Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments croping up at surya kiran building, sector 5, plot no 12, and 13, Ghansoli Navi Mumbai.

These people (flat no 102, A wing and flat no 105, B wing) are developing illeagal Rooms and balcony in open space.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the surya kiran building can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in a good society developed by CIDCO/NMMC.

“We have been following up this matter for the last one year. Since January 2016 we have started putting up everything in writing and have demanded action against surya kiran building open space in our building, which has been converted for open purpose". The plan of the building clearly shows that the space is marked for open area. Despite meeting the officials and giving them in writing and providing them the maps of plan, no action has been taken till date,

Similar sentiments were echoed by other residents who have lodged complaints o[censored]nauthorised constructions in their area.

What is the use of having a WhatsApp number and appealing to the residents to lodge complaint against unauthorised constructions if nothing is going to be done and officials are going to shield such constructions, ”

Request u to take nessasary action as soon as possible.

    I miss. Madhuri s. Potghan, daughter of shri. Sampat s. Potghan (Asi - maharashtra police - railway) living with my family at address, 11/35, railway police quarters, ghatkopar (E), mumbai-400075, with all due respect, would like to bring to your notice the problem being faced by us. Sir, the above room is allocated to my father after his joining to the maharashtra railway police. We are facing several problems while living here and nobody has any concerned about it. Our kitchen, wc are having several leakages since long time. Which is causing huge problems of wetness in the kitchen, specially in the rainy season. My mother is having savior knee and leg pain problem as well as skin problem which is being worst day by day due to wetness in the home. We are not getting proper result for her medical treatment as we cannot avoid the wetness on the floor allover at the home. Wc is leaking from top side every morning. Both the leakages are of dirty water, which is might from the drainage pipes alongside the outer walls. Sir, i hope you can understand it is not any kind of normal leakage. It is clearly can be seen of yellowish color and stinks badly sometime, and we have to clean and dry the floor with hands time to time. It is sometimes also falls on our food and drinking water storage. You can understand the gravity of the issue. Also the windows are badly damaged and can be broken and fall down at any time which might cause death or serious injury to the people passing from below our window, as we live on 2nd floor. To avoid this presently we have kept our window closed and tied, but we the family members facing problem of improper ventilation and health problems causing due to that. We have complained about all the above problems at the complaint office, which is situated in our quarter at ground floor, building no. 2, but nobody has gave any type of response yet.
    Sir, as nobody is giving attention to our personal and basic civic issues, i am keen to write about it to you. I hope your kindness will look into the matter personally. Thanking you.

      I have opted for the two years newspaper subscription from DNA India by making payment of Rs 1, 099/- thru cheque no 000063 dated 08/11/2015 . We did not get any coupons. And still we are receiving messages from DNA that our subscriptions has been expired. But there was no communication from the company against this issue.

      Kindly look into this matter.

        One of your seller/agent Deepali kadam is forcing my husband to subscribe for newspapers, she keeps on calling, no idea about the reason what she wants. She also keeps calling late night.

        We don't need it and please send my money back.

        Is she trying to seduce him or want to make some sought of relationship.

        I don't understand that why she calls and keep sending messages.

        Such employees must be thrown out of the company.

          I have misplaced my dna subscription coupons for the period jan16 to dec16. When inquired on 24/10/2016, i have been informed that duplicate coupons will be issued in exchange of rs 100 cheque & same will be collected within a week time. I have not been given any reference number, however the entry of the request is in there system (This was told by dna customer care executive in follow up call).

            I had given two cheques last yrar in December to Mr Ramdas of Wadala for Subscription of Two years but to my surprise he gas cheated us and all of a sudden he has discontinued my DNA newspaper from 31/10/2016. He did not handover the coupons to us but kept with him so we are unable to give any reference. He has cheated us. Please take action against him or discontinue his didtributorship as an Agent of DNA.

              I sent an SMS to DNA to renew my newspaper subscription i.e DNA SUB to 575758. A call was made from their HL indicating that a represenTative from DNA would come and meet me on 29th October to take the cheque.

              No one turned up on 29th October. No one called up to reschedule. I called the HL on 29th evening and they asked for my mobile no and promised to get back after checking as to why no one had come.

              Strangely I live not more than 2 kms away from the DNA office.

              Today is 6th Nov 2016. No one has come to meet me. No one has called me and neither have I renewed my subscription. I will wait for 2 more days before shifting my subscription to HT.

              Truly good riddance to bad rubbish!

                I have subscribed DNA paper, first of all I received the coupons only after 2 months of Mr.More, representative from Kharghar Navi Mumbai picked up.
                thereafter, now no paper.
                the coupons are dated 1st Nov 2016 and today we are on 5th and no paper, no vendor nothing. I am chasing Mr.More like anything but only excuses.

I've paid Rs.600 for the DNA newspaper subscription of an year and I was initially told that it would start from the 16th of Sept, then was told that it would start from the 1st of October. The conversation that I've had with one of the customer service executives on the 30th of September is as follows: Reference No: [protected] Customer Service Executive: Garima who stated that the DNA subscription that you’ve availed has been fed in the system and you do not need to approach the nearby vendor, we will have it automatically delivered. I would request you to get the amount that I've paid to them refunded. I'm no more interested in their service. Please revert to this complaint at the earliest.

