I wanted to enquire regarding the status of the application as I have been assigned for the assignment on Princes Cruise Lines on July 20th, 2022 and my US Visa appointment date is on July 6th, 2022 ( appointment dates for visa is very difficult to get). As I have to present my CDC during the US Visa interview and also to the Princess Cruise Lines for document verification before they can approve and also book tickets for the same.

I would like to humbly request the respected team of DG Shipping to please help me out with my CDC procedure as it is on a very urgent basis. Although I do check the e-Governance website daily for updates it has been “Under Verification Process” for a long time. Besides several emails and phone calls were made to contact numbers provided. However haven't got any feedback about the approval status.

I sincerely request to please let me know that at which stage my CDC Application has reached so that I can update my employers and also be assured that the CDC will arrive before my US Visa interview, as it will obstruct my job situation.

Its my humble request to look into the matter and kindly speed up the process so that I can join the Ship asap.

Hello my name is Mane Ganesh Ramchandra, I cannot cancel my appointment for SID Application on BSID website. It says "You can not cancel appointment because your application is in process". How to resolve this issue....

Hello sir I applied for CDC sticker application number is SMO(M)/2022/22263147 applied on 11/5/2022 and status showing application approved.but still not dispatched yet how long it take to received sticker.
Dear sir kindly look in to above query and resolve my complaint as soon as possible. I shall be highly thankful to you for your assistance.

Would like to bring to your notice that my cdc application was rejected on 07 June 2022 and i had again applied for new cdc application on same day, i had filled all details and while doing online payment there was a server problem from your side so the payment was made from my bank and was deducted from my account as i saw that the application was still asking for payment so i again had done payment, now that the payment has done twice to dg shipping, i request you to kindly refund the excess amount which is been made and to process my payment so that i can upload my documents and complete the application.

My indos number is 21ZM5499. I applied and pay the cdc application fees on 29 may 2021 but my cdc application is still under process.it has take more than 1 year but still my problem is not resolved.

My indos no.12HL4629 is deactivated. I did not recieve any mail or notification. Where n what went wrong i dont know anything. I am calling dg shipping help desk no resposce i sent mail also. I dont know what to do where to go. I cant work anywhere. Mycondition is very bad, i dont know...

i MANOJ MEENA would like to notify you that on 31 may 2022 when i was applying an application for GMDSS Endorsement after that when i was making the payment of 3011.80 rs.(txn no. WSBI[protected]IGANRIJEH3) through the net banking FROM AC NO [protected], the payment become failure but money deducted from my account. after that isaw that payment to application no not paid that means payment fails but money deducted same time . then after some time i did same payment again amount of 3011.80 rs (txn no. WSBI[protected]IGANRILQZ1) Through same internet banking then payment was successful. so that i lost my money of 3011.80 rs (txn no. WSBI[protected]IGANRIJEH3) to billdesk. after that i make the complaint to sbi help line no. and they reply that money tranfer to merchant i.e dg shipping. so that pls try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
