Today I ordered real mixed masala juice from blinkit as I opened the cap it was smelling then I pour out the juice the I saw something white and black inside it . Thankgod I've not drank it . Please don't play with peoples health it's a request plz pay attention.

    I have purchased few of Hajmola 1 Rs. pack where I found there is only 2 Nos hajmola in it instead of 4. Not understood it is packaging defect or else. 1 seal packed same packet is still left with me. Batch No. JK00916 12

        I found a hair in Hajmola tablet.
        Batch no. :- BM0889
        Mfd. :- 02/2022
        I was feeling uneasy with my stomach, so i considered taking Hajmola tablet.
        As i removed a tablet out of packet, a hair popped pointing out of tablet.
        It was very disgusting to see a hair in an ayurvedic tablet which is meant to ease stomach, rather in this case the hair would have made stomach more uneasy I guess.
        Very disappointed to see such improper hygiene taken with manufacturing.

            Sir,

            I had purchased Odonil Zipper Blissful Citrus today (i.e. 03.05.2022) from Dmart Mulund Mumbai. However, when I opened the pack I was shocked to see the air freshener was damaged i.e. it was open from both the sides.

            As a result, the powder from the air freshener packet was out in the pack. I had to staple the freshener from both the sides to avoid the powder from spilling out.

            Details of the pack are as under:

            Pkd on: 03/22

            It seems that the packet was faulty.

            I never expected this to happen from Dabur.

            You are requested to provide me with an alternate product at the earliest.

                  I've been using this product for a long time. Never had any problem like this. It says it works 8hrs. But it is more like 8 seconds.                     I had filed grievance against dabur honey vide Regd. No. 194917 and the same has not been resolved after repeated calls at customer care. at[protected].

                      I was scooping out a spoon of Chyavanprash when I noticed a thread-like structure. Being someone who has been taking Chyavanprash since years, I immediately suspected it as I am fully aware about the consistency of the product. When I washed that my doubt turned into reality, it indeed is a two inch long jute thread. Thank God it caught the attention of my eye otherwise it could have choked me. I am really horrified to find such poor quality in a Dabur product. Really agitated!!! I will never have this Chyavanprash again.

                        Today morning we have found a piece of glass in bottom of 1 Kg Dabur Honey bottle. We realized this when we had consumed more than half of Dabur honey over a period of 3 weeks.

                        We have added several photos of the piece of glass to provide sufficient evidence.

                        I urge you to take this matter seriously and take strict actions against the Dabur Honey manufacturer for showing irresponsible and careless mistake.

                          On the pack of dabur honey written as no sugar adulteration but after purchasing of 2 months I got that honey became freez and sugar clearly visible.I want action against dabur as soon as possible.

                            Dear Dabur,
                            I bought a bigger packet of hajmola chat cola, which contains 20 packets inside. But when I opened the packet I got to know that 8 out of the 20 packets contained just 2 units instead of 4. I think it is a big fault of the company and the issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible because fault in 8 packets is not very rare but can be happened with many of the customers.
                            Please take care of your products.

                                    First I complained about Orange real juice product of to their customer care via call.
                                    I want to clearify few things about Dabur customer service.
                                    1. Their staffs are not at all attentive while complaining on call.
                                    2. Whenever i got a call from dabur team everyone just kept asking the same scenario about the complaint so we have to explain it to everyone though i explained it to everyone.
                                    3. Fake promises by their head staffs like their quality head.

                                    My concern is on real juice i bought it on month of November.
                                    When me and my brother drank the juice we got the feeling of rotten juice and i checked the date and found out product was not expired.
                                    After sometime we suffered from stomach ache issue.
                                    Checked the smell of juice and it was not good.
                                    Immediately i lodged a complaint with care and i demanded for my loss then customer care executive said he will give me one pack of juice for my losses to which i denied.

                                    Customer care executive guided to lodge a complaint on email id then i lodged it with the help of email id.

                                    Everytime just someone called and said that concern is in progress.

                                    Then qualiity head offered me some products but i denied and said i will choose according to my choice when i choosed and shared the list.

                                    Again i got a called from sales person that he will give only2 to 3 products then i told him i need all product after that i didn't received any call from Dabur team or no one solved my problem yet.

                                    Still i have the complaint product with me.

                                    I will share this message to all over social media.

                                      While eating the remaining pieces of hajmola, I found small scraps of glass that I thought must be salt crystals, but it was glass pieces, this is extremely problematic. I am afraid that I have consumed some little pieces of it.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using this Dabur product(Drakshavleha) from last 2-3 years and it's really a good product.

                                        However while I was about to eat it today I get a small hair in it. Are you guys not maintaining hygiene at you manufacturing unit.

                                        Definitely I will complaint regarding this as it's really not acceptable as we pay for the product and you guys are not able to maintain hygiene
