    Dear Sir,
    My PF withdrawal claim was settled but the amount was returned due to incorrect bank details. But in EPFO system the claim is in approved status so I am not able to resubmit the claim. Even I have submitted the proforma form attested by the bank but still no update. Staff is so irresponsible and I am struggling to get my PF amount.

    Please help me

        These is to inform you whenever i raise a claim they said already pf amount is settled as their is no amount in your ledger balance these statement said by Mrs Asha s Bihari and Mr PB Verma .

        But while i m checking it reflects that only Rs 11632 and 1745 so only these amount is settled ans Rs 21800 is unsettled but in ledger balance it showsa as settled.

        Kindly address the issue as the amount is settled but again the amount is returned but in ledger balance it shows as settled .

          With reference to PF claim id :
          Claim ID[protected]
          I have registered grievance with the EPFO (Registration Number : SROWF/E/2021/04001), and sent reminders multiple times.Still, no response from the PF deptt.
          I tried calling the concerned PF deptt. in Karnataka, but still no response from their side too.kindly find attached.

          Kindly look into the matter.Expect your favourable response at the earliest.

            HI, My PF advance claim through form 31 was rejected on the grounds that the picture of the cheque I have submitted doesn't clearly show the SB acc no, IFSC and doesn't have my NAME on it as well. But please find the attached PDF of the form 31 where all the above details are clearly visible and also all my claims using the same cheque have been settled twice previously.

                  Hello Team,

                  My UAN number is[protected].
                  My Claim ID is MHBAN[protected].

                  my PF withdrawal status shows that my PF amount was disbursed on 23rd November 2020 and it is still not credited to my account. Bank details are accurate and there is no issues.

                  Have cross checked in the bank. Kindly provide me an update.. I have not received any response for my calls as well

                    My UAN is[protected], I have raised for PF withdrawal on 17th November 2020. It shows that the amount is dispatched on 23rd NOV and credited to the Member account on 24th NOV 2020. However the amount is still not credited to my account.

                    Its been two months and Its still not reflecting in my account. all the account details have been accurate

                        Dear sir,

                        We are worked at RTC outsourcing of Nellore depot under the Controctor. Due to some reasons stopped the RTC outsourcing work. After we withdraw the my epf amount with signature fo contractor and it is closed. After six months again recalled to work with outsourcing employees. But the same contractor continuously deposited my epf in to closed pf account no. up to six months.

                        But in my pf account is showing the pending value of six months. I am unable to withdraw. No of time written the complaint to EPO Greivance. The reply message "it is settled and closed".

                        Till it is showing the pending value of pf account statement.

                            I called EPFO customer care on [protected] to find out why I was still accessing my passbook after activating my UAN as suggested by the same lady. I called her up and apparently it takes 4 days to get activated. Instead of saying the same she started yelling that I don't know anything. How was I supposed to know how long it takes. It was no where mentioned. I politely asked her for a link where I can check and guess her answer to that, Google it. Then why the hell are you even there. Don't feel like you are doing me a favor its you damn job. and let me tell you, you are very bad at it. I wonder how many people have faced this problem. People will find it impossible to interact with her and get any work done. Extremely unprofessional and uninformed. She barely knew anything expect taking her frustration out of customers

                                Have made several complaints to EPFO thru their website epfigms.gov.in vide nos.ROTHA/E/2020/08456, 08828, 09447 and the last 10065 made between[protected] to[protected].Prior to this, wrote letters and e mails dt[protected] : all towards request for rectification of their wrongly calculated pension amount given out in their PPO no.TH/THA/04129144 dt[protected].Even sent them legal notice thru my lawyer[protected] addressed to EPFO Kandivali II(where pension documents were initally submitted) and EPFO Thane South (from where the said PP originated) respectively : but no response was received towards any communication.Some partial response was received however, to the grievance website stating that the matter has been transferred to the pension section of Thane II, but no final outcome received, almost 4 months after the wrongly calculated pension amount in PPO and more than 2 years after the request for pension was made in Form 10D.

                                For recalculating the pension amount, EPFO has to take into account : (1) My service period from[protected] to[protected], as per details submitted in Form 5/10 with relevant proofs to them (while they wrongly considered a period from[protected] to[protected] The pensionable salary, based upon average of last 5 years service, should take into account salary as Rs 15000 for the extended period of 2 years, beyond 58 years of age (3) superannuation at 60 years, with contribution.

                                All relevant papers, documentary evidence, service proofs, etc has been submitted time and again and if required, can be done once again.

                                Have also sent them several reminder e mails, but no final outcome has been arrived at, till this date.

                                Awaiting to get the correct pension amount calculated and awarded with arrears.Thanks.
