two wheeler vehicle, know i am calling back they making false commitment from last 1 week that they can update. Know they are not even picking up the phone. However, when i try to do they start abusing. If you want i have each numbers where i call back and on which number they abused. Please take appropriate action and update the correct dates.

I am a member of crossroads and using their "roadside assistance" service for quite long time. Basis my past experience with crossroads and seeing their prompt services in roadside assistance i decided to buy their other service "service on wheels" while their tele-sales team called me to buy this. The main usp was "door step servicing at convenience of time".

I scheduled the service to be done on 2nd december but there has been no revert at all. The salesman had sent me the details on whatsapp and when i purchased the product, they deleted the messages. When i called their call center to avail the service, no one responds. I have paid them rs. 4464 and i demand my money back now.

Its a fraud company... I called for 2 hours nobody responded... First nobody picked the call and was showing all busy... When connected they disconnected several times.
I thought that as one off incidence.
2nd time i tried today i. E 5th november... They registered a complaint... Told me 1 hour... And nobody turned for 2 hours.
Its sheer wastage of time to take crossroads membership.
Instead now i will be putting this complaint on every forum. Highly unprofessional company.

Roads need to be rebuilt it causes traffic jam in society dear mam/sir please take action on our society of circular road ganga nagar there is too much menace of drunk peoples loitering around us and people coming and going are being disturb by traffic jam please see to it drains and garabages are smelly very bad roads have a hole in it so need you people to give reshape to our society from bad conditions

This is to inform you that i had purchased a plan in 2017 from "crossroads complete auto solutions" which provides breakdown services for 24*7 roadside assistance for car / bike etc.

In this regard, i would like to inform you that from the 1st date of purchase the plan from crossroads, i am not happy with the plan provided to me, due the below mentioned reasons.

Dear sir,

Being a responsible citizen and a member of the local welfare committee, it is with the deepest regret that I have to bring to your notice the sub-standard conditions of road in our locality (Ismail Nagar, Bandlaguda Hyd). The present status of the road conditions is totally unacceptable with the roads full of pot holes and sub-standard construction material. A flash flood or an untimely rain is reason enough to expose the disheartening situation.
The worst to suffer are the local commuters. Since the concerned roads remain busy practically the whole day.
Hence, we would like to take the opportunity to request you to look into the matter urgently and do the needful such as repairing and maintenance of road, at the earliest. Otherwise, the situation may get worse from delays and frustrations to accidents.
This is for your kind information and necessary action.

I had made a booking for mobil service on wheels for sunday[protected] for slot 9am - 12pm. I was informed that the service executive will call me half an hour prior to scheduling the visit. However, no one called me. I tried reaching the executive ms irina who made my booking but the contact number turned out to be switched off. Nor was there any response on the customer care number. It is very unprofessional of crossroads team to take payment in advance and then to not adhere to timelines.
I am highly disgusted with the fact that numerous amounts of follow up calls were made to schedule this service and for payment but when it actually came down to delivering the service nobody in the crossroads team was reachable.
Highly poor service. I would never go for crossroads service ever again.

I have purchased a package for car service and booked my car service for 1date 22/12/2018 and slot 9 to 12 at morning, and i got called from technical person name rajesh and his contact number is [protected] and he said he will be reaching 11:00 am but he did not came at that time, then he called up and said he will come at 2 o'clock for service and he did not come then i have called up him so many times to came for service but he is servicing of other person on different locations at that time and said not able to come for service. I called up to service station number [protected] and not able to connect as all times its shows busy, then i have called service station number on [protected] and they are talking very rudely and not giving any positive response.
Request you to please take strict action against crossroad team, so that they can not make fool any others.

And request you to please reimburse my amount.

I get the call from cross road sales executive and they offer to renew my membership of cross road for road side assistance for 3 year my car.
I have paid rs.1500/- through paytm and received the invoice and card of cross road against my payment but now cross road is saying that this is not valid for three year it is only for one year. I have sent the mail to customer care with all details but they are not replying my mail but i am getting the call for renewal again by again and saying that he will not help out on this.

