On 23 Jan 2023 I Paid fee OF 500 to the DU certificates for migration certificate, and it was deducted from my account. But in application form, it is showing payment failed, so please resolve my query by making payment successful from DU certificates end.

I had paid fee to du sol that was deducted from my account but admission not get successful. I have paid Rupees 3, 875 on[protected]. Transaction id T2211211941415360518655 and
UTR:[protected] . I had made this payment through UPI. according to du guidelines i should get my refund within 7 working days but still i did not get my refund it's been more than 1 month. i tried allot by filling online complain and visit university personally but i didn't get any satisficing response. I am enclosing my payment screen shot with this RTI.

kindly refund my amount as soon as possible

I paid Rs500 for my migration certificate from du via UPI the money is deducted but it doesn’t generate any acknowledgment slip it asks to pay again . But I got text mssg that I have paid 500 to du. Please do refund my money

I have a confirmation and payment reference #50056123 [protected] from for a successful payment of rupees 1720.06 to DU Certificates for the same transaction. Please complete the transaction or refund the amount.

I have made a payment of INR 1004 on 12th Jan 2023 for my tanscripts to DU certificates but got a payment failure message. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the same is not updated on DU's portal. Pls process or issue a refund in this case.

I applied for BSc transcript through app.uod.ac.in DU website for B.Sc on 3rd January 2023.
For this, I made online internet banking payment from my Icici account

The payment of 1700 Rs was deducted through net banking but DU website
Showed failed Payment.
Icici Transaction id [protected].

My DU reference id for transcript application is TRANS[protected]

I completed the procedure of getting the migration certificate and submitted the required documents to the south campus office of Delhi University. But I did not received my certificate on email as they said. I also tried to contact the South Campus office through call(as I am an outstation student) but getting no response from their side.
