Hello sir,
I am Anish Bhattacharya. My INDOS NO. 23ZM4025. I have applied for CDC on 7/3/2023. During epayment, I have paid twice as the payment status was still pending after the first payment. I haven't received my refund yet. I have already sent an email regarding the issue to the helpdesk as well as dgs egovernance but haven't received any reply or update yet. I have also tried to call at the helpdesk no. But there's no answer....

My initial application (214885) was rejected due to variation in Name of the applicant in CDC and BSID. The mistake was rectified, but I was not able to reschedule my appointment as the status shows my application approval is in process. I have been trying for the last one month....

Good day Sir,
This is Dipanjan Mazumder, INDOS : 17NL1176 .

I have been trying to upload my INDOS photo in vain, during verification it shows "LIVE PHOTO NOT PROPER". I have tried multiple times with different backgrounds, laptops and well illuminated places.

I can not start my elearning courses unless my INDOS photo is verified. Please help urgently sir....

I applied for CDC, and it got approved long back and not dispatched yet, Its a request, My VISA and SID process is lacking due to delay in CDC.
It would be very kind of you if gets dispatch at earliest.
As my CDC no also generated, but dispatch is pending from your end..

URGENT: kindly note while trying to open the sea service details link which earlier was known as master checker link in the update seafarer profile column of dg shipping egovernance platform there is an error coming i.e
"Currently this service is unavailble" am opening on firefox browser everything else is opening perfectly fine except this .
I am losing a major employment option because of this as...

I submitted my sign off application on 19 feb 2020 before lock down in lock down I got from DSEO that your application is received and in few days your sign will be updated but after few days they update the wrong dates on master checker now nobody reply and dg said we are not responsible and some guys are new here snd we don't know about your that application same year in October 2020 I join another vessel after sign...

- 2hours back i was applying for the cdc application before documentation process i done my transactions of rs 700 but site shows not paid ..sir i requested you to do it as soon as possible as my joining date is coming closer please i dont want to spoil my carrier please have a look on Transaction and the Transaction no are WT[protected] for Rs.700.00 by SBI Debit Card X5817 done...

I Saket Singh CDC No. MUM101183 applied for ETO Revalidation COC on 15 Nov.2021.As Sign-off date was not updated by Company (Carnival Support System Pvt. Ltd.) same was in Query stage to Candidate.By the time company could update Sign-off date in Master Checker in nearly 5 months.The application was rejected.On enquiring further MMD Mumbai replied with solution to Reapply for COC Revalidation, putting the process in endless loop with reapplying...

I've paid my fees on 3rd March 2022 for the BSID and the transaction was successful but i am not able to book appointment. Whenever i am applying to schedule appointment it shows "Please make payment before applying for appointment".

Hello mt name is Faisal Ansari, I cannot cancel my appointment for SID Application on BSID website. It says "You can not cancel appointment beacause your application is in process". How to resolve this issue....
