    had submitted the claim from 19 & 10c to close my EPF account and transfer my total amount into my saving account, for that account details has been already given to you for settlement of claim.

    But we are informed that both the claim form has been rejected and send back to my address ut till date document not received.
    I have many time complaint online registration of grievance in EPFIGMS.

    Hence, you are requested to look personally into the matter and send us both the rejection application so that we can resubmit it again for the payment and final settlement.

    Kindly do the needful and send us the both the rejection form as soon as possible.

      I had applied for online pf transfer from my previous company to present company .Both the companies approved my claim request in the month of June 2016 itself, but amount has not been transferred yet. From more than two months now, the the status is being reflected as "Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office."

      Have sent many emails to the EPFO office but no response at all.

        Hi,

        After a thorough follow-up, i received my pf amount 15th june. However for the remaining amount which is sent in the form of scheme certificate is still not sent to me by epf office - bommasandra.

        Please let me know where can i escalate this issue as i am fed up of this since april.

        10 days passed after raising this complaint but still no progress. Now Bangalore office will have a reason of Karnataka's burning issue of cauvery water dispute which is delaying my scheme certificate which is being sent to me since June.

        Hopeless office and their service. God knows how much hard earned money they hold back with them when people surrender their patience.

        Can anybody assist me over here to escalate this to some higher authority???

        Nobody from Bommasandra office is receiving my call. Last time they received my call in July and told that shortly I shall get my scheme certificate which i still haven't got it.

        1 and half month is passed after the about status that EPFO customer support has been notified about my complaint but still no progress.

        Is some kind of fraud being done with our hard earned money by EPFO offices????? I am not sure about this but seeing the proceeding from last few months, I think they deliberately do this assuming that the complainant will get frustrated and stop asking the status of their money.

        People sitting in these offices too get salary and those xxxx should realize what a pain it is in getting our own money back.

        Someone please guide me to escalate this to some higher authority. I want to ensure that such pathetic people are punished badly for such pathetic so-called service they are providing.

          Hi team,

          My pf tracking id 999248051509280029386 for the pf transfer is showing status as 'your request is in transit between epfo out and in office since at least 6 months

          Please note my transfer has been approved by both previous and current employer.

          I send couple of mails to '[protected]@epfindia.gov.in' regarding the same... But no repsonse..

          Kindly let me know when the pf amount will get transferred to my current account? Also let me know if anything needs to be done from my side?

              M Maheshkumar bhairi from solapur m having very bad experience here in epf office solapur maharashtra
              With absolute carelessness and very slow working and completing hardly 20 cases per day,
              and here there is no power back up at all, waitng at government office or goverment appoved office is such rediculus experience everytym.
              Please take some strict action coz the area over here is of poor people n most of thm r vidi labours n uneducated so they r getting ruined there daily wrks becoz of bad wrking of this office

                I had applied for the withdrawal of pf but my form 10 got rejected. I have got the payment against form 19c. When i contacted bangalore pf office (As my last company was in bangalore) they say that maharashtra pf office has not transferred the epf money to bangalore pf office.

                When i approach karnataka pf office they say contact mumbai pf office. It is painful. They dont talk to people when you visit bangalore pf office. The employees there are horrible and completely non supportive.

                  What does this mean and how long does this process takes to transfer my PF.

                    20 March 2016 claim form approved by present employer (BA Continuum India Pvt Ltd).

                            I have requested for name correction from rajesh kundapaka to rajesh kondapaka and the same was submitted at epf office bandra, mumbai by my organisation on july 22, 2016. However, till date there is no update and if i contact bandra epf customer care they inform to contact my organisation for priority update and when contacted my organisation they say its not possible as from our end the necessary request was submitted with written letter.

                                Unable to receive my EPF contribution

                                i) Settlement of my EPF withdrawal claim A/c No - WB/CAL/0034652/000/0000568

                                ii)EPF withdrawal claim Form no. 19 vide Claim ID[protected] and

                                Dear Sir,

                                This has reference to the above, I left my job on December 2014, thereafter, I have visited several times to my employer office and requested them to sign the forms to withdraw my EPF amount but each time they refused to sign the same and I am unable to withdraw my EPF amount. On April, 2016 I have submitted my EPF withdrawal claim Form no. 19 & 10C vide Claim ID[protected] and WBCAL[protected] duly verified by my bankers due to my employer are not agreeing to sign the same which I have tried for several time.

                                Beside this, my claim was rejected and the forms was sent to the employers office address and after discussion with concern Dealing Assistance of EPF Office, I have tried to contact with my employer but they are not ready to consideration of my pray and not ready to hand over my claim form. Beside this, also please find the attached letter which I have submitted to EPF Kolkata office on 20/07/2016 in detail to further look in to the matter.

                                Thereafter, on 28/07/2016 I have also complained in EPFiGMS Grievance vide Registration No. ROKKT/E/2016/01789 to EPFO, RO, Kolkata but till date I have not received any positive result.

                                In this regard, my humble request to you, please look into the matter and do the needful for settlement of my EPF withdrawal at the earliest.

                                I have lodged a grievance on 27/07/2015 in EPFiGMS vide Grievance Registration No. ROKKT/E/2016/01789 to EPFO, RO, Kolkata and I have received an reply from them that my claim in Form 19 & 10C have already been sent to the establishment on 11.5.16 for attestation by the employer but the same have not yet been received back to EPF office Kolkata and therefore, they are closed my grievance. But, this reply was known to me and I have tried to contact with my employer in several time but they were not agreed to attested my forms or return the same. I also submitted a letter on 20.07.2016 to EPF office in detail regarding the matter and also told to take necessary action from their end which I have already attached with my earlier complain.

                                With the above details and present situation, if they not return the forms to EPF office then what can I do for getting my claim?

                                I request you to kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action at your end for getting my claim at the earliest.

                                    I requested that since i was receiving the pension, i have regularly submitted the life certificate in the month of november every year but my family is very poor family and i am not satisfied this pension amount
                                    My pension doesn't increase last 10 or 11 year so please sir solve my problem increase my pension

                                      The claim was made in 2012 and it is not settled as yet.
                                      Epfo website does not show any status of my claim.
                                      Email to epfo officers have not been answered.
