I booked of redmi not 4 mobile
dhamal shop.com and amount debited in my account rs 2749 April 1 but not riceived

I send rs.2749/- on 04.04.2017 at 7.02 pm vide karur vysya bank net banking description no. Pos/e-pos/[protected]/dhamaalshopcom/hajipur for buying the mobile first copy redmi note 4 phone vide order no. Order #[protected] dt 04.04.2017. While sending i am not received the acknowledgement of the same from buyer. But it was debited by karur vysya bank ramanathapuram branch coimbatore.

Till now i am not received the product.

Their customer care number[protected] is unheard.

I got debited the money and I didn't get the confirmation message of the product. I need it. Money got debited from my account. Then naturally mail confirmation should come at my [protected]@gmail.com no. Yet now I didn't get

I am from tripura and I have ordered one xiaomi redmi note 4 mobile. Payment also done from my side but I am confused whether it is accepted or not ...no respond from your company. So plz kindly inform me what is the status of my order. Otherwise you can refund of my money whatever I have given . Sir on 12/04/2017 i saw advertisment in facebook and booked red me note 4 and also paid rs. 2749.oo thourgh sbi credit card but not received and order id or message from dhamaalshopcom company but in credit card amount paid, and also still not received and hand set hence i kindly request to cancel the order and credit back my amount which i paid rs.2749.00 and bolige

I ordered redmi note 4 first copy mobile. And balance with shipping carge 2749/rs.also deducted from my account.but I have not got any sms or confirmation msg from your side.its really bad. Sent me the product or repay my balance into my account otherwise I have to go to court for judgement. Why u all r defaming india. Shame on you.reply me with confirmation.Govt.shoul also bann this type of fraud companies.

I am Ameer from Kochi and I have complained against this company a few days back. I have paid 2749 by debit card for Redme Note 4 on April 1, 2017, but I have not received the mobile. The worst thing is that someone from this DhamaalShop.com called my wife and asked for the debit card number and after few minutes, they asked for OTP which she got in the mobile and twice this repeated. She trusted this people and gave the OTP which she got in her mobile and they cheated her and took 1, 700 from her account. First they took 1500 from the bank, then 200 rupees. Fortunately, only 2000 rupees was there in the account and if there was more money, they would have taken more. The number from which she got the call twice is [protected] and when I checked, it was DhamaalShop.com customer care number. So, the company itself is a fraud and they are cheating many people daily and no action is taken, so I will wait for a few more days and I am planning to lodge a complaint in the High Court to BAN this site and company, so on one should be cheated henceforth. Please help me in this regard.

Bedabar pradhan booked a redmi note 4 f1 through the web sight and credited the amount of rs[protected]+150) on 31 mar 2017 through hdfc debit card and amount of rs 2749 deducted from my account paid at hajipur bihar dhamaal shop 37745 but no confirmation details of redmi note 4 mobile.
Please either confirm my booking & despatch my mobile or refund my amount of rs 2749 back.
I also visited your sight but shows you have not placed an order.
Please do the needful.
