Sir, i am a senior citizen resident of a-94, shivalik, new delhi-1100017, mr bhardwaj resident of a-179, forcefully parks his vehicle in front of our gate.Today djb was carrying there work of erecting new water lines on repeated request since morning he did not remove his vehicle due to which work could not be carried out.
It is a humble request from a senior citizen to remove such unauthorized erections .So that we can have water supply in our home

I have purchased an ac type split air conditioner 1.5tr, 5star, model rac518kwd-160d06226 from dealer/seller detail: tin [protected], new pankaj electronics, shop no. B-6, d. D. A shopping complex, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi-110091, near jeevan anmol hospital, tel 22792959. The dealer charged me rs 1500 as installation charge.

Same day later when technician reached my home from hitachi authorized service provider stead service, address 8/318, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092, contact [protected] and asked for rs 1550 as installation charge. They also informed me that if the ac is installed by any technician other than hitachi then hitachi will not provide support regarding installation related problems.

So i decided to get the installation done by hitachi authorized center and i visited the dealer and told him "i do not want to install the ac from your men" and requested him to return back rs.1500. Dealer refused to return the amount rs 1500 which was already paid to him using credit card payment. Payment date 22/05/2016 time 13:42:39

Please help me to get back the amount rs 1500 from the dealer new pankaj electronics which is taken by fraud.

I have order an iphone 6s 16gb rose gold from amazon.In. I ordered it on 30th march and received it on 2nd april. And when i opened it i saw it was a chinese clone of iphone and sice then im calling to the customer care service and they are not responding me and not even giving my refund of 38, 890rs it has been one and a half month.

They called for offering job in snigapore which i have been looking for. They asked me for registration fee 3100 rs. now they are seems to lost somewhere as their mobile phone, landlines, email are out of contact. They are all just fake!

I want them to be punished for fooling people as I am not the only one they are exploiting!!

Hey. My name is Chunky. Today morning I got a call from an unknown number. The guy on call ask me about the banks atm which I am currently using saying that your atm has been blocked and ask me about the atm number and it's pin. When I denied to give him there information he started using abusive language. And then disconnect the call and when I call back the number was switched off. So I want to register complain against that

They first called me beginning of march and offered me job in singapore, i attended 2 round interviews, via fone then asked me to senx mine and my familys govt documents like passport copy etc, all i shared via email, they said im selected and said they are sending my offer lettrr and asked me to resign and get ready to go to singapore, which i did, then took around 13000 rupees from me for several reasons as tax, insurace, courier charge etc, and now they completely disappeared from fone or email, now no response, i want them to be punished and i can share all their emails and numbers and several bank account details to which money was sent, they should be punished, this should not be done to another person

Mr plcaement had taken rs 24000 as service charges and rs 9000 as advance salary for providing me maid (Copies of receipts enclosed) but the maid ran away after two days. Since april2, 2016 i have been running after them for refund of my money rs[protected] service charge and 9000 as advance salary) but mr ravi and mr mukul are giving false promises and harassing me. I have visited their office (E-128 e second floor mohammadpur bhikaji cama place new delhi) many times but in vain. I have recording of their commitment.

The harassment and mental agony i am suffering is also affecting my health

Sir, my son deepak is missing since 21/12/2015 vide dairy no: 31a p s daryaganj.. The police department has submitted their report with the pgc . A copy of department report is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

I am not satisfied with the report submitted and have misguided to the pgc that my son deepak was involved in three criminal cases. That no any case has been registered in any police station how, asi satish kumar police station daryaganj has given false report about involvement in 3 cases of my son instead of taking proper investigation on time. The 5 months have been already passed but to close the matter and investigation, police department has given false report to the pgc.

Please look in to the matter and please transfer the case with the crime department on urgent priority basis.

