        Dear team

        I played with one of my friend and win with a big margin and i try to withdraw that amount in my account but it show that this was a fair play violation.. Really is it?? I am playing with my money and he is playing with his own earned money. You are playing a game with all players with your own terms and conditions. This is not a right way to deduct amount if every player is giving his hard earned money as commission to you.

        I have paid 999 rs to 4 members league in the dream 11 cricket league but unfortunately they announced the league has cancelled due to un proper fills, so they have deposited my money in the dream 11 account but not my original payment mode, so please refund my amount into my original payment method(i.e, axis bank)

          I have verified my bank account and pan card. I have requested to withdraw the amount of 200 on 23 oct 2017. It showed that your request has been received. And the amount will be credited to your account by 30oct. But i haven't received any mails. But the amount 200 have been deducted in my dream 11 account please help us. Please help us to get back my amount

                Hello sir... I played this game many times. Last time on 25 oct i joined contest on in vs newz and in that match i win rs 300 and after that i didn't join any contest, but now my money got automatically deducted...in my transactions section it shows that i joined a cobtest of 290... But in my contest section i doesn't show any contest regarding this... This is really wrong... Please help about this

                        Dream 11 non adherence towards customer services.
                        What is going on here?
                        First i recieved an email that my account has been verified and after few minutes i received another email that my withdrawal request has been rejected which i never made.
                        I haven't make any withdrawal request.
                        This is really pathetic and worse customer service i am getting from dream 11 support team.

                        Now i am planning to close this account if this continues the same way. I am totally dis-satisfied.

                        It's been just a month i am being a customer of dream11 and i was not accepting this horrible customer services.

                        I have already mailed at [protected]@dream11.com but no response yet...

Sir i made a league and earned those money by challeging my friends. Hw is it fairplay violation?, can u pls give me answer and how can i get money back to my account.                                 Sir, during diwali offer i and my brother credit dream 11 account by 501rs and both get 501rs cash bonus. And to withdraw amount we create private league of two candidates of entry fee 501rs. By which our cash deposit can withdraw in account. But during withdraw dream 11 notify case of fair play violation. But two brothers can join private league to deposit cash. It should be not a cash of fair play violation. Please reply as soon as possible. I am waiting for your answer.
