One of the street dog in sitara center, beside n convention, vidyadara puram, suffuring with disease and making noise very much and other dogs also gathered and doing the same very recent past her mother died with same problem we don't know what actually it is it's very near to swathi apartments so please help them out

Today in the morning of 21.05.2020, i tried to board dtc blue line bus route no.320 (Registration no. Dl - 5375) going to shahdara from kanti nagar extn., delhi - 110051 bus stop. My face was completely covered with gamchha. But driver as well as conductor disembarked me from the bus with a direction that they will not allow me inside unless i wear a stitched mask available in the market. I told them that hon'ble prime minister has said that we can use gamchha or any other cloth to cover our face but they did not pay any heed to this submission and i was disembarked from the bus. I went to shahdara bus depot to make a complaint but the person available there also did not pay any heed.

It is requested that clear instructions may be issued to all dtc drivers and conductors to allow every passenger in the bus if their face are completely and carefully covered with gamchha, towel, or any other home made covers.

I am booked a bus ticket from new delhi to basti for travel date 17/04/2020 but bus is cancelled due to lockdown. After cancelled my ticket refund is not provide from company. I had called many times of bus operators but his mobile number unreachable. Company helpline number not available any where. I am booked one more ticket from this company for travel date 20/05/2020 and i think this will be also cancell. This is not only my problem many of passanger is suffering from this. So i request you please check this and do the needful

I am a doctor working at esi hospital, basaidarapur, i have to go during lockdown but there are few dtc buses running and from these few buses either the bus doesn't stop on bus stops or if they stop they don't allow me to enter the bus in spite of showing my id card. It is very difficult for me as well as other people providing healthcare services to go to our hospital as no other means of transport are running.

I travelled in dtc bus dl1p c9148 in morning around 0922 hrs on 21 march 2020 from madhuban chowk delhi. Aged man requested constable for the seat. Constable immediately offer him to sit and argued with him as aged man is mentally sick. I observed quietly and other customer make fun of aged man and constable himself also laughing. Then i argued with constable as the aged person is mentally sick then why are you making fun of him. My complaint against the constable amit kumar who is presented in the bus and making fun of mentally challenged person. When i pointed out him then constable presented fake statement against that person and misbehaved with me. He insulted me badly in the bus and said that being lady you are supporting the man. The aged person is mentally challenged and nobody has the right to insult and embarrassed anyone infront of many people. Being police constable he laughed on him instead of sharing good words with him. Please dont give service to that kind of employee who has not emotions for other. He provided this job to serve for nation and not for making fun and misbehave with lady passengers.

I would like to bring kind attention towards frequency of buses are inadequate under raja garden flyover because bus route no.442, 631, 911, tms-mayapuri chowk, tms-lajpat nagar are not coming under raja garden flyover at rajdhani college bus stop which is very difficult to travel through bus. This is causing a lot of trouble for all the people who travel by bus. Therefore requesting the concerning authorities to seriously look into the matter and take necessary action to resolve the problem at the earliest.

I use to travel everyday with dtc bus. But today i tried to pay using metro, reason being conductor doe not carry change for rs 100. He denied to take metro card because his devise get hanged frequently he said.

Bus route no 473a, bus no: dl1pc8916.

Will dtc please explain why your devise hang every other day as comparison with delhi transit cluster bus. Delhi transit cluster bus devises works every good.

I come from jamia nagar and auto riskhaw drivers there are so pathetic they refuse to go everywhere otherwise they ask double fare and give justification that they have to come back as well from there. Jamia to nehru place it's hardly 60rs they as 120 rs. No auto rikshaw driver is good there every one is with attitude and don't know how they make living when they refuse every passanger.

May i bring the attention to the concerned authority of dtc that there has been poor services of 442/724 from nehru place terminal and vice versa. Many commuters have to wait for long time at bus stands to board these buses to reach offices. And many days are so commuters reaching very late in the offices resulting fear of loss of job also. Please improve the services of these buses because thousand of passengers availing the service of these buses.

Please improve the services at least during peak hours in the morning and evening.

Today morning about 7.45 am i was waiting at sita puri stopping (Near dabri bus stand) for a bus going to najafgarh.

The bus shelter shows the bur route numbers of 850 (Dl-1p d.0824) to stop there.
But the buses were not stopped, when i requested by showing my hand!

I am a old age man aged 70 having trouble to walk. Some 5-6 passengers were also present there and when i approached them to take help to stop the bus for me, instead of stoping bus, driver raise the speed of bus.