Dear sir

Sh iman jeet bawa visits our petrol pump and start taking pictures and making videos at our petrol pump from his mobile, standing at the island. He has no authority to take the photos nor he is permitted by us to click photos. The use of mobile is prohibited at petrol pump for it could be a reason of fire. The same is written at five to six places at petrol pump. This has happened today, 17th april and even before.
When our staff objects to it he threatens them and writes a complaint in our complaint and suggestion book, which are un found most of the time. This clicking photo graphs and videos at petrol pump may be used for doing any incident of crime such as looting or robbery attempt. This is a direct attack to our right to property and infringe our fundamental rights.
The petrol pump is run by a lady dealer. The threats and the conduct of the person is highly objectionable and crime as per delhi law. This may be done to harass the lady dealer with a wrong motive and threats for life are scaring us.
The person may be investigated and instructed not to take law in his hands and stop harassing the lady dealer. He may be strictly instructed to not to visit our petrol pump in future.
Any such crime or incident occurs in future at our petrol pump, then this person shall be held responsible.
The matter may be treated urgent to avoid any threat to the lady dealer and crime at petrol pump.

Our flat had been vacated dated on 31st December by our tenant, we had given keys for primary repairs to our labors. Shivani patni living in flat no 626, pocket - a sector - 17 dwarka had broken our locks and acquired our flat in night.
we came to know this dated on 2nd Jan by our labors and on 3rd we had went to police but police had not filed our FIR and asked us to make agreements first and than suggest us to give one month notice and than only we could file our FIR. till one month we had continuously given our notices, bank a/c details, and requested to fulfill police verification.
At last we had made a legal agreement dated on[protected] and went to police that the lady had not paid our dues and till now our complain had been not registered. we had shown our agreement but than also our FIR had been not registered.
we had sent mails to Delhi commissioner since[protected] to inform every single time to time incidences. but till to date we had not provided by any relief by registering FIR neither any investigation had been initiated.

We had been called by Shivani patni dated on[protected] and asked us to visit Delhi at our flat because she told us that she is shifting from our flat on 02.03.2016. we had reached Delhi in after noon and called local beat Head Constable Sh. NAWAB, But as per his information he was in Rajasthan and he asked to call on 100 number and we had did the same and entered the compound along with police. he had called the IO Sh. Ram Niwas from PS Dwarka North and than he had taken me my wife and my younger daughter to police station and asked the lady also to come to Police station for the discussion and submission. suman patni had locked our flat and came to police station. she had asked the owner of Aroma & spice restaurant(ramphul chawk, sector 7 above the PNB Bank) mr. Chadha by giving him one key that he can load the luggage by the time. suman patni and ashok had been their with us in police station and shivani patni, mr. chaddha and his waiters, tina mathur & his husband had vacated the flat without giving any defaulted dues payments.

on the other side in police station SHO had asked us to accept compromise by giving money to the defaulted people. our hard earned property had been acquired by cheaters and regular defaulter people and police had denied to register our FIR on that day also. due to police pressure we were bound to pay and paid 20 k to have a key of our flat that night. we all were made to sit in police station till 10 pm. I am a physical handicap senior citizen and i was complained with my senior citizen wife and my younger daughter.
we were allowed to go at our vacated flat in night. neighbors had provided water and linen to sleep that night but around 15-20 police men had made my younger daughter forcefully stand out of our flat and forced us to pay one lakhs or either again given our flat to shivani patni. we had been threatened by many bouncers called by tina mathur and shivani patni and many had tried to kill me. we had called NDTV, aaj tak and many media persons along with 100 PCR number but we didn't found any help that night.

we had been asked not to leave the flat and whole night we had been harassed a lot. police PCR had been made out return by SHO mr Jha. we had given two complains that evening also to the police but on none of the application No FIR had been registered by police. we had been asked to pay money and threatened by police to file FIR's against us. we had again mailed to Delhi commissioner and Delhi CM and other administration authority but all mails had been till to date is in pending in vigilance department. we had been called up again and again by police to Delhi and no one had registered our FIR.
Shivani patni had vacated our flat dated on[protected] but than also in spite of paying all dues and bills she and others are demanding one lakhs from us. we had no money left and we all three are made house arrest by police in Delhi and unable to leave Delhi as we are from out of station.

