Activation of my suspended account

Sir, I have created a dream 11 account with email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no. [protected]. Just after 3 days it shows my account has been suspended. I don't know the reason.
On 2nd day I have verified my PAN CARD and Bank details. And still account suspended.
I want to reactivate my account. Please Help...

Mistake by dream11

Hii I played a match on 19/4/2021 in DC VS PBKS .
My points are 631.5 and the opponents point was 630.
And the contest was of receiving ₹ 35 against
₹ 21.
But the amount was divided in two parts 17.5 for me and 17.5 for opponent and his account name is Chinmay1515RR.
This is the worst thing I have ever faced.
Kindly find the attached documents.
And I want dream11 to solve the problem immediately...

They have registered my PAN card to someone else

After winning some amount on dream11, I tried to verify my pancard for the first time on dream11.com. However, their portal said that it's already verified by another user.
The shocking part is they don't conduct any second check to verify somebody's identity. Anybody can enter my name and Pan no. and upload a photocopy of my pan card and can get it verified. Now they are not verifying my pan card as they say it's already verified...

Winning cash going to fair play

Sir, I was received 542 on the 17 of April When I see it after a day it is just only 81, the other 461 was cut due to fair play violation. Sir, I made a league and earned that money by challenging my friends. How is it a fair play violation?, can you please give me an answer and how can I get money back to my account. 26 inr Amount has been debited from my wallet but team has not joined and now it's asking again more money to join

And now on app no option to solve that type of query
