I have submitted a Request of RS 2000 on 4th may 2017. I have also received a confirmation mail stating that it will be credited in your account by 11th May. I have contionously Contacted the helpdesk but got no response for My money. I have the proof in email as where they have sent me confirmation that my RS 2000 will be credited. But its still not Credited. Please Check.

      I am unable to withdraw my unutilized amount. I had joined the contests and they were cancelled due to unfilled seats. So that amount is kept in unutilised wallet.
      I want to withdraw the amount of my unutilized wallet into my bank account.
      My bank account and pan number is already varified. I am no more interested in playing huge amount of contests.

        Website: they didnt giving money

        Hi,

        I played some bidding on this site and tried to withdrawn some partial amount of 320it worked fine. So i decide to withdraw all my cash 300 on 04/06/2012. I didn't received any amount or any confirmation from this site for 15 days. So that, i mailed them.

        There is no telephone support. The amount i lost is small but it may happen to your big amount too.
        Dream11 Fantasy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I've logged out from dream 11 app yesterday night. When I opened in the morning with the same email id and pw I saw that a new referral code has been generated and all recent transaction also missed and account balance is 0 so please resolve this issue and retrieve my previous referral code and amount as well

          My name is sanchit jain and my email is [protected]@gmail.com and my withdrawal was cancelled in the name of fairplay violation and deducted amount from my winning amounts.
          What's your problem i have won this amount by winning the league by spending the amount through my debit card and it's first time i won this big league and you deducted my money.
          For your kind information it's public league that i have won. How could you say multiple account, i just referred to my friends and how can someone use one email id, bank account and pan number on multiple id's. And if there was any problem you should avoid that time. You can't deduct from my winning amounts. I am continuously playing and adding through debit card wallet.
          I haven't broke any rule. It's not fair i used my most time and money to win this amount it's first time i won big league and you deducted.
          Please give me back my deducted amount.

            Myself bhargav i am using dream 11 app for betting in legal way, as i am satisfied with it till now, but recently means yesterday i used my 2teams with different players i selected for rs29 & rs4 matches, but the teams i selected doesn't display it displays only 1team in both matches.. I want an appropriate answer i have screenshots too.. You can verify also.. I got loose in it this is not fare.. Reply me as soon as possible

              Sir, i am trying to update my pan card details but it shows that this card is already registered to other account.
              but i havent shared my pan details with anyone and nor i have registed my pan number before..
              how can it be possible as my pan card is 24 hours with me if someone by mistakely have entered my pan card number then how could he get my pan card image to upload during registration process ???

                Aap log mera dream 11 account open kyo nahi ker rahe ho. Pata nahi din me mere number par dream 11 gamers ja pone aata.
                Aap logo kisi help kyo nahi kerte ho.
                Me last 1 year se dream 11 khel raha hu lekin aap ne mera account suspend ker diya h aur na hi mere mail ka answer dete ho why? Kya khabhi mera account open nahi ho payega

                  I wanted to join the contest punjab vs mumbai which is tommorrow. I deposited rs 20 and then selected the rs 20 contest to join. A message flashed join more contest to win. And I never got a chance to select the team. Infact when i checked my account its showing 0rs . So where is my 20 rs. You better refund my money sir, or i will have to post about this in consumer complaints.

                    Sir i won 340 ruppes in dream 11, so i requst to withdraw my amount 340on 9th may 2017, then (It is in initial stage it will added to your account on 15 th may by dream 11) it is a notification by dream 11. But today my withdraw status is in failed, and there is no notification by dream 11, so i request you to take action on it and bring back my money thank you.

                      I try to withdraw my money but it doesn't withdraw kindly see what happened very soon plz solve this problem as soon as possible .                           On 9-May-2017 at 12:44 pm I have added amount of Rs 15 to play a contest but it is not reflecting into my account to play leguage on Dream 11 portal and amount is deducted from my credit card via paytm wallet.

                          Dream 11 do not have any customer care number or email address where we can raise our concerns via email or phone.

                          Other then this earlier I have face same issue; Which I have reported to Dream 11 but did not get any kind of feedback regarding this.

                          I request to please take necessary action to avoid such kind of ditch by these company

                                I have tried to withdraw money from my account and i was asked to submit my pan details. I have submitted my pan details along with a pan card image. To my surprise it was saying that already an account is existing with my pan. I just want to know what is the process of obtaining pan details that you have been following. I want you to catch the person who wrongly utilised my pan and submit his details so that i will take legal action on him.

                                    I have redeem 200 in account but it shows fair play violation and deducted 162 rs from account and I have only one account and send my invitation codes to frnd to se that I can earn money if these issue is not solved in few days then I will tell my frnd to delete dream 11 bcoz all is fake in these system and all are corrupt and only the waste of money and time

                                        As i reefer to 2 of my friend rakesh and satya. They played yesterday the match between rcb vs kxip. They both join in a league of 25 rupees which is mega contest and apart from that rakesh join 3 or 4 more contest. But they did not pay a single money for referring as they mentioned as their rule that they will pay after 2 hours of match end 20% of the cash using in contest. Still its more than 24 hours i am not getting friend joined contests money to my account. Also i mailed them 7 times but there is not a single reply by them or not add money.
