Hi i have raised full pf withdraw request on 24th mar 2020 and still its not processed and claim id is rjraj[protected]. So i request you to please process my claim request as i am not working and i am really in need of money and its my money for which i am chasing for so please do the needful.in this tough situation i need this money so that i can survive for sometime so i request you please release this claim amount for settlement asap so that i can use that money for my family. Please do the needful and claim id already mentioned. And it usually takes an week to process claim but this claim took more then a week almost 10 days so please process it asap

I have applied for part withdrawal on 27th february 2020. Still it shows under process it's been 1 month now. Can i get to know why it is??
I need the amount urgently it's been a month.. Called up customer care number 2 weeks before she said it will come in 25 days okay i waited and now it doesn't show anything.

This is to inform that i have submitted all of my documents for pf claim but the mumbai bandra branch in not processing the same.
they say that the cheque submitted does not show my name on it whereas the cheque show my name clearly and the cheque is of ICICI bank.
this is how this government is cheating the general public

My uan account number is[protected]. Claim id mhban[protected]. A claim request was filed on 25-feb-2020. I have not received any claim till now from the epf.
Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time.
Is there anyway i can get the claim faster? As due to corona virus there is a lot of money crisis for me. Request you to kindly look in to the matter.

My pf amount credited in wrong bank account by pf government department with align biz technology without validate my bank account with my name. I'm suffering from three years about my pf amount. I went go near by branch union bank office, he said talk to pf government department. I send to many mail to pf government employee and call. Is not responding and did not pickup call.

My account no. And wrong bank account as same with one digit difference in middle letter. Don't close the complaint with discussion with me. I have many time raised the request without consult government closed the request.

Sir i have applied for withdrawal of epf amount on 18/03/2020 and submitted application successfully got message on 24/03/2020 claim was settled and money will send through NEFT to the account.but i did not receive the amount to my account till today even though 5 working days passed so please do inquiry on my query regarding credit to my account

I have sent the required joint declaration form along with id proof which has been delivered to the regional epfo office in chennai.

It has been more than 10 working days and still the requested changes have not been updated in the account, despite an officer in epfo been allocated to this.

Sent lot of emails and also lodged online with epigms.gov.in about it. Tried to call regional epfo office in chennai, but incorrect number is provided online and everywhere online.. The chennai address is

Hello my pf account - kn/bn/24628/1765 with my first employer - infinite computer solutions, i had requested it to be transferred to new company general motors with pf account gj/bd/20675/7086. But general motors decided to change their pf office from gujrat to bangalore and my gj/bd/20675/7086 account got changed during this time of transfer. During this change i do not know what happened to the money in my pf account kn/bn/24628/1765 that i had requested for transfer. I had also raised a query with inoperative account helpdesk (Reference no. [protected]) but no response was provided. Could you please help confirm if my pf account kn/bn/24628/1765 is transferred to my current account, if yes - how can i see the amount that was transferred. Thank you

Applied on 26th jan till today i have not received the amount yet, i have registered grievance couple of times but this guy name bhupender yadav just copy and paste without even understanding my emergency and issue. He also addressed me as sir which clearly shows how irresponsible they are.

Hi team,

Kindly help me with the name correction of my father in pf portal, i went to a-2c, sector 24, noida 201301 pf office, wherein all the uneducated employees are sitting and doing nothing. They just can't correct my father name in their after submitting all the relevant documents, according to it is impossible. Like seriously? We are living in technology world and they are saying it is impossible.

On top of that, you can't connect them either on call or email's because there numbers are always busy or out of service and god know's what email system they have. It's being 10 days i have send an email and did not receive single response on the same.

Finally after lot of struggle i decided to approach consumer forum for the resolution.

Hoping for the early response with the resolution.

This is abhilasha... My previous company was earlier a micro finance company and then converted to bank. Hence, they created my 2 uan no's in epfo.. Now i want to close that previous uan and withdraw my pf amount... Since i am a working women i tried to do it with the help of epfo website and umang app... But it always showed error to me... When i complained again this to customer care of epfo, they simply didn't receive the call many times and when once they received, they didn't even bother to answer my query and put my call on mute...

Hence, it's a humble request to you that please take some action against the same as we are always talking about promoting the digital india but these type of services of these organization always pull us back to stick to the old processes...

For the reference - my previous uan no which i want to close and withdraw my amount[protected]

Payment sent via neft on - 13-sep-2019.

Please note that she haven’t received her pf advance due to her bank account no. Updated wrongly that means one zero left out to mention.

We have visited kr puram pf office on 18.09.2019. We have enquired about this transaction they said to speak to bank manager and it should be in suspense a/c and ask them to divert that amount to her account.

So we have concerned with bank manager, they said that amount wouldn’t received even roja a a/c or suspense a/c due to wrong a/c no, even our bank server will not accept it must have bounced back to pf office on the same day.

So again we have visited kr puram pf office on 04.10.2019. We have enquired about this transaction again they said that amount will be return to uan a/c no:[protected] within 1 month but still it has not been credited.

Payment sent via NEFT on - 13-SEP-2019. Please note that she haven’t received her PF advance due to her Bank account no. updated wrongly that means one zero left out to mention . Wrong A/c No : 065505300003355 Correct A/c No : 0655053000003355 We have visited KR puram PF office on 18.09.2019. We have enquired about this transaction they said to speak to Bank manager and it should be in Suspense a/c and ask them to divert that amount to her account. So we consulted the Bank Manager, they said that amount has not credited in ROJA A a/c or Suspense A/c due to wrong a/c no, even our bank server will not accept, it must have bounced back to PF office on the same day. So again we have visited KR puram PF office on 04.10.2019. We have enquired about this transaction they replied the amount will return to UAN A/c No: 100883185922 within 1 month but still it has not been credited. Again for the fifth time we visited your office your staff (Cash Dept ) informed us to approach State Bank of India – Dooravani Nager, Branch for the same. We visited the bank refused to give any details and asked us to intimate you to contact bank regarding the clarifications ( NEFT Batch Report ) . Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful as we are following up from last five month but we are not getting any solution.
