I have not recieved my dna yearly coupon from last year, april 1 is the renewing date and till date now i haven't recieved the coupon, i am very frustrated and sad due to this negligence. The newspaper vendor is saying to discontinue service if the old and new coupon is not recived and between vendor's and your company tussel we are grilling, so please check out the foul play or else i have to switch over to other newspaper company.

No: 4147015. Several times i contacted help desk and every time, i was assured to issue booklet but of no use. Now vendor has stopped delivering newspaper.
You are requested to look into the matter to deliver the coupon booklet. If not received, i would request you to refund my money for the leftover months.

I informed her that i havnt received them yet. She asked me to wait 5 working days i will get it. But still awaiting.

We are very disappointed with your services. Greyatom pvt ldt had subscribed for dna newspapers which was supposed to be delivered to us everyday from the 1st of december 2017. Today is the 8th december and we haven't received the newspapers. Even after constant calling and follow up your guys tell us that we are sending it but they don't turn up and speak to us rudely instead. We need this sorted asap or please cancel the subscription and refund the money.

No:4144448. Several times i contacted help desk and sent mails also. Every time, i was assured to issue booklet but of no use. Now vendor has asked me to submit the booklet or he will stop delivery.
You are requested to look into the matter to deliver the coupon booklet. If not received, i will ask vendor to stop delivery and not subscribe dna henceforth.

I lala ram choudhary from jaipur, i wanted to start dna at my place but did not get it till now, i have requested to the person who comes to distribute other newspaper but he said that i can bring but he is not receiving daily as he is receiving 3 or 4 times in a week.
So i want to request you that please provide me daily dna newspaper on time.

1. I am regular customer of dna news paper since 2010.

2. I have paid rs. 699.00 for yearly subscription of dna news paper vide panjab national bank, talegaon branch cheque no. 620763 on 31 jul 2017 to your office staff mr. Saurabh mob no. [protected]. Till date i have not received coupons.

3. Between 29 aug to 10 sep 17 my whole family were out of station due to expire of my father.in between coupons was sent by your office staff and same was return to your office. Around 12th of september this matter was intimated by your lady office staff via landline number[protected]. She intimated me same will be delivered soon. After contacting many times to your office landline number, mr. Saurabh, mr. Santosh (Mob. No. [protected]). Only i am receiving promises that we will look in to matter and will be delivered coupans soon. For the month of aug and september monthly charges of dna news paper i have paid to the badlapur (West) vendor mr. Karan singh (Mob. No. [protected]).

We are not receiving the dna newspaper. We paid the money to dna representative but he is not responding to calls.
We have received the coupans for the month starting from october-2017. But still the distributor is not sending the newspaper.

During our last subscription also, we did not receive dna newspaper for last 2 months and the distributor was saying he does not receive newspaper from dna.

We can not tolerate this anymore.
Pls. Look into the matter urgently or we will take strong action.

I am subscribed dna news paper but not receiving dna newspaper since last 4 months (I e - 01/04/17 to 20/07/17) as the newspaper distributor in wadala mr. Rajendra patil is not received phone. I am contact yours local representative mr. Mahesh chawan he also is not give response. I contact again dna senior representative mr. Dharam singh ([protected]) i spoke dharam he give a commitment 3 months extension. My dna subscription expiry 30/07/17. Only 24/07/17 to 04/09/17 dated getting dna newspaper. But sudden he has stopped the newspaper up 05/09/17. He has cheated us. I contact mr. Dharam singh & mahesh last 10 days is not given a response. So please take action against him or discontinue distributors (Rajendra patil) dealer ship as on agent dna.

It's pertaining to the unauthorized schools operating in vasai and nalasopara area under palghar district of maharashtra state..
Despite the notices slapped by panchayat samiti of vasai against 38 illegal schools, who are operating in a 200 sq. Ft. Paan beedi shop like galas (Shops), not a single school management shut their school down yet.. Where as they were warned with stern action against such schools in 2015 by the authorities. Even those schools were supposed to pay 1 lac as a penalty apart from inr 10, 000/- on daily basis until they keep on running their schools...

One of such schools named mount merry english school is running at vasai east, vasant nagri area near fire brigade, where my 6 year old son goes.. This school has no govt. Registration on it's own.. It has no play ground, no basic infrastructure of a school required, it fulfill... It is running in a two storey 1 bhk row house with only one school van.in which they carry double number of kids from it's capacity. How this school is running for up to std.10th..
The school management charges admission fees every year with even their old students, apart from tuition fee and term fee with so many misc. Charges..
This schools are giving corporal punishment to the students, whose parents are not paying the admission charges every year along with tuition fees, they even not let the students appear for the exams without collecting their dues...
I received a call from the trusty cum owner of the school mr. Dubey today, who was threatening me and my wife to pay the admission fee for new session, failing which he will throw my son out of the school and won't let him appear for the exam..
Sir, i would like to know how such schools are running in the area without any gr number.. Parents have the problem of admission in good school s in near by location due to less seat in those good and registered schools... Such mushroom type schools are taking undue advantages of the situation..

I would request you to conduct some sting operation to attract the attention of the govt. And education department for such schools... These schools are vulnerable for the incidents like ryan school..

Reference to the above mentioned subject, it is bring to your kind notice, there is water lying in the swimming pool since months and moths are lying which will create MALARIA. There was dispute between the RNA Builders and RNA federation society bodies for which I am not having the knowledge for the same. But the Gym/ Club House run by M/s Kerkar is locked since last Six months. Now water is stored in the swimming pool, which is being contaminated and moss is being developed over the surface of the water. Now during Holi Festival, the children unknowingly played in the water, so the water is more dirty with colours and moth. Such water smells a lot due to which I fear that waterborne disease shall be spread. Now mosquitoes are being roaming more, which I felt that disease like malaria should not spread within the society, and no person should get affected.

I have already informed the Chair person and Secretary of the society, but to no response. So its my request to kindly help me to clear the water and keep swimming pool dry so that no disease should spread.

Nobody in the govt officals of mira bhayander is looking in the matter
Kindly look into the same.
Please find the Notice of the Federation to the persons staying in the RNA Complex..

In recent times I have notice that in sports section your supreme page (that is first page of sports section ) is dedicated to basketball which is ironic in country like india as most of the people are attached to cricket and football. So I want that basketball section to be provided same space as you provide to tennis in corner and ket cricket be main part of attraction.
