Today i lost my phone in bindapur, uttam nagar. I reached instantly at Police Station for FIR. After that office said to raise online complaint on http://www.delhipolice.nic.in/register.html . I tried same but giving it 3 hours to raise complaint regarding phone lost website is not accepting complaint.

If they suggest such thing then at least one person must be there in Police station who can register complaint...

My Rs. 32, 000 stolen from my shop which is in Moti Nagar(19/27). I just gone outside only for 2 min. A boy came in my shop and pick the box of money and ran away. there is a camera outside my shop. I have checked that video and I have saved that video in my phone and that boy's photo.