Hello, Crossroads sales rep Rajesh and Vikas sold me car service annual contract on 3/12/2018 in INR8010. They promised 2 car services, airpump, coupon worth 5k and kit of 4 perfume. He also sent me email confirmation through [protected]@crossroadshelpline.com but after taking 8000rs they vanished, they don't pick phone. BIG FRAUD, I need refund ASAP...

My case :
I took car service on prepaid basis. They didn't provided my car service. Tried left and right but their call centres has all standard false promises. At the end of the day service will not be provided and loose both money and time.

I have seen numerous similar complains about them. I think, they are running a racket of collecting money this way.

Avoid their marketing calls as all promises are wrong as this is only a way to collect money without service.

I have taken the service on the wheel package 1.5 years back and still following up with cross roads.

I am very sure that this is a fraud company and they don't bother customer pain.

I am attaching the screenshot of their last communication in feb 2018. When they confirmed the refund (They have done it many times in past also), but still there is no refund. Also when i call their cc they just say it will be done in another 20 days and these 20 days never come.

I am hearing the same for last 1.5 years.

The company sold me car serviceing subscription and assured it would be done from authorsed company service center they charge from me inr 7000.

But the services is done by road side shop and they charged from s extra inr 3000 and service was pathetic.

After compliments to cross road there is no response

I have taken Services on Wheels from https://www.crossroadshelpline.com/ its almost 1 neay now & they have neither provided Service nor they are returning my Money. Team I need ur Help to take this case to next level to get this Fraud Company closed asap.

If this is the behavior from your representative and that is how you will not respond to the service request trust me I am going to raise a complaint to all the higher authorities and to consumer forum as well. I want strict action against this.

I have paid the fees for 3 year support services. But in online portal the validity of the same is showing as 2 years.

I have sent multiple reminder and done the phone calls on customer care but there is no resolution provided on the same yet but rather i got to know that there is no option for 3 year.

However l have also sent the copy of the receipt also through mail with them where it is clearly given the validity of 3 yrs.

They are not fufill, their comitment and nor respond in mail and phone mail written cross road on 28march 2018 and 03april 2018. They are able to provide sevice so please refund my money. They doing fraud many pepoles it take their money not give him car service so please freund my money

I have bought a package worth rs 1600 with id:[protected] / [protected].

I have dropped multiple emails and called multiple times talking to different representative everytime and for each instance i was assured that services will be activated soon. Its been close to 4 weeks now and i am fed up of following up with crossroads.

It has been a pathetic experience so far with crossroads and i will never recommend this to anyone else.

Infact i will go ahead and raise a complaint in consumer court as i have all the valid documents and receipt. I will ensure that no more customers are befooled by crossroads.

Chronology of events:

November 2016:
I registered for crossroads "service on wheels" paying an amount of 2500/- with a commitment given by company that the doorstep service would be provided (With 19 items served) on 26th december 2016.
No one came up on this date and was provided with another date (11th january 2017).

11th january 2017:
Sent a mail to "[protected]@crossroadshelpline.com" and asked for process of cancellation of the "service on wheel" registration.

12th jan 2017:
1. Mechanic visited but offered only 4 items instead of 19 items. A) engine oil change b). Air filter change 3) fuel filter change 4) body washing form nearest service station. I decided to cancel the service request.
2. Sent a mail raising a request to cancel the "service on wheel" subscription and asked for refund of 2500/-
3. Received reply on same day asking for the payment details and the delivery address. It was informed to me that the refund process would take 45 days.
4. Sent the required details in the same day.

23rd feb 2017:
Called the service centre and asked for the status of the refund. Received the reply on mail the the request is under process.

Called several times to get the status of the refund request but no promised date was given.

6th april 2017:
Called customer care and asked about the status, they gave me a date (20th april) for refund cheque.
Sent another mail to "[protected]@crossroadshelpline.com" depicting the above commitment provided by customer care.

No action taken, no replies on mail, no acknowledgement received. A total ignorance toward customer was shown.

Stopped following up for long.

23rd march 2018: sent a mail asking for the refund of 2500/-

Refund not received yet.
