I have placed prepaid order of videocon led 32 inch order no is DS4317 of amount of rs 6749/- through dhamal shop.com on[protected].
The order was confirmed & the said amount was deducted from my credit card but still the product is not delivered to my address even from the first day i was requesting them to cancel my order, so as such it is requested to kindly solve my problem by way of refund my amount of rs 6749/- asap please help...

Videocon 32" led tv ordered on 1st march, 2016 worth rs.6749 not received and money also not refunded. Company is saying that they have delivered the product while courier partner is saying that they have returned the product to the company. Now the matter lies in that they are not only redelivering the product but also not refunding the money. Please look into this matter seriously....

I have placed one order of Videocon 32inch Television on 26th June2016 and order no is DS248, after paying the amount of Rs. 6749/- by credit card I have received one E-mail with Order Invoice. after that I have not received yet any courier/delivery details or Product. now I want refund my money please help me and also I want proactive action on this types of fraud or cheater companies.

We have made the payment through online on the website dhamaalshop.com. we have received the mail that we have made the payment but didn't receive the product till date please help us in getting our money back....
