By mistake given wrong data in cdc application

Respected sir, /madam,

Indos number - 21ZN9631
File number - SMO(M)2022/184849
I have applied for indian cdc as on 21 jan 2022.
By mistake, I gave wrong information about the 10th document. Due to which my application has gone in the under verification process. Kindly reject this application so that i can apply for cdc again with correct data

Online ePayment for oil dc not reflecting in dg shipping website

Kind attention Sir
I'm currently facing online payment issue for the payment done on 25 th January 2022 for the renewal of DC endorsement for oil money got deducted from my account but payment is still not reflecting in the dg website, hence I'm not unable to upload the documents. Kindly resolve the issue.

Master Checker Link not opening

Pls note that Master checker is not opening by link - http://220.156.189.33/esamudraUI/jsp/examination/UpdateProfile/SefarerMasterChec...⇄ and error message displaying as Currently this service is not available.

Kindly urgently solve the issue of master checker or provide me the link of master checker how to open it as soon as possible sir.

Regarding Payment Failure Twice during application

I, Krishnakumar Premchand Gupta (Indos no. 06EL1721) would like inform you that during applying for COC revalidation process, while paying the fees of 5059 INR, amount is debit from my account and it is not being credited to mmd account or maybe not been updated in system yet.

Amount is been debited from my account twice i.e.on 23rd and 24th September as first time I could not received any message...

Coc revalidation sticker not received, no speed post dispatch info mentioned

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Good day,

I, Tarun kumar, had applied for my chief mates Coc revalidation on 24th august 2021 and the same was approved on 10th Sept 2021.
I have not yet received the revalidation sticker and also on the DG website I cannot see any dispatch details by speed post under the remarks section.
Kindly assist in obtaining the same.Please find attached screenshot from DG shipping website.br...

Sea service correction in master checker

Respected,
My name is vaitheesh kumar, indos no:14EL2669, actually my sea service details in wrong update in my master checker for my RPSL company side mistake, i try to solve this problem more than one and half year but still I can't solve this problem RPSL company give apology letter for this mistakes and i submit my documents to seaman employment office mumbai, they replay your RPSL company is cancel so you sent your documents...

BSID card not dispatched

It has been 6 months so far after BSID bio metric data captured, still “application Status” shows, your SID card is ready and forwarded for dispatch, payment status still active even after 3 months, numerous mails to, [protected]@cdac.in, [protected]@nic.in, [protected]@gov.in and request to some authorities on twitter still no response to my mails.
Dg circular says queries will be responded within 3 days “by order” Do not know...

Change in sequence of name on refresher pscrb certificate

Respected Sir,
My self Jiten Ashok Rangari having indos number 07GL2721.writing this letter that my refreher PSCRB course which i cleared on[protected]...due to my mistake there the change in sequence of my name istead of Rangari Jiten Ashok it has been printed Ashok Rangari Jiten...i requested the institute from where i done the course but they refused to do so they told to request dg for this correction...so requesting u to please...

Online payment issue

I trying do online payment 16th june 2021 for CDC Application, two times the payment was deducted from my bank account but the payment from D.G shipping was failed.I have attached the bank statement.
Kindly Look into the matter and advice till what date will I receive back my deducted amount

I have applied for renewal of my CDC on 5th of May 2021. My application
No:-SMO(M)/2021/22252723 to SMO MUMBAI, after few days I got a query back for re-uploading clear copy of my passport with first 2 pages, last pages and passport officer signature page by 13/05/2021.But due bad health conditions I couldn't visit...

Payment for BSID Not showing even after making 2 payments.

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Niren Cecil Pereira had applied for BSID as per the steps provided on the website and made payments twice in different methods because after both the payment were made and both the amounts of Rs. 305.90/- and Rs 303/- were deducted from my account the webpage would land back to the main page and even today when I tried to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT it show as MAKE PAYMENT.
