First I complained about Orange real juice product of to their customer care via call.
I want to clearify few things about Dabur customer service.
1. Their staffs are not at all attentive while complaining on call.
2. Whenever i got a call from dabur team everyone just kept asking the same scenario about the complaint so we have to explain it to everyone though i explained it to everyone.
3. Fake promises by their head staffs like their quality head.

My concern is on real juice i bought it on month of November.
When me and my brother drank the juice we got the feeling of rotten juice and i checked the date and found out product was not expired.
After sometime we suffered from stomach ache issue.
Checked the smell of juice and it was not good.
Immediately i lodged a complaint with care and i demanded for my loss then customer care executive said he will give me one pack of juice for my losses to which i denied.

Customer care executive guided to lodge a complaint on email id then i lodged it with the help of email id.

Everytime just someone called and said that concern is in progress.

Then qualiity head offered me some products but i denied and said i will choose according to my choice when i choosed and shared the list.

Again i got a called from sales person that he will give only2 to 3 products then i told him i need all product after that i didn't received any call from Dabur team or no one solved my problem yet.

Still i have the complaint product with me.

I will share this message to all over social media.

While eating the remaining pieces of hajmola, I found small scraps of glass that I thought must be salt crystals, but it was glass pieces, this is extremely problematic. I am afraid that I have consumed some little pieces of it.

I am using this Dabur product(Drakshavleha) from last 2-3 years and it's really a good product.

However while I was about to eat it today I get a small hair in it. Are you guys not maintaining hygiene at you manufacturing unit.

Definitely I will complaint regarding this as it's really not acceptable as we pay for the product and you guys are not able to maintain hygiene

It was not acceptable to get these kind of non sense in the product now again I complaint here if I didn’t get the perfect answer then you guys are responsible.
It was harm for our and our children health and we can’t tolerate all these
Although it was also not out of date expired still Al this happened.

The bottle that I bought has a plastic cover inside it and it was at the bottom of the bottle so we could find it after we began consuming it for about a week.

By then the Chyawanprash began to give out a stale smell as well.

This is toxic and poisonous if consumed.

I found that the cranberry juice was very watered down,
I have been drinking Dabur cranberry juice every day, for the past year and have never come across a watered down version of this juice before.

I have used gulab jal which should be pure and chemical free. But this product has spread allergy on my face. I dropped them email for taking action but no reply has received from them. This is just unethical.

I brought a Real Orange juice on last week and found a piece of black substance in packed box of juice with fungus. The date of manufacturing 26-07-21.

I had ordered a batch of Real guava juice from amazon. They had a foul taste. It had gone bad but it had not expired according to the date on the carton.

I have purchased Ashwagandha Capsules 20N (Batch number BD0009, Exp 04/2022) I have used 8 caps and suffered from severe cold. After taking Cetrizine and using vapourizer, it got relieved. Today i have taken capsules and sever cold started again. Should i stop using it, is sever cold side effect of Aswagandha.

The content you provide is really less as compared to the price you take. ( 180 ml in 20rs )
Moreover i request you to please keep in mind the environmental hazards the one time plastic use cause. So, take an initiative and start giving a paper straw inside a biodegradable packing.

Bought ODOMOS MOSQUITO KILLER RACQUET on 16th June'21 via Flipkart
and not working after one week, on 24th June submitted online claim And called there 10 times till now.

I had purchased a 2kg dabur chyanprash awleha in july. I had got some particles of wood/metal inside the packet which might be very harmful while consuming it. I had written a email 2 times but no reply came. Only automated email for the complaint id and call saying that they will send someone to collect the pieces. But its 1.5 months that no one has come for the same.

I bought the 2 packs of real juice having manufacturing date 20/05/21
In 1 pack i found a big substance in it don't nlknow what is was
Than in second pack found the unpleasant taste of it(like cold drink) I think its like expired but not by MFG date.
Do something about it either i gonna take action about it.

I purchased 1litre Dabur real fruit juice pomegranate on 28th July 2021 from Delhi police canteen Shalimar Bagh Delhi

Today I opened to serve ..I found fungus in good quantity swimming in juice... completely stale juice ...very disappointed by Dabur company ..they are selling stale juice... playing with people’s health