                      What about the day's that I've lost in this bargain without receiving the newspapers that I was supposed to get it from? I had got the coupons starting from the 1st of October, 2016. What would be the course of action to deal with it? I do not need any services from DNA. They are big time liers and have not even given a TAT to me. I would request a refund for the amount that I've paid to them.

                          Ryan International school, Sanpada, asked its higher secondary students to submit Rs. 2150/- to register for board exams 2016-17. But school authorities has already taken Rs. 700/- for the same in 11th std. When asked by students & parents the reason of it, the authorities said to pay or they will not allow child to sit in secondary board exams.
                          I also request to cbse authorities to solve this issue.

                          Why do we have to pay so much for boards registration? 2150+700. We are already paying so much fees at Ryan.. For what? Fungus on the water purifiers?? Or for the rats in the washroom??

                          It a totally an example of corruption in education system, charging 4 times than the actual board fees. Are the authorities listening???
                          I totally agree.. my brother is in the same school and he has also been aksed to pay this extra amount for board exams.
                          And when we ask why to pay so much teachers counter us by saying this is a commercial school and we dont have the right to ask for what are they asking money for.
                          Cant we even know for what are we paying this much?
                          The board registration fees is 750/- which was paid by the students initially during class 11th academic year. The school charges just 2150/- for no reason.
                          The school is not even ready to give the receipt .

                          CORRUPTION WITH THREAT FOR STUDENTS OF RYAN INT'L SCHOOL OF SANPADA...
                          I totally agree with the Complaint put up against RYAN (International)With no int'l standards at all.
                          As its Clear Corruption from the school Management. As My Nephew is studying there and good in his studies preparing hard for his Boards Exams. N just while all students working hard to get their best Results for better Future. RYAN puts a Bomb of Corruption on their head of Extra payment which is forced on the parents of Higher secondary students . 1250+700 as Registration fee for appearing boards 2016-17. WHICH IF NOT PAID STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR FOR THEIR BOARDS another THREAT from RYAN INTERNATIONAL AUTHORITIES.
                          Its know as int'l but WITH no such standards in d premises or management. Rats in an INT'L School ?????? Dinking WATER with FUNGUS with so much of diseases around nd fear of DENGUE. WOW BRAVO RYAN.
                          & GREAT PEOPLE WHO ARE IGNORING ALL THIS AFTER READING ALL THIS.
                          PLEASE TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION FOR OUR INDIA'S FUTURE.
                          Sorry for the Typo error of the amount mentioned its
                          (Rs. 2150) and not 1250.
                          This is not at all tolerated. ₹2150 in the name of registration is pure corruption. And we are not even allowed to raise a question on that? Injustice.

                            Hi,

                            I subscribe 2 years of dna paper 2.5 years ago.in between news paper agency was demanding coupons, however i dint received coupons from dna. I registered complaint and your representative assured me to delivered it. After few month agency stop deliver newspaper. I again complained into dna that time senior management told me that paper will resume immediately and will add 3 month extra paper.
                            Post this complaint newspaper started for another 3 month and then it stops till today.

                            After 2 years subscription date over your representative mr. Rahul chandravanshi ([protected]) visited home for renewal of the same. I requested him to clear backlog for renewal. He assured to to look into this and revert me on the same. I tried to call in last couple of month but i didnt get proper response neither my paper started.

                            Please let me know next steps.

                              My name is abhijit pathak. i reside at kalyan near k. m. agrawal college.
                              I am suppose to subscribe for dna newspaper. accordingly i submitted the cheque of rs. 599.00 to the vendor mr. more in my area on 3rd aug 2016.

                              Till date i have not received vouchers. i have given passbook details of deduction of rs.599.00 to the vendor 10 days back. still he is not reverting & each time he is assuring that issue will get resoled soon. how long it will take more to issue the vouchers???

                              I am already a reader of dna from last 8 yrs. still i am facing this unwanted problem from dna.

                              Plz solve the issue asap.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I had subscribed DNA NEWS paper for 2 years, for this I got coupons for two years, . Vendor demanded all coupons in advance in addition to this he demanded 200 rs extra for delivering news paper. on denying this he stopped delivering news paper. Subsequently, I registered a complaint at DNA Customer care on March 2016, and still following it but no action has been taken AGAINST THE VENDOR by DNA but my coupons are getting en-cashed by vendor simultaneously . Please take legal action against DNA and its vendor. there is nexus between them

                                        In spite of talking to mr. atish (mob : [protected]) for more than couple of times in the 1st & 2nd week of aug. 16, i am still not getting the paper, though the vendor had collected the coupons two-three months back till dec. 2016. usually the vendor talks sweet and collects all the coupons in advance and gives the paper which he did this time too. last month the vendor's husband was complaining that he has not received money from dna against one of his client two-three years back.in the process of suspicion of all his customers, he is now suspecting that he has not been paid by you against my i d.

                                        When spoke to mr. atish, he said the payment cannot be made for the previous years' even if the coupons were not deposited, but the rule is that the vendor is suppose to submit with in 3 months of the coupons' date and month.

                                        As per rule the vendor is suppose to collect the coupons, as they collect money, after the month is over. instead they collect whole bunch of coupons and we give because of decade old relations, which they take advantage and give trouble in case of non receipt of the payment from your side.

                                        Please look into it and do not make payment to the vendor against my id and please arrange to reimburse immediately my money proportionately to me from aug. 16 till the last month. please treat it as urgent.
