Sir,
I am a seafarer. My INDOS no is 01EL5919, CDC no CH20039. I had applied for BSID in the year 2021.
My issue- I applied for BSID when I was staying in Bengaluru. So accordingly I had given my address details as Bengaluru address.

Initially my application for BSID was rejected due to mismatch between place of birth in Passport and CDC. The same was corrected and now my both passport and CDC have similar entries for place of birth.

I am now able to take appointment for SID (matter got resolved in the month of September 2023).

Now I got shifted to my permanent address that is home town Bhubaneswar. I have updated the same in my DG profile also. But I am unable to edit my address in SID application, as it does not give any link for the same.
If I now take appointment and get the SID biometric done the Card if dispatched it will go to Bengaluru address,
But as I am not staying there I want my SID application address to be updated so that the SID card can be delivered to my Bhubaneswar home town address.
I request DG shipping to please let me allow to update address details in my SID application no 122070.

I have applied for CDC on 1st August 2023. Its showing application approved but more than 15 days its not dispatched. Please do the needful and as I am waiting for long duration.

It's been more than a month i received the sid number but card is not prepared yet and i need that on urgent basis.

My SID card is ready and forwarded for dispatch it is 'showing' for long days.

Till now Not Dispatched SID card to my home address.

Please, humble request to you sir/ma'am Dispatch my SID card as soon as possible to my home address, I am already late for joining ship due to non timely delivery of SID card.
