I had placed an order on dhamaalshop.com order id DS18547 on 13/aug/2015 using amazon.com with payment amazon order number that is[protected] After 13-14 days (Today) they sent me entirely different product that are two T-shirts instead of two mobile phones that are worst quality T-shirts which are worth not more then Rs 50 rupees for one T-shirt. I had already payed rupees Rs 498 for two mobile phones and whenever I tried to call them up the customer line hang up I tried to email the dhamaalshop team but they did not tell anything about T-shirts instead of mobile phones they say the company is GL electronics I tried to mail then also but no response. i want my money back so please take action whatever necessary against them...

I have placed an order of Independence day offer BE Mobile @ 99 2 product on dhamaal shop.com order id DS18451 on 13/08/2015 using payumoney.after prolonged delay of 13 days on product they sent entirely different product instead of sending a mobile they sent me Smart designer Casual Style blue and yellow T-shirt which are worth nothing more then Rs 100. i have payed for Rs 498 for that order when i ever tried to call the customer the line hang up i tried to email the dhamaalshop team no response from them they say the company is G L electronics i tried to mail then also but no response. i want my money back so take what ever necessary action against them thge below are the proof images and screenshpots

Dir sir, I Booked my product (BE mobile)on 12/08/2015 and delivered to 25/08/2015 but wrong product (T shirt) delivered. my order no. is[protected] and received from Dot Zot Courier tracking no.[protected] and order item ID no. [protected] Product complaint to dhamaalshop but not received my call and try to continue calling at customer care no. I have ordered mobile brand bemobile from dhamaalshop with order no DS5762. Firstly The mobile which I have received is not working at all. I tried to communicate with them through calls and mails. The Phone number which they mentioned in site never connects and none of them were responded to mails. Even the mails to the their id [protected]@dhamaalshop.com bounces back. I need the replacement of the mobile or refund the money.

I order 3 products with this online shopping site on 17th June 2015. My Order Number is DS8588. In website its mentioned that order will shipped in 3 days. but until now i didn't get my product. i tried contacting customer care, but there calls are always showing busy. i tried to contact through email, but of no use. one guy amit told me that your product will deliver within 2 days but still i didn't received my order even after 5 days of contacting. so i request you to please deliver my product or refund my money back to my account.
