This is Rajesh D, I have resigned my job on last year November and I applied my PF clime on February first time but it was rejected due to documents misplaced and again I applied on May first week still now i am not able to receive my clime. when I call to my office they are telling " we have submitted documents we can’t do any help u go and contact to Chennai PF regional office " but I contacted to Chennai regional office but no one is lifting phone which are appear on PF official website.
Form me this money is very urgent for medical purpose, so please look in to the issue and help me to release my PF clime.

    I have submitted my PF Transfer request on Jan 2016. It got approved by my previous employer and current employer. MY PF Transfer request Tracking ID: 999273051601210013928. Usually the transfer request takes maximum 2-3 months. I waited for 5 months already. There is no change in the status.

    It's now showing "Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office." since Jan 2016. Please resolve the transfer as soon as possible.


    This is taking too much time than expected for a service. Why such a delay is happening without any proper reason for the delay?

      Hello team,

      Please help in the pf transfer issue. I raised complaints with pf sro's many times but not getting any resolution. I had raised online pf transfer request from old pf account to new pf account. The details as below. The wipro old pf office is saying that they have transferred the amount to new pf office and contact the new pf office. But when i contact the new pf office then they say that amount is not yet received. Kindly help me as it is been long time now.

        I was working with Aegis Limited from 9/aug/2012 till 21/dec/2012. My details are as mentioned below. I was promised that PF would be claimed by the employer and the amount would reach my bank account within 90 days. But no PF amount is claimed. Kindly help me in getting my PF amount. Thanks

          Hello Sir,

          When I checked my EPF balance on April 12, 2016 it was showing an amount of Rs 12, 250. However, when I checked it today on June 14, 2016, it is showing Rs 1637. I have never taken a single penny from my EPF amount and still the amount is reduced to such an extent. Please, help me out and get the actual amount back to my EPF account.

            I have submitted epf form 19, form 10c and form 15g with enclosing approved signature from the company i worked. The epf form are rejected by epf office without correct reason and when i check the status on epf online it showing form has been rejected due to dob, doj, dol or reason for leaving service. I have checked the xerox copy which i taken before submitting to epf office on gurgaon.In that xerox copy it shows every data has been mentioned clearly on all form. I don't received the orginal copy rejected by epf office to my address and i don't know why epf office doing like this type of mistake without checking form clearly. It is very much disappointing. Currently i am not working and i need of money urgently. Kindly check and clear it immediately.

Maharaja shree umaid mills ltd, pali, rajasthan have received an sms from bz-epfo office on 11th april 2016 that for the above account settlement is under process, since i didnot receive any message after that have visited web portal and understood the settlement is done thro neft and no details of neft# and to my surprise have not received any money to my bank account.

                  I cannot track my pf no with my previous employer (Jindal steel and power ltd.) after repeated attempts. Further, i do not know about my uan either as i have not been employed for past 2.5 years. I had raised a request with epfo (Ref no: [protected]) for which no action/response has been taken thus far.

                  I am apalled by the dismal way of functioning of the epfo, despite their claims that pf claim process for dormant accounts has been simplified. So far, no attempt has even been made to contact me to request further information, from which i can only judge that they are negligent to even have seen the online query. If this is the state for complaint for which full details had been furnished, i can only imagine how many of the other genuine cases with more complex issues be fairing.

                          My PF withdrawal form rejected two times & still not received the amount
                          1st time I had submitted PF withdrawal form but due to spelling mistake they reject the form and ask me to resubmit the forms.
                          2nd time I submit the form but again it got rejected, when I checked with PF office they didn’t give me proper answer and asked me to resubmit the form 3rd time.
                          It is more than 6 month but still not received the PF amount.

                                  After a long time, I am raising this complaint that My father serviced in "Target Allied Securities, pvt ltd" for almost 3 years. Due to health hazard he passed away in the year 2011. Since then we have been following up with the concerned staff to receive the PF but no success yet.
                                  My mother should receive the PF but the people who supposed to process this PF are so corrupted that they are not processing yet.
                                  It is been almost 5 LONG years and we are not receiving yet.

                                  How pathetic it is!!! Hope you understand...

                                  For this moment, I could not find the PF number but we have those details but they are in our hometown. Currently, we are residing in Hyderabad.

                                    Hi,

                                    I want to change my email id on epfo website due to current email being compromised. When i login into the website and go to edit email id link a new window opens where you have to mention new email id that needs to be changed and click on submit button. Once you click a message appears above that a link has been sent on your new email id.

                                    Now when i login to my email and click on the link it opens epfo website but there is no message of confirmation that new email id is updated. To confirm i check in epfo website but it si not changed. Please assist.

                                      I t. Surendranath working for bsnl got transfer to other wing as i am a member of epf, i requested through online by submitting form-13 transfer of my epf a/c:gr/cdp/0039077/000/014, but due to mismatch of my date of birth in form-9 my transfer claim was rejected. After that i submitted my date of birth proof (10th marks memo) through my employer along with my representation, after this my claim was transferred to my new epf office at hyderabad after changing my date of birth in form-9 as 22 — 03-1974 i got annexure-k from epf office kadapa with changed date of birth.
                                      At preset to map my new epf a/c to my uan, again it is showing mismatch of date of birth in form-11 and in my passbook, same was represented many times by phone, and raised the online complaints to above mentioned website along with the scanned copies, already while correcting my dob in form-9 my employer also certified to change
                                      At present the responce received from epfo kadapa as follows
                                      1. This is with reference to your grievance registered vide registration number srokp/e/2016/00276.
                                      It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (S) has been taken:
                                      It is informed that, the member representation, 10th class marks list and employer representation were not available with concerned dealing assistant. Therefore you are requested to kindly send another copy of the above said documents. On receipt of the same this office will rectify the date of birth. The inconvenience caused will be highly regretted.

                                      Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office. Please quote the same in your future correspondence.

                                      2. This is with reference to your grievance registered vide registration number srokp/e/2016/00294.
                                      It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (S) has been taken:
                                      It is informed that, you are advised to submit joint representation of both employer and member along with attested documentary evidence and reason for furnishing of wrong date of birth. For taking further correspondence you are advised to mention the uan number.

                                      But in above grievances uan is available, with out uan, it is not possible to register the complaint in the above website.In addition to this my kyc details consists of aadar card issued by the govt. Of india and approved by my previous employer is also available in epfo for ready reference. And along with the 2nd complaint i sent my scanned copy of my 10th marks memo once again as intimated in response no:1.
                                      In view of above information epfo authorities intentionally make to suffer the epf members for silly reasons and causing more than one year delay to transfer my account with correct details
