On 02/05/2017, i booked a first copy redmi note 4 through facebook advertisement of the company dhamaalshop.com. I followed the processes step by step whatever required to purchase a item from online marketing - amount deducted (Rs 2749), payment successful, payment confirmation received through sms and then hang the next step.

Amount deducion message receive from bank (Sbi). Othpg694925 dhamaalshop com hajipur. (Pos dhamaalshop3774 at dhamaalshop com txn#694925).

No any confirmation message, no any delivery details even i didn't have the chance to know only the product order number. Just the payment successful.

What are these all...? Clearly i tell, refund the amount to account.

now we complaint to this website. but we have receiving more Fake calls telling SBI Bank / Dhamaalshop.

please resolve this issue.

1. I have ordered redmi 4 - 1 no and paid rs. 2749/- including courier charges to dhamaalshop.com

2. My transaction no.74274465 on 29.4.2017 from indusind bank
3. I have sent a mail to [protected]@dhamaal.com & [protected]@dhamaal.com. So far purchsae order copy not received. Only payment deducted from account. (Payment details & e-mails attached)
4. After registered the complaint with dhamaal.com people are asking card number and other details. Usually from what a/c we are transferred the same amount the company will return.

Now i am having suspicious with dhamaalshop.com.

But order number not generated, no auto order message on my cell number. I try to reach on this number mentioned in your website cell # [protected] unfortunately this number is not working or not answering. This is very bad on indian law.. Without proper setup payment gateway will accept customer money and sell never respond. I have sent a mail on [protected]@dhamaalshop.com in this email id no one bother to respond. I will wait couple of days for response if not will raise compliant on cyber court.

Sir, Dhammal.com had cheated my money.

Sir, I have paid Rs.2749 dated 29.4.2017 from Credit Card Indusind Bnak to Dhamaal.com for Redme 4 Phone.

So far i have not received the Redme 4 phone nor they have not returned my money. They are trying to cheating my money and making lot of excuses.

This problem is not solved for the last 2 years over.

Booked 1 redmi 4 note on 14 04 17 amount of rs2749 thru online banking but i not get any order no from dhamaal shop merchant. Payment id 73332564 so far i did not received product from merchant side so i req to pls cancel the order and refund my payment to my bank account i called u from ur customer care no but not pick up from ur side pls cancel the order and refund my payment at earliest

Dear sir, i have purchase red me note 4 rs. 2749/- from your adv.in facebook but i am not received message or order from your company (Dhammal shop). Amount is already deducted from my account. When the payment being made website of dhammal shop.com is hang. But amount deducted form my account. After that, i am waiting for my order red me note 4 for delivery confirmation. So, dear sir, i request to you that my order is sent to my given address or credit back my amount rs. 2749/- in my accont & give me a justice. Thakning you!...
