Employees' State Insurance Corporation [ESIC] Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
I am not sure whether this is the right place to place my voice against the negligence of doctors in ESIC dispensary at Burdwan and Durgapur, Burdwan district.
I stay at Delhi and my wife has went to Burdwan dispensary to collect Form-23 for maternity benefit; but the respective doctors and other stuffs are not issuing that form; some time they say that they did not have the form, some time they say they are unable to find the form, please come after 4-5 days, in this way they are harrishing my wife (Meghamala).
My wife Meghamala (IP No - [protected]) visited ESIC dispensary at Burdwan Khosbagan at Jeevan Deep Nursing Home (Code No - 8531), the doctor on duty was DR.A.K.BOSE. He did not issued the form, he told that I have no idea what is that and please go to Durgapur office to collect the form and Dr.A.K.BOSE has referred Meghamala to Durgapur.
Then, Meghamala has visited Durgapur ESIC Dispensary (Code no - 8522) at Jakir Hossain Avenue, Bidhannagar and on-duty medical practitioner Dr. PRAMANIK told that this is not our issue and this should be solved by Burdwan dispensary. Dr. PRAMANIK then referred Meghamal to Burdwan dispensary and called Dr. BOSE and told him to issue form 23.
Then, on the same day Meghamal visited Jeevan Deep nursing home and waited for 2 hours then Dr.A.K.BOSE has issued Form 21 and 22 instead of issuing Form 23 and the funniest thing is that,
Dr,BOSE has written in the form on 29th July in this manner that -
I am examining this patient named Meghamala that she is fit and her expected delivery date is 1st July'13.... (English is not copy cat) where as baby is already came in this world on 1st July.
Then Megha complained to the doctor that he has issued some different form. After that Dr.BOSE told her that, I thought you were asking for these forms; where as Dr.BOSE talked with Dr.PRAMANIK over phone and Dr.BOSE asked Megha for baby's birth certificate.
This simply figures that, this doctor, Dr.BOSE either illiteratem or don't know process or intentionally harassing patients. These feedback came from other patients available at JeevanDeep nursing home, stating that this doctor harasses patients and unknowingly transfer patients to Durgapur and creates a annoying situation. In this way this doctor has not issued the form yet.
On the next day Meghamala visited Durgapur branch to collect form-23,( she visited on the very next day because this form need to collect withing 30 days of delivery and this is the 30th day after baby delivery) and the same doctor Dr.Pramanik identified her and started shouting that you came yesterday and why you come today, the for should be issued by Burdwan dispensary, we have huge work pressure and we’ll not entertain you, this is a fault of Burdwan dispensary we’ll not issue you the form, you have to collect the form from Burdwan itself. In this way these 2 to doctors blaming other doctors and Meghamal become viction of them.
My heartiest request you please take necessary action against these 2 9doctors Dr.A.K.Bose and Dr.Pramanik so that patients visiting the ESIC hospital and dispensary complete their work smoothly.

i had bout a mediclaim plan from indus health plus card which is provide only medicine & icu charges last year my dad is hospitalize for a heart problem n we did a angeography in this mediclaim policy never been provide any type of test charges we paid for that after angeography dr. are said they have to do a angioplasty & in this policy never provide a stent charges which is bring in a nerves we also paid for that & my dad having a esic policy in emergency we admited him in privet hospital now esic was telling that was never claim by esic & the reason we cant took both policy service at a time what i should in this case please relpy as soon as possible my cell no. is -[protected]

I am kidney falure & dilasys patient since jan. 2012
i was working in hotz ind. Limited from 2002 to dec. 2011 & madicaly insourd from ESIC.
I AM on madical leave from jan. 2012 to till time.
But despencery greater noida say i am not entitteld for dilasys madicine and send me sro office noida who say my local managers sign enough. But despencery not responding.
Sir i will dye without dilasys medicine.
Sir please instruction to esic continous bases we are intittled for dilasys & renal transplant.

Sir my name is sudhir Kumar my esi number is [protected]. My mother(smt bimla devi) have stones in bladder . treatment running since two month .stunting surgery done before month at qrg hospital Faridabad doctors fitted an stunt in body and say at the time of bladder surgery then remove this stunt but do it hurry. We going esic hospital then we do all test for surgery but doctor now say after two month we do this surgery sir my mother have so much pain suddenly any time if you have no time then refer other hospital for this surgery (stone & stunt remove )cause she is aged and pain is so much sir please .sir we are very tired now every third day we gone hospital for check up but doctor not take it seriously .its waist time money and wages . coz I am gone every third with mother then can’t go my work place.every time doctor say come after 3 days ?why not not do solution?

Today i went to esic hospital with my father for blood checkup and i meet with blood check up and told him i want to check up my father's blood then the blood check up guy started shouting on me who told u to come for blood checkup on saturday then i enquire with him is blood check up is close on saturday he said no and told me now i will not do blood check of your father do whatever u want u to do.

complaints about emergency ward doctors
hello sir i have my esic card and i today i visited my near esic hospital of rohini sector-15 in emergency ward first of all the doctor disappointed me then my son having pain in stomach and the doctor even seen him and written on his letter and said go to the ward after half n hour the another doctor appoint us and give a injection to my son in such a way then he also having the injection pain when i ask for the medicine then he says wait again and another lady ask for the syrup then doctor says there are many bottles you can take any one when we say is this your behavior then doctor replied its emergency ward here treatment is like this when we complaint to CMO then he says please give all this in written when we ask name then emergency ward doctor not replied even i have video recording some but not cleared please help us

I have received my new insurance number 10/06/2010 on my Temporary Identity Certificate, but my contribution history October-2011 to March-2012 updated on my old insurance number. It’s not my fault. I have received a letter ref. no.[protected] from ESIC sector-7 Rohini, Delhi-85 on 29/09/2012. Mentioned in the letter, your insurance number has already been changed but your contribution details updated on your old insurance number.