Police had informed us today that one FIR had been registered by shivani patni dated on[protected] under section 448 of IPC. it is very shame full as well as pain full that police had never supported us and not only this the threatening words had been made out to be true by police by Registering FIR.
it is part of investigation and later the court who could decide the results. we only want that police should register our complain on our grievances rather than to harass us and conclude their investigation equally on both parts.

we had made all complains and calls on PCR 100 before than the second party but than also our FIR had not been registered by police.

shivani patni is an accused of 302 case fir no. 598/2015 in the same police chowki and hence a regular visitor of the police station and known to many officers. she had taken that advantage also.

my younger daughter had shifted to the vacated flat later. after few days she had to visit jaipur and jodhpur. in her absence shivani patni, tina mathur, her husband, suman patni, ashok, mr chadha and others had stolen everything from the flat. every furniture, all jewelry, cash amount, every thing because they had created keys of our flat and changed our locks before returning the keys at the time of vacation. on return to the flat my daughter had again reported everything to the near by police station but police had done nothing. she had again mailed everything to the Delhi Commissioner but till to date our FIR had been not registered. to day i, my wife and my daughter had been went to the police chawki sector -17 and DCP office but every where we had been made threaten of the dire consequences. we have grievances and police had not registered any of them since four months.
we had been told to go to the court and all mails are in vigilance only. we know that nothing would be done against any of the harassment and delay made out with us by police. but what about the simple FIR registration? why we all the time forced by police to run in court just to file a simple FIR. by this way we are bound to run to court with extra expense just to file FIR and than only police would investigate over the case. when by both ways it is police who is only agency to investigation than why police is denying to register FIR. we had tried to register our stolen things FIR online also but we had failed because all the time police shanti sewa nyaya site is not working. today when we came to know about fake FIR against us than also we are not provided any copy of the FIR to us. we even don't know the details of the the FIR contents.

Vigilance team as well as IO over the fake FIR had refused to provide any sezier memo of the documents messages, mails, evidences in receiving those.

we aggrieved and our grievance is just to register our FIR and start the investigation. so that we could avail justice for our loss, assault, and harassment. we from out of Delhi ASSUMED that it is the best in our country but we are very disappointed after having personal experience and feeling very sorry for our country that the corruption and harassment rate is very far above than that of in other state police.

In spite of all facilities and technical availability for the helping tools in investigation police in itself support only criminals. i wish that future generation could experience the police as we what think before. we actually want an amendment in the police act 1860, and other old acts. we need a up-down amendment in system.

Kindly register our complain we are harassed a lot.

I just want to inform about a number from which i got a call, the number[protected], the person on the call just said that my atm get block and to reopen it i need to say the some my information, but i just said that it ok i not want to unblock it and cut the call, i just writing it becouse it might help to ignore future froud going to hapen with any other person, so if possible kindly enquire about the number and take necessary action to ignore any insidence going to happen with any person.

Delhi traffic police has blocked service road leading from shankar enclave towards hanuman mandir vasant village by putting a cement block thus causing inconvenience to all people travelling on this road there by forcing people to take wrong passage i.E. Moving opposite direction at morning and evening, which may cause accident and all the hawker are placed their stall at around the block. It seems that a inspector of traffic police is staying near hanuman mandir vasant enclave has managed/ instructed to block this route. Request necessary action be taken to remove this illegal block.

I filed a complaint regarding the parking issue that someone parked in front of the gate and didn't removed the car no action from police was taken and he was openly saying main ni hataunga choda hounga he also said abhi bhar gya hu jabb aaunga tabb dkhnge and ge is creating this nuisance from past few days so we called police in the end but as police never come on time i heard this time I witnessed a false truth that they even didn't came and it was shocking i called at 8:30pm and i was amazed that no one came even i called again they said we will send a person in 5-10 minutes but till now they have not yet came.

If this kind of service is provided by Delhi police than i feel bad to be a delhite !

Very poor response which was never expected !
