Respected sir/mam I am KALYAN DAS . I have paid an amount of 1500/- online through SBI bank debit card, but due to some cause, I was logged out & payment status was initially showing Pending. Further, as per instruction given in passport site, to get confirmation of payment status while I clicked on pending & payment status was showing FAILED. Application Reference Number:- 17-[protected] Transaction amount : - 1500/- Transaction date :- 18/01/2017 Type of application :- Normal Payment Status :- Failed A/c no., from which payment was made: [protected] Due to the above circumstances, I have again paid Rs. 1500 online through ICICI bank debit card. Payment was showing success & visited PSK kolkata according to scheduled date. Kindly look into my issue and please refund my failed transaction amount of rs 1500 in my bank account as soon as possible . Though confirmation from city bank was received, no confirmation was received from the SBI merchant
