I am pravesh gour, i have a pf no. Ds/nhp/0017113/000/0001555 which is in-operated since my company is closed dt 31/03/2015. Now i have to claim the pf amount but i did not able to get uan no. And my company is permanently closed in 2015, please suggest how to claim without uan and how to activate uan, because when i click to activate uan it shows the msg information does not match.. My mobile no. Is [protected].

I had also submit my complain on the epfo portal but still no update received. Supporting document attached.

    I worked in bhel from 1979. To 1996 and from 1996 to 2014 worked in ge power services (I) pvt ltd.
    I received pf and gratuity from both organizations but for pension only ge service was shown as received in hyderabad epfo office. They advised me to submit form 13 and get it done thru bhel.
    Acccordingly i requested bhel nagpur office and they forwarded form13 to bhel pf office, chennai. Chennai office issued k-challan annexure to epfo delhi and copy to me in which my bhel service is shown.
    I have sent copy of annex to epfo delhi north office accountant, ro delhi and ro barkatpura hyderabad to settle pension by taking both bhel andge tenure.
    This was in august/september, 17 and i contacted various officers by phone several times but nothing moved forward.
    It is distressing and vexatious and l request you to expedite. The pension issue

      Dear sir
      I am chandra mohan singh mewari, want to inform you that i applied to withdrawal pf in august month. After applying i get first amount at 26 september 2017. Now one month happen and second start but i still didn't get my full pf amount.
      I talked and mailed regarding that issue with coustomer care and also pf office but they didn't resolve that issue. I also check status in website with claim i'd gnggn[protected] & gnggn[protected] it shows still under process.
      I request you to resolve that issue as soon as possible. As i already suffered lot with that problem.

      which browser we have to operate and how ??

        This is to inform you that i, swati sarkar, uan no.[protected], is looking for your cooperation in below matter as i am not getting any solution since 2years. Both employee and employer side pf contribution has been deposited to some other account in 3 consecutive years 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 by my ex-employer core careers pvt ltd. As per them they have applied to pf commissioner office to rectify the same, however i have also submitted all documents at pf office, parkstreet, kolkata 1.5years back, but i didnot get any response from them. I request you to intervene in it as it is pending from long time. I want to make this account for pension scheme as i have completed 10yrs and i have continued this account with my present employer.           I am not understanding if you calculate my basic salary rs 5000/- if you
          Check 10d i have done 3 years so you will multiply 5000 x 2.98 the right

              I had applied for pf withdrawal with form 19 online now the status on uan portal is claim settled and the amount has been deducted from passbook as well. Now i checked the know your claim status tab however it doesnt display any information. No amount in bank account either.

              Please look into the matter, any help will be appreciated

                I was working in mysore acetate and chemicals company limited, acetate town mandya. Earlier i had my bank account in canary bank k r road branch mandya - 571401. Since i am staying with my son in bangalore i had applied for transfer of my bank account from mandya to bangalore along with my pension account transfer also from mysore to bangalore. Currently my bank account is transfered to canara bank chandra layout branch bangalore 560040. When i had updated my passbook today i had realized that the pension money is not credited to my bank account since from may 2017. Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                    The epfo website is not functioning properly for more than a year now. Due to whichnmy employer had to open a new UAN. Which goes against the principle that one person one UAN

                        I requested online pf transfer from my older pf account to new pf account (Linked with same uan) in the beginning of last month and same was approved by my previous employer instantly.
                        Its being almost month however, my claim status is not visible to epfo site and showing error 'something went wrong!!! Please try again later!!!' so i registered grievance (Delno/e/2017/13550) last week. I tried reaching concerned officer (Mr abhay ranjan) with the phone number provided but its always showing busy.
                        Appreciate if you could kindly look into this matter urgently and transfer my pf to current pf account (Dlcpm[protected] as post transfer of funds, i need partial withdrawal for home buying.

                                When i was contact my hr team they always told me is processing wait for some days. We submit your form to our agent. But it's almost 9month and main thing is that presently i'm in guwahati for a long time. So what should i do now.

                                  Hi, it seems all fraud. I have applied 5 months ago for pf and still, convergys hr assist team in bangalore is telling that my pf form is still waiting in queue for employer signature in gurgaon office. Already for employer signature, it is taking this much time and if the signature is done and then again 30 to 60 days. Wtf! I have also worked before in a company where i got my pf within 2 months.

                                  I suggest never join this convergys fraud company.

                                  People in convergys are also in their own world, they hardly listen to your complaint and worker says that he is the compliance head upon asking for compliance contact number.

                                  So called hr assist team will blindly reply to you with old response without checking the details.
                                  They have ni sense of work! I dont understand how come such lazy and careless people becomes hr assist! All # people.

                                    Hi, i would like to share my experience with epfo wazirpur office that i submited my form on 24th august 2017 but still they have not proceesing my form further. I went to the office again on 26th oct 2017 and ask for the status they said that this is the central office work which is closed and now is shifted in the wazirpur office but no one take the responsibility of central office work. They told me that they proceesing the form till monday but still no response from the claim status.

                                      Till date amount has not been credited to my account. I am in need of money.

                                      Nobody picks up the call on land line numbers. Worst service from epfo dept.
