Subject: Follow-up on Duplicate CDC Application - SMO Number: DUP/SMO(M)/2024/4920

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Kabilan Vinothkanth, and I applied for a duplicate CDC with the SMO number DUP/SMO(M)/2024/4920 on 04-MAR-2024. However, I received communication that my application was still under process and was requested to submit a copy of my old CDC, which I promptly submitted ten days ago.

Despite submitting the required documents, I regret to inform you that there has been no further progress on my application. As I am in urgent need of my CDC for joining vishal purposes, I kindly request you to expedite the processing of my application and issue the duplicate CDC at the earliest convenience.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Should you require any additional information or documentation from my end, please do not hesitate to contact me at.

I’m dr Jerry Jacob and my cdc application number is SMO(M)/2023/277900 from Mumbai SMO. Application was submitted on 11 December and went under verification and now back to under process. I even applied privately to my icse board as 10 verification is only online for icse board. I have mailed the document of the verification from the icse board also to dg shipping.
