I had ordered a redmi note 4 on 30 April 2017 but after the payment is done there is no reply for the confirmation of order nor received order I'd and I submitted a complaint about this issue last week and I got a reply that the product Will be delivered within 2 working days but still now there's no delivery done nor there is any reply regarding the product so I kindly request the dhamaalshop.com to take necessary action.

Updated by Asha bala24 I had ordered an redmi note 4 mobile on 30 April 2017 but there is no confirmation message received regarding the product and the payment for the mobile is done including Shipping charges so I had complained about this issue on 2 May and I had also received a reply that the product Will be delivered within 2 days but today the date is 10th and still now there is no information regarding the product if this ignorance continues then I shall go to the forum.

noting will happen...few customers already complied and registered FIR . I am one of the victim, no one available in their address, they will call you after 10 days on your number ask your card details again saying product not available and going to return money, if you give your card number again they will charge your card. they are using other customers numbers using phone software i[censored] call back on the number some third person will answer . The gang is well trained experts in grabbing money, unfortunately Indian cyber police is not that much fast and not able to handle this type of cases. but defiantly they will catch and soon this gang is behind the bars.
