Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] Complaints & Reviews

Route No 944 ( Bus No DL1PD 5142, colour Blue AC Bus). it was going towords Central Secretariat. At 1.55pm it stopped at Rajinder palace. about move towords Sankar Road. As per the norms ( during Covid 19) the seats are mentioned where to sit and where not to. there were 3 seats left . But the Bus driver (sardar) and the lady conductor were reluctant to take 3 people . As three people including me went inside the bus we found 3 saets are empty after maintain the social distancing. Then when I told the conductor why you are not allowing the commuters as there is still 3 eats are available. The Driver came towords me beat me. As most people objected this then he stopped . Its shame that driver behaved with commuter like this. The lady conducor also supporting the driver and was very rude.
My kind request behavior like this is unfortunate and stringent action should be taken against the driver. So that the driver does not do like this . As the pandemic situation is worse and the staffs of DTC are making the situation worst not picking the commuters even though seats are available. Please Please do the needful.

This bus hit our vehicle as it was overtaking from the point where no space was there. And when asked to stop the bus then driver misbehaved.
Vehicle No is DL 1 P C7310.
It happened at Preet Vihar red light road at vikas marg at 1:50 pm.

The time was about 8.10 pm.
