I was joined 15 reupees cash contest but after match conform, the match is not showing in live.

But in my account cash is debited.

        I'm playing fairly and played only single match. They suspended my account. I mailed no reply is it the business strategies they follow. This is not good manners. I won rs.1800 and i'm applied for new pancard. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. They are saying my invitee created more accounts that's why they deactivated all accounts he referred. Kk it's not a problem then how can u deactivate innocent. Alright ur not giving reply to mail. What is happening is this the way u behave with customers. How much time takes u to activate my account

              Sir every time i see in big maoney leauges who ever score big runs suddly and who takes suddnely wickets in bunches, comesh as a caption and vice caption of a team which stands on first position. How can we ensure that dream 11 is not changing vice caption and caption by backend with the help of developers and it is possible also.

              So it is request to declare every teams caption and vice caption before one hour of match so that we ensure that there is no interfrence from backend of dream 11 site. Please provide a rti cell also on dream 11 website. It is very important points which should be incorporated otherwise legal things can be done agaisst dream11.

              Transparency is one of the utmost important features on Dream11. As soon as the deadline for a particular match is locked, the system generates a PDF which displays the formation of all the participating teams in that contest. You can download this pdf as soon as the deadline is locked, after which you can compare the teams at the start of the match as well as the end of the match.

              Having our users' trust and being transparent with them is the most important aspect of our FairPlay policy on Dream11. Please note, that once the deadline for a match hits 1 hour prior to the start of the match, all teams on Dream11 are locked and NO changes can be made post deadline. You can conveniently view/download the teams of other users in the contest you've joined by using our 'competitor tracker'. Be rest assured, neither Dream11 nor the user can make any changes whatsoever as soon as deadline hits. Once you download all teams, you can cross check the playing eleven (including the Captain & Vice-captain) just before start of match & as soon as the match ends.

                I had joined a contest on 27/05/2017 and received a conformation email ensuring that. However minutes later when i check the app tells me "no joined contest" but the amount is deducted. This is not a way of doing business. I have invested my own money here however small the amount is. I expect an explanation from your dream11 team. This is a disgrace.

                            Please respond me on[protected] i create 6 teams and i join in 8 contests with my 6teams but today[protected] only 6 contests are have what is about my remaining 2 contests i buy those 2 with 25 entry fee of both i suggested all of my friends and this is not a small mistake today my 25rupees contest is changed with 49 rupees why you cancel my contest and what about my money.                                   Dream11 Fantasy Customer Care's response                                   We wish to inform you that negative points for E/R in a T20 is only given when the economy rate for a bowler is above 9 RPO. In this instance, D Christian had an economy of 8.50 RPO and hence he is not eligible for negative points. Please note that a bowler needs to bowl a minimum of 2 overs for the E/R points to be considered. You can refer to our Points System for the same.
