Sir please stop their rules about taking money for joining leagues we are poor and common people.

I played some bidding on this site and tried to withdrawn some partial amount of 9000 on 07/06/2017. It worked fine. After that, i was losing regularly. So i decide to withdraw all my cash 9000 on 07/06/2016 i didn't received any amount or any confirmation from this site for 15 days. So that, i mailed them and they said, the transfer was already done and details forwarded to account for reference. After that, i didn't received any confirmation from them.

There is no telephone support. The amount i lost is small but it may happen to your big amount too.

My name is pankaj tyagi. I have an account on dream 11 by the name tyagi chargers under email id pankaj.[protected]@gmail.com. Long time back i deactivate my bank account with my back because of some personal reasons. When i tried withdraw 500 rs from my dream 11 account i got to know i have the same account updated on dream 11 which i got deactivated. I didn't receive those 500 rs. Now, i want you to please help me get my amount credited back to dream 11 account and update my new bank account on dream 11 as i am not able to see that kind of option in the app.

I tried contacting them more than 100 times using their app but it pops up an error all the time that not able to send your message right now. Then i tried contacting them by email @ [protected]@dream11.com and i got a response that they can't assist through email. Need to contact through app only. There's no contact number as well. I can't understant after making so much profit from customers they don't want to invest anything on customer service. Please help...

I uploaded the image of my pan and it was verified dream11. After that I uploaded the image of my bank accounts passbook. It was not verified I don't know why. The pan number is same on passbook.

After wards they called me and asked about my different account and they told me which account i want to open and i told them. They said they will open it and but now onwards don't make any other account and i said ok. But it has been week and my account is not opened. They again lied. Please help.
