I have paid fee of INR 500 to request a provisional certificate from the Delhi university. The payment was made on 11/22/2022 and I am also attaching a screenshot as a reference. While the amount got deducted from my bank account and the official website through which the form was requested was showing that the payment has been failed.

    Rupees 1000 was deducted via UPI payment but the online form says the payment failed. I have a receipt from Paytm for successful payment of rupees 1000 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please refund the amount.

      I have paid fee of INR 1720 to request a set of transcript from the Delhi university. The payment was made on 13/11/2022 and I am also attaching a screenshot as a reference. While the amount got deducted from my bank account and the official website through which the transcript was requested was showing that the payment has been failed.

        I have made payment of 1400 for du transcript online which has been deducted from my account but it does not show on the site. The site still asks to make payment.
        Please update my fee payment status or make a refund as it's urgent. I require the transcript soon.

                  I filled the online form for attestation of degree on DU website and also paid Rs 1000 for it . It was written that we will get our document 7 days after filling the form but now it has been almost a month but I hav not yet received any confirmation email for it .                       When I revisited the link again and clicked on the Make payment...The payment automatically went through and then showed me the acknowledgement slip for transcript receipt and downloaded. So please revisit the link and try to click on the Make Payment. Hopefully, it resolves or you need to contact Delhi University

                        I paid ₹500 for my migration certificate through DU's online portal on 29/10/2022. However the portal is showing that payment is still pending and the amount have been deducted from my account. I need my migration certificate urgently as I have to present it for my Post Graduation, otherwise my admission would be cancelled. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

                              In 2021, I took admission to Delhi University but later changed my mind and withdraw it. But it's been nearly 1 year since I didn't receive any refund of the fee submitted.

                              Following the refund notification, I also updated my bank details on the fee refund form but I still didn't receive it, and shows "NackBySFMS" on http://du.ac.in/uploads/new-web/07092022_UG.pdf.

                                    I have paid my fees for the college allocated (Rajdhani college) in the 1st round of csas phase 3 admission 2022 through Paytm UPI on the QR code generated for payment of fees. But my payment status is still the same and it's showing "payment failed" . My fee payment of ₹11150 has been deducted from my Paytm account. It's still showing "pay fee to confirm allocated seat".
