The concern is I was paying the admission fee of du college but first time fees was not succesfull but deducted from the acount so second time i made the payment through the second account and it got suceed but later on next day only my previous fees also got successful so now i want the refund of my one of those two payments and DU is not helping me

    I have made payment for DU (UG) admissions 2021 through debit card of Canara bank, I have made payment after the approval of principal of Swami Shraddhanand College, but my payment failed and amount of Rs.12055 deducted from my bank account.

      I had applied online to get my provisional certificate from the University by making a payment of ₹500 on 17th September 2021. I even received an acknowledgement slip on my mail ID along with the application number, transaction number and Order ID as follow-

      It has been mentioned on their website that I'll receive the certificate within 10 days of payment, however it's been almost a month now and I've not received anything. I tried to write mails to them but in vain.

          I submitted my migration certificate application MIGPRO[protected]. I have not yet received any update regarding the same. I sent them emails informing it was urgent, but yet no response. I have already sent them all required documents on the email the provided. The transaction ID for the fee payment is 20211001111212800110168563947390382 . Enrollment number: 17ANDCBSZO000009 Please help, I need the certificate urgently.

            Respected Sir/ma'am
            I paid fees of Zakir Hussain College on 8th October, 2021 at around 10pm but I haven't received any receipt of fee payment from the University till today that is 9th October, 2021. The money from the bank account has also been deducted. I went on my portal but there the college is asking me to pay the fees. I refreshed my portal and my Gmail multiple times but their is no luck. So please look into the matter and help me.

                Sir/ Ma'am i have been trying to pay the fee since tomorrow but everytime I enter my details and click proceed mow it shows 'Unable to process, please try again later'.

                Please help us resolve the issue because today is the last date to submit the fees.

                      I have paid the fees with debit card today after approval by the principal but still the portal is showing fees is to be paid .
                      And showing payment failure. But money is already deducted from bank account. What to do please help!

                          For the past week, I have been trying to log in to my account to know the status of my JRF fellowship. by every time it says "the URL you are trying is wrong or you have insufficient privileges".
                          earlier when I logged in it said "your beneficiary code updation is pending from the university/institution" but since then I have been unable to log in.

                            I had paid Rs 500 fee for provisional certificate on 19 sep 2021 but it is still showing pending payment, even the amount has been deducted from my account. Even I have mailed them for this but no response. Please provide acknowledgement receipt for the certificate or refund the amount in my account. Please notify as soon as possible.

                              I have paid the fees of du ncweb two times by mistake and still i have not get my money back and du staff of fees department is not solving this and they behave rudely like that i have done a sin making payment two times.

                                I had paid Rs. 500 towards my migration certificate to DU through their online portal, on 6th September 2021. The amount was deducted from my account but I haven't received an acknowledgement receipt of the payment therefore had to pay again for the receipt to get the certificate.
                                But No refund is initiated till date for the extra payment done.

                                  I have made payment of Rs.2500/- 3 times to SRCC GBO 2021 as every time there was a technical error occurred in the Merchant’s site and payment could not be processed at the time.
                                  1st payment I was made on 30.01.2021
                                  2nd & 3rd payment was made on 31.01.2021.
                                  After that I noticed that all the three payments were deducted from the card account.

                                    I had applied for the Provisional Certificate from the central portal of Delhi University and paid the fees for the same. But there has been no acknowledgement from the University for the same and the portal demands that the fees be paid again.

                                    I have confirmed that the amount was debited from the bank and have evidence of the same.

                                    Moreover, I had paid fees for the transcript to be mailed since it's not possible for me to physically collect it from Delhi. I have the fee receipt but the mail from the University is asking me to collect the transcript from the office.

                                    Please help
                                    Either refund the fees I have paid for the provisional certificate so I can pay it again or process my documents

                                    For the transcript, the best outcome would be if I can get it through mail. Otherwise kindly refund the payment

I have given my final year exam successfully, i also got confirmation mail of submission of answer sheet, but when my result declared then my result was not showing it was showing record not found. I contacted either NCWEB department or my teaching centre but they don't have any solution of this. They took performa from me . But still i dont have my result .its not my mistake because i have done all formally which i should. Please help me i am very dipressed.

                                        I am a student of BSc Hons (Maths) of Zakir Hussain College(Delhi University). I had given my 1st semester exam(was fail in 1 subject) after that I couldn't give my 2nd semester exam due to some personal reasons. The college didn't inform me that I was not promoted into 2nd year and I also didn't knew that it is compulsory to complete 1st year in order to get promoted into the 2nd year. Anyhow I thought that I have been promoted in 2nd year so I continued my further studies, I attended classes, and daily college . College even issued me I'd card of 2nd year and gave me admit card for 3rd sem exams, also I had my name in college register but due to corona pandemic I couldn't give 3rd sem exam . I thought like every other student I have been promoted so I started studying for my 4th sem. I gave all the assignments and attended all video classes . When I had to fill online form for the 4th sem exam, the site didn't show my roll number . I contacted my teacher so they sent me to college authority through which I got to know that I am not promoted and according to rules I'm still in 1st year. I went to college to ask them what to do about it now to which they said we don't know anything go to university whatever they'll instruct us we'll do.

                                        I have been visiting the college and university from December 2020 but neither the college nor the university is doing anything . Please help me, I don't know what to do now .
                                        I think I should file case against the college because that seems the last option. The college officials have wasted my 3 years. And when I plead them they just say that you should take fresh admission in the college .
