LG India / microwave oven model 2149BB — misbehaviour by LG salesman at Meerut, U.P. at LG SHOPEE, near bus stand, meerut. | |||
I had purchased a microwave oven Model 2149n BB from your showroom-LG Shoppee at Meerut against a quotation issued jointly in my name and my employer's name jointly as" N.K.MITTAL, AGM, PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK" whereas the Bill was issued by your repv. Mr. V.K.Sharma, in my name-against the Cheque issued from Bank's account at PNB. When he was pointed out his mistake-he tried to tell me "Generally it is not so"-when I told him to follow instructions strictly, he misbehaved with me and told me "not to get hyper" My driver was sent to delivedr the cheque and get the bill issued alongwith the product. I strongly object to the usage of the words by your salesman. Does one expect this type of behaviour from your salesman. I could not find any icon on which I should send my complaint against your salesman/sales representative at Mewerut. Blackberry — Missguided and misbehaviour
Dear Customer Care, ( Please refer C/12/05/09/218)(order no ICI2670)I Have Purchase Blackberry From You on[protected]. And your Customer Executive Promise me to Deliver In 7 Working Days (You Can Check if you have call tracking system). on[protected] i Have Again Call Back, where Mr. Sumit Your executive Speak to me, he misbehave with me and put off the phone. again i called and speak to another executive(Ref no C/12/05/09/218), i ask for my mobile, He told me that i am promising to deliver on Saturday[protected]
But it didn't yet received. and today when i spoke to one of your executive Neetu, she told to me that goods would delivered with 21 working days, again when i called to your executive He gave me the Committment of 1 st June (Ref no C/27/05/09/280),
Now your executive toold it will take more days to deliver,
It really Create suspect on your company, our company regularly purchase goods from you,
But looking to the ignorance, i really disappoint from your company,
i hope you have call tracking system( please refer all my call )
i hope i would not lost my money by paying it to you
Please do the need full other wise i may have to go to consumer form. (Customer Grievance Form)
