I want to return my money my user i'd maheswardalei when i calling to costume care phone is ringing but no one answer it. This is a fake web site i think so i suggested that no one buy this item.

          I had ordered an redmi note 4 mobile on 30th April 2017 but still today i.e 25th almost it's going to be a month over I've being on complaining about this issue almost 5 times but not even received a reply till today I am repeatedly informing that I will go to the forum if this ignorance continues so I request please do something regarding this issue .

              During browsing facebook, i got a notification of an offer regarding redmi note 4 at 2599/- from dhamaalshop.com on 28.03.2017. Still there is no response from the website, then i clicked on that offer to buy the phone. The server demanded for the payment of rs.2599/- and a service charge of rs.150/- i paid the amount of rs.2, 749/- through my sbi bank ltd., visa debit card. The acknowledgement of debit transaction is in my inbox. The amount debited from my account. But i did not get any acknowledgement of receipt from the offered company (Dhamaalshop.com) i request you to take the needful action as early... Please return my money or give me product... Payment id 72225576 if you are not able to give product i will deffinet go to the consumer court then you will pay extra 3 months money with product so please understand my problem

                        I had ordered a redmi note 4 android mobile on 30th April 2017 but there is no response yet from the dhamaalshop.com I have also been complaining about this issue since from 1st week of May 2017 but there is no order I'd received for the product so I'm not even able to track the product and I'm going to submit a complaint against it in the police station as soon as possible as it's too late being waiting for the reply from the website but the payment is made for the product.

And govt of india must take action against it
