Eazypay — Transaction failed but money deducted | |||||
Payment to icici - eazypay Pay for Fees payment done by paytm bybank of baroda (5, 260)through UPI UPI Transaction id :[protected]@paytm Reference number - [protected] BANK: Bank of baroda Date : 08/07/2021 Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment.This wednesday (Date - 06 Oct 2021 ; time - 09.03 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university, bhagini nivideta college Of Rs: 5, 260 through eazypay - icici gateway. In brief :- Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from paytm. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that" we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. Also, in my college dashboard there's an option for pay fees but i've already paid but it is failed from eazypay. I contacted the biller i. E. T. I. M. E. But they don't have much information regarding this. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.
