I had done a order of Mobile phone from dhamaalshop.com with order ID DS26071 for amount of 1770/- plus 150/- shipping charge.

In order status tracking number is given[protected] for trackon courier services. But after contacting with trackon courier, the tracking number is invalid.

Please help me.

Hi i order two BE mobile @99+150 shipping charge i received wrong product... of course invoice show BE mobile but i got 1 T shirts which i want to return... I cant send email and both contact not working... Anybody suggest i can i return my product...

WE HAVE ORDER SONY 10000 MAH POWER BANK IN RS. 219.90 + SHIPPING 150 TOTAL RS 369.90.
our order no DS27102 ON DATE 08 JAN 2016 dispatched on 12 jan 2016 awb no is[protected] delivered through: Trackon Courier but these awb no is incorrect and our parcel is not reached to us till date. company provided fake traking no . our order is prepaid after we order from 20 days we did not received our product from courier . . it is very worst experiance from COMPANY side there are not any responce from CUSTOMER CARE on my email and also not conected from call center.

I have place an order on date of 4th of january and i got the parcel on date of 18th january, when i check the packet in that some clothes.
but i have placed a mobile @99 rupees with 150 rs shipping charge.
i gave the total amount of that offer is 249 rs
but what i got ? t-shirt
many time i mail on there, but no response mail come back with failure status.
many time i contact on mobile number but also there is no response when the call connect to option of customer care.

I have booked a product Exclusive New Infocus M350 16GB smartphone on date 03/01/2016.

and its tracking id with trackon courier is

but when call to this courier service, they have no record about this product,

what is the status of my product, kindly reply and what is the estimate time of delivery.

DS23572 from Dhamaalshop.com, yesterday i recd. a packet from him side after amny days from order given, i i paid Rs. 499/- there will be 2 mobiles but not recd. here is only a cloth, i try to contact him by CC no. & mail id to kindly reverse pickup this and give me refund but they are not responding Regards pratap singh [protected]

I have bought amobile @99/-+150 Shipping charges in there promotional offer displayed on www. dhamaalshop.com&paid the same from pay with dhamaalshop.com. what should I do? my order No.is DS25249. Online status showed a Trackon courier tracking No.[protected] of Trackon courier tome but later confirming with Trackon courier came to know the no such physical booking is does not exist.

Myself nani gopal das, address-east aliur taalbagan, po-dumdum, ps-nimta, kolkata-700049i ordered some products through dhamaalshop.com as on 12th of october 2015.My order number is ds22303 and ds22300, invoice number is-3431 and 3428 amont is inr 619.80 and inr 1929.30.Bill generated by (G l electronic, ranju nilay bhawan, city-patna, state-bihar, pin-800001)company's vat tin no-[protected], company's cst no-[protected], dispatched via ecom express, despaced doc no(Awb[protected].I got that shipment as on 19th of october 2015, they used snapdeal packaging and contact details.When i open those packet i found all products are fake and below per quality and duplicate and different from original ordered products which were showing in website.They did not send my original ordered product's, after that i try to contact at their given customer care no and email address but mail address is invalid and contact number is also not responding.I tried more than 500 times.My total order invoice value is inr 619.80 (Invoice number-3431) and inr 1929.30 (Invoice no-3428).I raised complain as on 19th october but there was no response and reply.Even customer care number is not responding.Please i am requesting you to look at this matter seriously and take necessary steps to stop this cheating business and refund my money back.Thank you

Sir, I have Ordered Red Net & Brasso Anarkali Suit(Cr) with Order no.DS22350 Dt:[protected] in Dhamaal shop.i have upload that dress image .But I will receive Wrong Dress With Small size(For children only).I want to return that dress.But there is no option showing for return, and status shown as Shipped.I loss my money for that bad dress.I want my money back.Please look into this and resolve it on priority.

Sir I have lodged a complaint against dhamaalshop.com on 21/10/15 regarding returning of item.at 10:45 hrs today, I received a phone call from [protected] quoting himself as from dhamaalshop.com. he told me to give the SBI debit card no. to refund the amount .when I gave him the debit card no., he asked me the expiry date and cvv. so u tell me this online site is asking the customers to disclose the card details.they said me ' i[censored] want the amount, you have to give card details.

Sir I have lodged a complaint regarding returning of item on 21/10/15 against dhamaalshop.com. at 9:38am.after sometime, I received a phone call from [protected] quoting himself from dhamaalshop.com. he told me that ur amount will be refunded via SBI debit card no. only. I said him I had no SBI debit card.so pls refund through cheque or by account number.but he refused.

Sir I have ordered one item( ordered no. DS21892 )( COMBO pack of 05 jockey men's brief, one shoe, 04 jockey vests).but item received was incomplete. There was only 02 briefs, 01 shoe, 03 vests. I had placed an order on dhamaalshop.com order number[protected] on 13/aug/2015 using amazon.com with payment amazon order number that is 13-14 days they sent me entirely different product that are two T-shirts instead of mobile phone that are worst quality T-shirts which are worth not more then Rs 50 rupees for one T-shirt. I had payed rupees Rs 250 for mobile phones. Pls help how to get refund the amound

I purchased "Independence OFFER BE Mobile only @99 " from "http://www.dhamaalshop.com" site on 19 Aug 2015 and already paid money but not received any response and product after 20 days. This site just making people fool.Please take action against this type of sites.

Order ID[protected] Instead of mobile which I ordered, I received a t shirt. Customer care is not responding. Please help. I've tried calling them daily but they don't pick the call. Mailed them twice, one of the e mail Id is out of service and on the other one they do not respond. Dhamaalshop.com is a fraud company. Also the shipping charges they ask for is quite high. just for a mobile, they asked 150 shipping charges.
