I made an online application for reissue of passport with Passport Office Ghaziabad. Application Reference Number 17-[protected] Given Name PAKHI SAXENA Service Type REISSUE Type of Application NORMAL Fee (Rs.) 1500.00 Payment Status (Internet Banking) Failed However, an SMS from my HDFC Bank on my mobile [protected] states amount Rs 1512.75 (inclusive of service charge) debited from my account, on Feb 9, 2017 at 19:34:15 in SBIPG at PASSPORT_SEVA_MOPS_OBD using my HDFC debit card ending in 3822. Statement from my HDFC savings bank account shows[protected] against the debit entry on Feb 9, 2017. Since status shows FAILED, I have to make payment again. Request please reverse above payment.
