    Now on online portal showing status Claim settled but not credited in my account.

      Dear sir/ ma'am,

      My uan is[protected]. I applied for transfer of my pf amount of previous organisation to the current member id and its been approved by my previous employer and field officer. But now its showing error in track claim status "something went wrong. Please try again later". Below message is showing on claiming the amount:

      Multiple member-id's found linked to your uan. Kindly transfer all to current member-id before proceeding.

          Pf amount has not received
          I had applied for a withdrawal of my pf accumulation under critical illness. I have checked my claim status and it shows as claim settled and it says that amount was sent to my account on 9th oct'17 via neft, however, till date, i am still waiting and have not received anything in my account. Even my passbook shows that the amount has been withdrawn from my pf account.

            Hi,

            As most of the employees in india who contribute to their pf account, i also wanted to check my pf balance via the passbook. Earlier i was able to view my balance via uan portal but ever since they have moved to the new server, i'm unable to login to the passbook section of the (https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemberPassBook/Login.jsp) which keeps on giving error messages like "error! Uan password not available.". Please keep in mind that i am able to login successfully in the uan site with same password. There is no proper section to check or change the password also. This has started to get irritating as i have tried to check for many days and the app which they provide is also a waste.

            Hope this gets a clear look and taken care of.

                      I had applied for epfclaim in february 2017. There was first am error in my transfer which i coordinated with both mysore pf office and chennai to get resolved. Same got resolved in august 2017. Post that i have been daily following up on my money. Despite repeated reassurances that money will be credited to my account by 20thoct 2017 latest. I only got credit of one part of my claim and major part still pending. They made an error which they corrected.

                        My name is athul ps i have a complaint and also a request to epfo that i don't have getting the pension about 8 months it is too hard to getting delay for getting the pension.. So kindly sanction the amount of pending pension to the bank account. I don't know why are you making too much delay to sanction it. It is taking not 2 or 3 months it's about 8 months pension are pending what is going on what do i do please tell me.

                          I had applied for pf advance on the 17/10/2017 which went into status "claim settled" on very next day and on the epf website under know your claim status it comes as that the transaction is completed and money has been transferred via neft on 18/10/2017, clearly i havent received anything yet however when i checked in the uan passbook the said amount has been deducted.

                          Here are some remarks from know your claim status tab
                          Remarks : claim form-31 (Epf advance) (Natural calamities) claim id-gnggn[protected] member id-gnggn[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 18-oct-17 via neft.

                            I am mana devi wo pritam chand receiving pention through epfo no 4249. From may 2017 i have not received any pension as i am widow and not having any other sourse of income and not getting pension is really a huge trouble for me and my family. When i inquired from epfo shimla then they told that date of birth mention in record and submitted through aadhar is different. But the main problem is that due to this problem my pension is stopped as aadhar is not a mandatory for such things (Supreme court order) so kindly release my pension immediately as it is the source of my lively hood. When correction work of aadhar card will done i will submit the same to concern office. I again requested to your kindself that kindly release the pension otherwise for any action or miss happening the concern officer and office will have to shoulder the responsibility.

                              As me, surendra singh rautela (Uan:[protected], (Member id: ukhld[protected] has submitted my application for pf and pension process at dated:[protected] at ro haldwani and received by the same. But after spending 60 days i am still waiting my pf amount as well as my pension.
                              Hence, there was need to lodge a grievance with registration number: srohl/e/2017/00507.

                              Though, i personally visited ro office haldwani at[protected] but it was ask me to wait few more days. I really don’t know, why???

                              When i phoned to customer care i. E. Ro haldwani, the person who picked a call, update me that they people are not able to process my document because they having heavy work load.

                                I am not able to get my pf amount from my pf account no[protected] from keane india pvt ltd. Even i submitted three times for withdrawal, but always they used to come back as that claim already settled. But till now i did not get any money. I confirmed from one of employe of epfo, he also confirmed that some 30000 rs amount is there in my account.
                                Last time also i submit withdrawal request[protected], but it again rejected by saying that amount already settled.
                                Till now after 6.5 years, i did not get any amount.
                                Could you please provide me the amount, otherwise i have to file a case under consumer court.

Baar complaint dalni padegi bar bar dalu kya kisiko fikir hi nahi hai sirf sab apna apna dekhte hai to sarkari log kya karte hai timepass

                                      Subject: composite claim death (Pf, pension, edli) of my wife late manisha tiwari.

                                      Sir,

                                      This regarding composite claim death of my wife late manisha tiwari having uan[protected], establishment id cgrai[protected], and member id cgrai[protected]. First i visited your office on[protected]. I tried to submit the composite claim but suggested some shortcomings such as joint photo, bank accounts and date of birth of date of the child. I also met the madam at the claim section. She wrote some name on a piece of paper to meet person in the third floor looking after the death claim. I asked him about the details of nominee he bluntly told go to the organization and find who is the nominee. Is it the way you function. You maintain the account and you are not in a position to identify who is the nominee. The whole process took full 5 hours. Again on[protected], i came to submit the completed composite death claim form duly filled in all respect as suggested by your department. It took 4 hours to submit the claim form. All the supported documents were verified with the originals. Person sitting over the claim counter can’t even write the acknowledgement correctly. I filed the composite claim form whereas only one form ticked on the acknowledgement slip. During these 4 hours hardly 12 people were attended. There is only one counter for the claim. Mr. Commissioner i wana ask is it not a torture? That too when you boast of doing everything to facilitate the claim filing procedure. I do not know how long you will take to settle the composite claim, and how many times i need to visit your office? There is some problem with your online grievance management system. That is why i am writing to you.
