I am trying to open bsid portal to check my bsid status .but it's not opening

Sir, this is to inform you that I Lakhesh Rajees(Indos no: 15NL0750)doing my medical first aid (MFA) course from HOON MARITIME INSTITUTE Kolkata, Started on 11/07/2022 and it was 4th day of the course today ..and i faced problem during face recognition in the morning.so the institute informed me that i have been withdrawn from my course.

Sir, it's a humble request to you not to withdraw me from the course as it was the last day of the course ...and tommorow i was supposed to give the exit exam. Please do the needful as soon as possible sir,

And please do as soon as possible because If my CDC number is not come then my college will not issue me eto course certificate and i am not eligible to attend campus placement also.

I have applied for CDC renewal sticker on June 13th, 2022 & I have been told that it will issued within 5-7 working days. Now it's been a month and I have not yet received my CDC Renewal sticker. When I am checking online, it is only showing application approved but not showing any dispatch details. Please look into this matter further and kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

I've applied for CDC on 13th June 2022. It's been almost one month and it's showing application approved.
It hasn't been dispatched yet. I've been told that it takes 5-7 working days after the application is approved to be dispatched.

Please look into the matter and solve the error.

Card is not generated or issued where on DG shipping site is clearly mentioned within 10 days of submission of application you will receive notifications on the verification results of the application through an e-mail and SMS.
And now it's more than month still the same
In the site application in process.
Please help as i already paid double amount for the bsid appointment schedule
Nav bhavan office people said It was extra payment done due technical
Error and did not receive any refund and
Online transaction or Nav bhavan bsid office people are fooling somehow..
Nobody is helpful and their just showing such a bad attitude because they are government employees and i don't care these kind of people are representing our country show's that How slow-motion govt employees in reality.

Hope action has been initiated to get cards from the Government Security Press and accordingly BSID Card will be issued to all the seafarers in due course of time.