Description

I am satendra kumar singh, a central government employee, working in the ministry of finance, north block, new delhi, i was waiting for the bus at rail bhawan metro gate no.4 bus stand at around 9:05 am. Then, this bus no. Dl-1p, c-9641 reached there. However, the driver didn’t stop the bus at the designated bus stop. He stopped the bus 50 meters (Approx) before the stop and made people lighten & board the bus. When i crossed that 50 meter stretch to board the bus and tried to enter from the front gate. At this, the driver asked me to enter from the back gate. While i was about to enter the bus from the back gate, he shut the doors on my face.in the process, my hand got stuck in between the doors.
At this, the fellow commuters raised the alarm and asked the driver to stop the bus. Thankfully he opened the door and somehow, i managed to enter the bus. After entering, i confronted the bus driver for his irresponsible behavior, why he stopped away from the bus stop and why he did’t allow me to enter initially. At this, he started shouting and abusing me. He said, i am a servant of dtc, not yours. Dtc pays me and not you”.
All his nonsense words pinched me very hard. When they can’t even treat an educated person well, then only god knows how inhumanely they would treat the poor & illiterate people.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter personally and take appropriate action against the guilty driver so that they do not dare again to misbehave with any human being.
I and other such commuters will be thankful to you for this.

The frequency of bus no.861 which is started from uttam nagar to jahangirpuri is inadequate in morning hours from 9.00 am to 10.00 am & in night hours from 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm. There are no other buses from uttam nagar to jahangir puri passing from tilak nagar to jahangirpuri. This is causing a lot of trouble for all the people staying in the locations. There are no other buses for jahangirpuri from uttam nagar going through tilak nagar. Request to start cluster buses from uttam nagar to jahangir puri and increase the frequency. A sincere request to have a minimum of 5 buses in morning between 9 am to 10.00 am & in night 8 pm to 9 pm.

I took a bus from munirka metro station to the i. I. T hostel. I requested the driver to follow the route and stop it on i. I. T hostel but he denied and took the bus from the flyover and stpped at jia sarai stop. And in between of all this i asked help to a marshal and conducter but they both reacted rudely to me.

I will request you to take a proper action.

I am a government employee, i am travelling from preet
Vihar to shahjahan road, upsc for my office through dtc bus. Today, i took the bus no. 73 from preet vihar for ito.in the meanwhile, this bus was broke down and the driver stoped the bus before the bus stand. After this instance i saw the bus no. 623 and the gate was opened so i rush to the bus as i was getting late to the office.. I was trying to board the bus, bus driver suddenly shut the door of the bus intentionally. Now, i was forced to walk around one kilometer to the ito bus stand. I kept moving along with the bus but the bus driver did not deliberately open the gate of the bus. I was helpless because the driver of the first bus did not stop the bus to the stand.

So, i request you to take action against the driver of this bus. Bus route was 623 and bus number was dl-ip c-0711.

Bus driver of route no-966 vehicle no dl1pc8700 was driving the bus very fast on road and passenger are waiting on the bus stand give him hand to stop the bas but he doesn't stop the bus after the stand he stop the bus to de board sum persons and then 1 person was trying to get in the bus he closed the door and start running the bus very fast. I request you to take action against the driver.

My name is riya and i am a student through this application i wish to draw your kind attention to the misbehaviour of a bus conductor i am student and i was travelling from delhi gate to khanpur on ticket no. 32038 bus no. Dl-1p c 9889 at 6.30 p. M on february, 21 2020.

It happened like this. I am not feeling well at that particular time and i am standing on the beside of the conductor's seat and i just ask him to sit on the seat just next him. But he refuses the request of mine. Give me the excuse that "this seat is only for senior citizens you can't sit in it and his behaviour is soo rude and he is ready to fight with me. When my friend ask him that why you she can not sit on this seat so said to my friend that ' jaa jo krna hai krle' with very rude behaviour and abusing language.

Respected sir/mam,

This is to inform you that today i. E on 20feb2020 when i took a bus at 1:00pm from mohammad pur to narouji nagar. I paid rs.10 for buying a ticket of rs.5 and asked him to return the remaining amount but the conductor refused to return the said balance by citing that he had no change.
When i request him a lot but he started hackilng, harassing, misbehaving and arguing with me. Consequently i also sought on him to get my money back.
At last an aged man came up to me and handled the adverse situation.
Therefore, i humbly and respectfully to take strict action against that conductor for misbehaving, harassing and not following his duty towards the passangers. Please do needful as early as possible so that peace, harmony and order will be maintained in the society.

Untill now i have been nearly attacked by the dogs in our street where i have to go to the shop for goods. Just this night while i was going on my way home from my aunt's house they chased me to some distance before i jumped into someone's house. Please clear the dogs only those near the shop in our street. I am fearing to go to the shop so much. It also attacked two to three people passing by. Many people are fearing due to them. Among them i know a person who got bitten while he was on his way to the shop and was bitten and he got 12 injections to his body. I am not against dogs but these are making me fear alot. I am fearing when will i get be bitten by them. There are nearly 8-9 dogs please take them away. And one more request please take away the dogs only near the shop (Shekhar shop) in our colony. Please it's a humble request. Today night i was saved by luck. Please take the action as soon as possible.
