During browsing facebook, I got a notification of an offer regarding Redmi Note 4 at Rs.2599 from Dhamaalshop.com on 14.04.2017 .still there is no response from the website, then I clicked on that offer to buy the phone. the server demanded for the payment of Rs.2599/- and a service charge of Rs.150/- I paid the amount of Rs.2, 749 x 3 (for 3mobile) = total Rs.8247 through my Axis Bank Ltd., Visa DEBIT CARD. The acknowledgement of debit transaction is in my Inbox. The amount debited from my account. Account Number [protected]. But I did not get any acknowledgement of receipt from the offered company (Dhamaalshop.com) I request you to take the needful action as early…Please return my money or give me product…

I ordered a samsung guru dual sim phone with bluetooth worth 1300 rupees in discountsnoffer.com website. I got a parcel today mrng from them and it contains a old and damaged china mobile and a damaged charger only. I tried to contact them via mobile and email, but there is no use. I don't want this product and i want my money. Please help me with this.

We have bought 32" led tv in this dhamaalshop website on august 8, 2016 & paid full amount of rs. 6749 /- through online payment. Till now we have n't received our order (Or) the refund amount to my bank. We tried to call the customer care for many times. But they are not picking calls. Please help us to get the refund amount.

I had ordered. a Redmi note 4 on 30th April 2017 but I'm not at all getting any reply from the website but they have deducted the money from my bank account so I'm also just being on just complaining about this issue repeatedly but the company is not at all responding to my complaint so I am also just being on just waiting for my issue to be resolved as fast as possible.

It has been more than two months that neither money is refund nor product is delivered. My limitation for waiting has crossed. It's really really a shamed that now in the morden updated world you are running a fraud business in the open market. Amount taken but no product deliveres... very very much shameful. Now I will lodge a complaint to the CONSUMER FORUM for your negligency. Then to the RTI, let me see what you do...

What does it mean by first copy redmi note, i ordered 4 first copy mobile and balance with shipping charge 2749/rs also deducted from my pnb account. But i have not got any sms or confirmation msg from your side. Its really bad. Sent me the product or repay my balance into my account.

Sorry, your package is delay because of an issue with the carrier. We sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products... Of staffs and within the next 2 days your shipment shall be dispatched for delivery.

Note : please do not share your atm and web pin to anyone, also do not write such information anywhere on your card or on any document. Dhamaal will never ask for the same.

I think, are you cheating with me.. VERY VERY BAD customer service and waste of shopping website this one.. useless. Many more time complaint raised. Still not replay if side.. Please exchange any other mobiles or refund my account.. we thanks for your worst response.. Please carry on my order and before sent it my parcel..

Today I was ordered a mobile phone Redmi note 4 and paid some of rs.2769 and the amount also detected from the credit card is included for shipping and vat also.but still now I did not get any reply from your side.the customer care service also not responding . Refund the amount or send the product

I was ordered by default wrong peace today and I had canceled with in half an hour soo plz inform me when will the money refund back to the credit card account.
How many days it will take to reback the amount . did money refund back or not or for that same amount can we order other peace is there any facility for that plz inform me

Issue as not solved to the dhammal shop customer care. Issue as it is. Issue is online purchase as a 12.04.2017 two quantity of redmi note phone 2749 including tax canara bank debit card. First attempt call dhamal shop customer care [protected] your total rupees 5498. Is refunded at canara bank debit card. Canara bank debit card no. Given and total amt. 13805 is debit to my canara bank debit card and 06.05.2017 to contact the [protected] call my no and total amt. Is refund and amt. Is not refund as today. Just issue as it is. So, please re fund my amount to immediate settlement with my debit card account or your company check amt. Is 13805+5498=19303. Kindly i request to you please check through payment. I had ordered 5pes redmi note 4 mobile on 30th april 2017 at 11.55 pm and i did not get any order no or confirmation details but the payment rs:- 13745/- deducted from my sbi bank sbi bank debit card. My txn id[protected].
I have already submitted two complaint however no potential response got from your side. Why do you people doing unmeaningfull things!! We are in democratic country. You may face lawful suffering in future because of you delay or not responding. So it is better to don't waste your and my valuable time and also money.
Please do the needful earliest.