I was going for my job home to company in maneja. I am going on a scooter and unfortunately

I have accident some unknown person and my left knee was badly injured. I have taking treatment from nearest hospital and pay form my pocket from taking loan. After my fitness. I was put-up my claim from esic ( D-15,Dandiya Bazar,Nayamandir) but last June 2011 to till date February 2013 my claim was not settled and not satisfied answer . So I knew about this matter. Dear sir

I would like to inform you that i am an insured person in esic from last eight months but in-spite of this i am not getting any facility from esic dispensary (doctors are not available in esic Koppel dispensary) and i have many confusion regarding this how to treatment my family they live in Ballia Utter Pradesh and still i have not got my smart card and when i called esic toll-free no it was getting busy busy at lest 100 times i called then one time ring but i was not satisfied by esic operator and without saying anything he cut the call. i was not talked in a good manner he was talking like a very bad manner.
Therefore please solve my problem and i request you to please reform the system because we are giving money every months.

Sir, We are woking in a Private company, my brother has met an accident. For medical facitlity we had to go around all the branches in hyderabad. Atlast the complete treatment had done. Now we want to claim the cash for the leave which he had taken for the treatment. He is having a a/c in SBH. But the ESIC they stirictly said for opening new a/c in SBI then only the cash should be credit in the a/c. In this situation its difficult to open a new in other bank. What necessary?

ESIC and PF dept. are the worst Depts. in the country.They have all ancient and lop sided laws and schemts.As employers they must be treated with respect and dignity.These dept. inspectors come with assumed number of employees and name and cover the units by obaining on a paper saying unit will not be covered after collecting few thousands as bribes.

Then they start torturing in the name of coverage and inspections.They start calling at odd hours pestering for inspection and coverage.After inspections whether the units are coverable or not exhort few lakhs as contributions and few thousands as bribes.Who gave them so much powers to after all inspectors to hijack the whole system in the name of well fare of workers.IF WORKERS WANT TO WORK THEY MUST WORK AS WHAT IS BEING GIVEN AS SALARIES.GOVT. CANNOT INTERFEAR IN ANYHTING AND EVERYTHING.AS YOU HAVE SEEN ANYTHING THAT GOVT. BACKED SCHEMES GOES FOR A TOSS EXCEPT FINE LOOTS IN THE NAME OF 2 G,SPECTRUM,DLF ETC.IN THIS BANANA REPUBLIC NOTHING IS RIGHT AND RIGHTS ARE NEVER SUPPORTED AND WRONGS ARE ALWAYS ENCOURAGED AND SUPPORTED.ESIC AND PF DEPTS. GOVT. SHOULD CLOSE DOWN BOTH ESIC AND PF DEPTS. We at Bansal Metal Industries (Employer Code no[protected] have our Employees registered under the ESIC Scheme under Dr. Prakash Patil (IMP Code no: RGD-03). The doctor has currently resigned as an ESIC Panel Doctor and there has not been any noticed provided to us regarding the resignation of the mentioned doctor or any new doctor being appointed for that matter.

We are facing a lot of problems as the ESIC office at Kalva(Vashi) asked us to go and talk with ESIC office at Worli, Mumbai. The officials at Worli office are saying that the employee will have to visit the Worli office physically in order to get the transfer done. We fail to understand how can a company shut down their services for a day and pay an exorbitant amount for travel charges as we are located outside Mumbai.

This is about ESIC dispensary inderlok Delhi.
they don't give me a tablet named Januvia even it is in their store and they told me that it is not in store.but when i approached incharge their and she came down and check for the availability of the medicine, it is there and she told them to give me that medicine. eventually they had to give me and it is not about thosans of patient were treated like this. i am not satisfied with it.

For ESIC hospital delhi .I am a ESIC card user with card No [protected] … and my name dalip singh working with Autometers alliance limited C-63 sector -57 noida . and I have pay ESIC installment every MONTH regularly without take any ESIC facility but when I required ESIC facility .i am glad to inform you that it was very bad impression because in ESIC staff no one will take ESIC serious and give very bad answer to patient …those who pay some monthly amount to these for protect his/her family ….. today my wife goes to ESIC hospital jhilmil 1st thing is that Dr. are not take any body seriously and the guards who are stand here for our facilities to manage and guide patient properly are abuse patient they cant even see that this patient is ladies or gents or her/his is in bad or good condition . today I have experienced that the guard from SARVESH security standing over pathology laboratory or room No.100 is abuse any women who wants some help from him at this guard time is on 12:05 pm at jhilmil hospital near Yamuna sports complex now I want to know were I go for my family hospitality and I don’t have more money to spend for private hospital please give me positive reply
