Hi . I had ordered an in focus mobile and sandisk 16 GB card on 1st of April .total order amount was 4398 which I paid through my SBI credit card . payment was made successfully but upon reaching back to dhamaalshop page it still showed as pending . I have been trying to contact them since then but to no avail. I have even mailed them twice but yet to be replied .
Plz look into my concern .

I ordered the 16gb memory card+ear phone+charger combo of 249/- in dhamal shop dated[protected] by online and payment id no.[protected] . but till date not received the product or not refund the my money. And not any call...

I have booked a videocon 32" hd led tv on dhmaalshop.com wide order no ds36141 dated 18.03.2016 and i have paid for same rs. 7449/- including shipping charges rs 150/-.

When i booked my order showing docket id 100468 of gojavas coriour co.
And when i traced it was not valid for a long time.

After 15-16 days i got a messeged from gojavas that "your consignment has been received by gojavas (Id- unidmsp100468)...

Sir I PAY MY CASH BUT NOT RECIVED CONFRMATION ORDER NO .

Sir cash willbe debited from my A/C already. But no receive order no confirmation from company.

Ds35217 on 13th march 2016 amount was deducted 6749 rs from my account, i got mail your product on the way but when it delivered to me "its was wrong product delivered by www.dhamaalshop.com they could not responded any call or mail. What to do in case of no respond by dhamaal shop company? Please give me proper suggestion to me....

Upto now there is no response and any details given by dhamaalshop regarding delivery. They are doing fraud with me. My friend had ordered two LED. He has also same experience. Please some thing, so I can get TV or my money back. We have pay for it in advance. It's price was 6599 Rs and delivery charge of 150 RS....

Strict actions should be taken against fraud companies like dhamaal shop
Sent me the bill of a mobile, packaging done was named after snapdeal and got a vest in the order instead...

Its to inform that i have purchase from dhamal shop vide order no ds 32954 /08.03.2016 order is sandisk 16gb memeory card +earphone+charger @ rs 99 +shipping charges rs 150 total amount rs 249 .As we check on the website is showing shipped throug gojawas but still we have not recieved the order

Product not received and not receiving any call
sir i saw a add on cashcaro.Com for led tv of vidiocon on dhamaalshop.Com
so i made online payment of 6749.00 on 11/03/2016.

And ordered for one but now i have not received the product and they not receiving the call and given no. On there site is froud not working.

Please help me....

I am sending you the mail for the receiving status of my shipment. After sending mail after mail, I've not received any reply from your side. So if your company doesn't reply to my last mail, which is the one I am sending now then I will be forced to take legal actions against you.

i am not be able to track my order, you said it has dispatched, if it is then why i am not be able to track. Let me know with the surety when will...

i order product containing memory card, earphone an charger, at 13 march 2016 but after 17 days, still i did't received the product.And also didn't any give positive response.It is fraud company. Customer care no.Never connected to anyone.

I order a videocon 32" led tv order: ds35217 on 13th march amount deducted but no proper respond from dhamaal shop. Company not respond any call and if i sent any mail to company, company request received but not reply any mail yet also. Dhamaal shop sent a tracking number :unidmsp100358 which showing invalid shipment tracking through gojavas and i contact to gojavas company for tracking number, they tell it's invalid tracking number also....
