Dear sir i applied for SID on October 30 now it's showing that it's dispatched on this address and it's mentioned Docket number as well but I couldn't able to track can you pls resolve it...

I applied for INDIAN CDC on December 1st through DG Shipping Master Office Kolkata, and the application was showing under process from the very first day. After 15 days, I received an email that said my application is under verification process. Since I already have my joining date from my ship (Jan -12’24), I tried to reach out to the SMO KOLKATA through phone and email however I haven’t received any response for one week. No one answering...
On October 23 I have applied for cdc renewal sticker. My application got approved eight days back but still not dispatched. Please look into it and kindly do the needful.
